Negative experience: Been a customer with them for 15 years. Doubled my home owners insurance and just increased my car insurance rate again. When I told them I got quotes from other companies and they were all substantially cheaper and when I did an online quote with them as a John Doe with none of my “discounts” the price difference was only $200 a year difference, a whole 4.5% even though I have every discount rate available almost. The sales rep just straight up said well go find another insurance company.

Positive experience: Got there to pay registration for 3 of my cars girl asked me how i was paying? I said cash she replied I need to see the cash first! That was really awkward and uncalled for!! So If you dont see the cash I can't registered my cars???
Negative experience: Another scummy insurance company profiting off the hardworking individuals. Insane rates, unreasonable underwriting, just looking to make a quick buck. I would recommend you stay away.

Fantastic experience: Visited this location for the first time looking to get quoted for both home and auto insurance. As soon as I stepped inside I was greeted at the front desk, and within 5 minutes or so I was working with Edgar to get quotes. Edgar is a Spanish speaker and he diligently gave us different quotes based to suit our needs. The fact that everyone who works there is vibrant and happily working, speaks volumes of the company. To say the least, I was able to get both my auto and home insurance set up, plus a free tumbler as a gift. Gracias Edgar por tu servicio.

Positive experience: Associates are very nice and helpful. Central Ca. office takes debit cards for DMV transactions. Southern Ca. office said, cre dit card or cash. This location is tucked in a shopping center behind another business. Signing for this AAA office was located high on a multi story wall, not where you'd look. Outside resterant seating area is in fron of AAA entrance.
Fantastic experience: I went in to get my passport pictures take . Staff is very patient and persistent in getting the job done. There was a technical issue with uploading the picture from the camera to the computer to print; the staff members were very persistent in making sure they figured out the issue. I was able to leave with my passport pictures. It took a little while due to the technical issues but I really appreciate the way the staff was patient and persistent to get the job completed.
Fantastic experience: Your app location needs updating! But the need to be towed needs to specify the need. Some tow drivers don’t check out simple procedures and problems just want to tow you vehicle. Need to check on how many complaints on your towing company. Which cost you money and the customer. Otherwise your fine in my books.
Negative experience: Never coming back here again. Not friendly. Not helpful. I’ll drive to Rancho Cucamonga for excellent service.

Negative experience: The call for a tow was disastrous. Beware of Tow Service: The phone menu for service is atrocious- it will confirm a tow but dispatch a battery service. If it’s not your battery say “something else”. We had to cancel twice and call a 3rd time to finally get a tow 2 hrs later. Unbelievably frustrating to waste time waiting.

Positive experience: Solid 3.5 Came in for a Notary, I was in and out within 15mins. I didn’t have to wait long but the person that greeted me was a bit odd, wasn’t friendly or anything. The place was clean and the service was fast. I have to mention this is the second time we got a Notary done here, the first took a while and Although we are plus members I remember asking about the price and the first young lady mentioned it was free... But later we were charged. I do like the convenience of the location its near restaurants so If you do visit, plan to have lunch nearby.

Negative experience: What a fiasco! The AAA in Eastvale is horrible! I went to Eastvale once before and they were rotten. Nothing has changed the staff is rude and not helpful at all with the exception of one lady. What was one document at AAA Riverside turned out to be four documents and three visits at AAA Eastvale. Additionally, the last AAA clerk we saw told us to go to the DMV then come back. We completed what she told us to do without going to the DMV. We did it online. Completed the orders she barked out. It took us about a minute to complete the DMV form just outside of the AAA office doors. This person couldn't have said go to DMV online? Unfortunately, we ended up with the same clerk that would turn around talk to coworkers. She even turned to the man checking in AAA customers and talked to his customers. Very unprofessional. I usually go to Riverside because their staff is more efficient, competent, professional and courteous. The staff at the Riverside AAA office are friendly as well and ensure that they answered all your questions and taken care of your needs.

I was impressed to see her name tag said she was in training, because I wouldn't have known it with her excellent service. She was easy to understand when she spoke, which is important to me because I've had customer service at other businesses and had to keep asking them to repeat what they said, because their accents were so hard for me to understand. Keep up the great job AAA.

Negative experience: Insurance agents will not return email or calls. It will take several attempts to make changes to my policy. In one occurrence, I moved and they did not update my policy for until the next renewal. My dad had AAA for over 50 years and he finally left due to bad service and high prices.

Negative experience: We called to cancel an automotive policy with Vania Garcia she was incredibly rude did not give us a confirmation of our cancellation or explanation of how to cancel and when we called back just to verify we’d get an email confirming our recent changes she ignored our phone calls. It’s perfectly normal to switch automotive policies we didn’t expect such a highly rated location to have terrible customer service considering what you pay is quite steep..... don’t think we’ll ever come back.

Negative experience: My son is an ICU nurse risking his life for Covid patients. Last night at 1 am he had a flat tire at San Diego 15 fry and called triple A to have his car towed to a nearest Costco it was 6 miles away. The driver told him since January 2021 they have a new policy that they cannot take my son with them in the truck, so they left him at the freeway in the middle of the night to walk 6 miles in the dark in the cold. He is frontline worker and they cannot even drive him out of kindness or gratitude to healthcare workers. That is a very irresponsible act of duty to all Triple A workers leaving a frontline healthcare worker at 1 am in the dark to walk 6 miles away in the freeway. We will complain to Consumer affairs and file a lawsuit fir negligence.

Negative experience: Recieved the information I needed however customer service is very snobish. I dont understand how employees in customer service can talk with the tones they do. You can be ever so polite and curtious and they still act the way they do.
Negative experience: I work during the week so Saturday seemed perfect to renew my tags, I checked on line and showed this location was opened. I showed up and there is a lady in the front saying the DMV is down and therefore this location is closed, to come back Monday, but the Riverside location (10 miles away) is open. So, DMV is closed for this location but not for the Riverside location Bunch of liars, so I went to the Riverside location and is super packed. What I think happened is they cut their weekend staff to save money and didn't bother to just close this location on Saturdays and post it on line. How hard is that??? Will be cancelling my membership, inept people running this branch.

Fantastic experience: I give this visit 5.2 stars. I went in Armed with my Knowledge & paperwork knowing what what I was going to accomplish that day. OH YEAH, NOOOO, YA-NOO So with my Knowledge I took a certain amount of cash to get the deal done.. NOOOO, I did not take the proper amount of cash because I was early with the transaction I needed to perform. Enter " KIMBERLY " They young lady that was helping me. She assured me ALL was not lost and Offered several ways to save the day, Showing her depth of knowledge with the product I required. I TRULY thank KIMBERLY for her Knowledge, FRIENDLINESS, & GREAT Personality.
