Negative experience: They charged me twice for three airline tickets to China. And no customer service on weekend. No where to call on weekend.

Occasionally for our quality control, we needed to reverse tickets and re-issue to correct ticketing errors. During this reversal and re-issue, the pending charges may not disappear right away. We also tried to reach out to you by phone in the last a few days, we hope by now all pending charges are gone, and all posted credit card charges are correct. Negative experience: I used to book flights on FlyChina.com even domestic ones. However, the most recent experience changed my mind. I had to pay about $100 extra to keep the tickets I purchased and it went through yesterday.
