Negative experience: Was interested how travel agents still exist. Considering that any flights are easily booked online nowadays. Still wanted to compare their services. Came in speaking in Russian, but later switched to perfect English (living in the states for 33 years will do that that you) they simply simply said we can't help you. Obviously I can find flights on my own if I'm able. But not all are able. Is why they still exist

Negative experience: If I can I will rate this agency with 0 stars... I call 3-4 times, left voicemail and no one call me back... I call again, talked with them, I give all my travel plans for traveling and they have very high prices... I DON'T RECOMMEND... Google or Kayak, I recommend, very good prices! NO MORE GABRIEL TRAVEL

Через деякий час я вирішив купити квитки сам.Тільки після цього я зрозумів наскільки хороший сервіс я отримував з Gabriel Travel.Він завжди запропонує місця разом з максимальною кількістю багажу. Щодо коштів він ніколи не використовував свої картки для накопичення бонусів.Я завжди бачив платіж для авіакомпанії і окремо платіж за сервіс для Gabriel Travel. Останній раз я купив квитки для 7ох людей і зекономив більше ніж 1400$.Все пройшло успішно.Дякую Макс.Ви заслуговуєте на цей відгук!!

Negative experience: Employees at this agency use their own credit cards to book customer flights in order to collect airline miles instead of the customer’s card. Dishonest and deceptive practices. When management was alerted - the manager Andrey did not seem surprised and informed it’s standard practice.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever.....please don't waste your time here I tried to book vacation package with them, I wanted to see what kind of deals they have, they kept saying they will call me back. OK.... I waited for their call back for a week, no one called. I called again, they said Ok, we will look for best options for your family and will call you back. They gathered all needed info from me like how many travelers, what days, which resort , etc. So they sounded like they are doing their job....Waited for another week or so.... no one called back. I called again couple times. One time they even said Oh, we are having lunch right now, I promise I will call in half an hour, and guess what.... no call back. So I waisted about a month with them. Please don't repeat my mistake. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We had the privilege of attending the trip of a lifetime with Gabriel Travels! We had complete peace of mind regarding the itinerary and planning. Everything was safe, comfortable, and enriching to our souls! The group was respectful, friendly, and welcoming! The locations we visited were incredible! There was a perfect mix of planned activities and free time. We never felt like we were trapped in a giant group. But instead felt taken care of and accommodated! Transportation was smooth and comfortable, food was readily available, and we felt gently guided throughout all of Israel. The tour guide was a walking encyclopedia and fountain of knowledge, but also humble and kind. It was perfect! Would recommend to anyone anytime! We are so grateful and happy with our trip to Israel! Мой автобус был #2, лидер - Ирина, гид (экскурсовод) - Алекс, водитель - Фод. На мой взгляд поездка была бесконфликтная, с плотным графиком экскурсий. Гостиницы с хорошим сервисом и классным 2-х разовым питанием. Гид Алекс - человек любящий свою работу и максимально компетентный в истории Израиля. У нас в коллективе была обратная связь с гидом и много попутных вопросов по теме экскурсий. Он человек бесконфликтный и отзывчивый, готов ответить на любой вопрос и оказать посильную помощь. Хочу отметить и водителя нашего автобуса. В конце последнего дня путешествий он угостил всех туристов автобуса #2 домашней баклавой. Очень было вкусно и приятно. Фод - асс в своём деле, аккуратный водитель и чистоплотный по отношению к транспорту, в котором возит своих гостей (т.е. нас туристов). От себя лично благодарю организатора этой поездки - Андрея Малько. Спасибо за доступные цены путёвки и интересный подбор экскурсий. Спасибо каждому участнику такой большой группы, что были дружелюбны и отзывчивыми к окружающим незнакомцам в течение 10-ти дней. Рада, что обошлось без драм и трагедий. Negative experience: I called this agency because I wanted to get some answers and book a trip but the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude. Expecting me to know everything and after telling me that he will call back with flight rates but he never called back. Surprise surprise. Skip this agency. Find someone else do not waste your time because they like to waste your time.

Negative experience: I have booked many vacations and international travel through this company. In the past, I can’t say there was no hiccups or that the customer service was superb, but it got the job done. Solid 3.5 stars. Now, fast forward to 2022 : have been trying for two weeks to get a quote … a FREAKING QUOTE… and I’m being told I’ll be called back and then they ghost me. And when my husband attempted to call and asked if they even do this type of work anymore, he was told to go take his business elsewhere … so very disappointed to say the very least.

Negative experience: This is the worst agency that you can ever chose. If you think they will help you and give the best deal you ARE WRONG. They don’t care about you and give you the most expensive deals and they don’t give you enough of information. They don’t give any refund and don’t change your flights if you want to change your flight they charge a lot so if you bought your ticket from them and need to change just go to the airport and change it for free. Today I tried to call them and asked for the covid test I need for my airline because I needed to know what test (pcr or radip antigen) does airline asks. They picked up my call and said they will connect with other person I been waiting for little bit and they hang out on me then I called them again 4 times and they were just hanging out on me. I was at the covid testing place in line and I needed to know that information at that time. Also, this wasn’t just one bad experience with them. When I was buying my ticket person that was selling a ticket was helping another person at the same time. When I was asking him questions he was getting mad. Gabriel Travel has the most unprofessional people working there. They always mean and if you are asking questions about baggage or something else about the ticket you bought they are getting with like what do you ask me this?! ( I had a bad experience not just with one person)

Negative experience: Если Вам некуда деть свои деньги, то Вы обратились по адресу! Мы заказывали авиа билеты через эту фирму. Нам полёт нужно было перенести или отменить. До сотрудников не возможно было дозвониться, дописаться. Отфутболивали нас по-полной, пустыми обещаниями, хамством.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! My fight was canceled by airlines. I contacted airlines and they said I am entitled for a 100% refund. But I have to contact the travel agency for that. The day flight was canceled, me and my husband tried to reach Maksim, the agent that booked the flight. We left phone/ email messages, called multiply times. Nobody replied to us by this time. Today is a third day since flight was canceled. The russian speaking lady on the phone said that flight wasnt canceled, then she said that ticket is not refundable. She was rude and unprofessional. Then , when I requested to talk to a Gabriel Travel manager, she said that Maksim is a manager. But he is not in the office. The last conversation with her she said that I am not going to get any refund, and hang up. Unbelievable!! Even though airlines said we entitled for a full refund! By this time Maksim never replied to our emails and phone messages. Dont do any business with ""gabriel travel"". !!

Negative experience: Первый раз в моей жизни я пишу отзыв потому что то что мне пришлось пережить благодаря Gabriel Tavel невозможно умалчивать . Я летала с тремя моими детьми в Россию в июле 21 года . Начну с того что каждый раз при регистрации на рейс сотрудники недоуменно смотрели на меня так как в системе не было о нас информации и каждый раз при пересадке ее приходилось вносить заново . Но самое ужасное произошло когда оказалось при перелёте обратно в Америку , что один из моих детей летит другим стыковочным рейсом , на три часа раньше . Нет слов описать как нам все это пришлось пережить но ребёнок все же полетел один ( хоть и подросток но по прилету ее два часа держали в комнате для эмигрантов и пытались понять как так ребёнок один ). Я считаю что сумма затраченная на перелет ( 6,5 т долларов) не мало , но люди не ответственно относятся к своей работе .Больше никогда не буду обращаться в эту компанию For the first time in my life I am writing a review because what I had to go through thanks to Gabriel Tavel is impossible to keep silent. I flew with my three children to Russia in July 21. To begin with, every time when checking in for a flight, the staff looked at me in bewilderment, since there was no information about us in the system and each time we had to transfer it, we had to enter it again. But the worst thing happened when it turned out, on the flight back to America, that one of my children was on another connecting flight, three hours earlier. There are no words to describe how we had to go through all this, but the child still flew alone (although a teenager, upon arrival, she was kept in the room for emigrants for two hours and tried to understand how the child was alone). I believe that the amount spent on the flight (6, 500$ is not cheap , but people do not take their work responsibly. I will never contact this company again.

Negative experience: Я категорически советую не связываться с этой компанией и сотрудниками.Особенно с работником Максимом.По его вине я потерял 900$.Он не умёт работать во благо клиентам.Он сделает все чтобы вас обмануть.Он посоветовал мне купить билеты позже как выяснилось плохие авиакомпании,посоветовал не брать страховку на билеты,поменять билеты он не захотел,сказал что это не проблема,потом поменяем,и тут я потерял 800$ за замену билетов.Когда купил я билеты он не давал мне Никой информации что мне нужно иметь с собой из документов о Ковиде.Общался я и с другими работниками,они тоже не имеют профессионализма.Лучше используйте другие компании и будете путешествовать спокойно.Желаю всем удачи найти лучшие компании.

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have received in long time. I called about travel restrictions and spoke with agent Lidia, and she rudely told me that they have no information on that topic (even in US, the country they practice their so to speak "business"). Again, if you do not have that information available, you can kindly say so, but not with an attitude like she did. So rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Worst customer service. In 3 months that I am dealing with them about my refund for a canceled vacation, I never receive a phone call back from them. Promised many phones calls back from the agent. Never happened. Days pass by until I have to call back and get an update. I am still waiting for my refund. Vacation canceled Jan 18th. Feels like they don't care about customers. As along as they make a sale and make the profit. Nothing on paper can be provided from them about the refund. Paid around 2k for hotel and 1k for flights. I did use the flights. Only promised 600$ back from $2000 I spent. The rest being some sort of hotel fees that I have no clue about. No invoice proof or emails explaining the cancelation fees. Hard to believe. I would like a brake down of all the fees being charged for cancelation.

Negative experience: I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I called on October 19th seeking assistance on a vacation for my kids and I to take to Hawaii. Here I am 10 days later, never having received the call back I was promised. 1st and last time calling them, for sure. I should have hung up the moment the phone was answered with an annoyed "hello?" rather than a professional courteous business greeting. Many thumbs down.

Negative experience: Do not buy tickets from this company. They made an error and blamed it on Delta. The trip for my whole family was cancelled. Nobody bothered to inform us, it was the most horrible experience in my life. After contacting Delta for some explanation of discrepancies made in booking of the flight, they sent me the detailed explanation of the reason why I wasn't able to get to my destination: "Thank you so much for contacting us in regards to your recent trip. I recognize your dissatisfaction with the error made with your booking, not receiving any notification and the way things were handled for you. I tried to reach you by phone but was unsuccessful and wanted to respond as quickly as possible. After careful review, your travel was booked by a Travel Agency and it appears on June 6, 2019, the same day they made your reservation, an error was made and they cancelled your return flights. I realize you would've preferred to be informed, but because your travel was booked by a Travel Agency and they had control of your reservation we were unable to inform you of the error made. I wish things were handled differently for you and things were fixed before your trip........" Thank you Gabriel Travel for screwing me over!

Negative experience: Beware of Gabriel Travel! They booked our flight on two separate tickets without informing us about it and it caused so much stress and almost led to $1,000 in lost flights. Here's what happened. 1. MISINFORMATION. We were booking a flight to Russia. Our travel agent M. sent us a potential itinerary with a tight connection, which we were a bit concerned about, so we asked M. what would happen if any of our flights were delayed, and M. assured us that it would be okay, as it was the responsibility of the airline to rebook us on the next available flight. Satisfied with his answer, we spent an extra $200 to book the flight directly with him rather than doing it ourselves because we wanted the peace of mind that comes with a single-itinerary booking. 2. AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. What a mistake trusting M would be. What happened later was this: the flight for the first part of the journey was delayed, and so we weren't going to make it to our final flight, which was under another itinerary and therefore NOT the responsibility of the airline to rebook. After I finally managed to reach M. to change the last flight, he was very aggressive as soon as I explained the situation. He interrupted me to explain "his side" and at one point I thought he would just hang up on me. 3. LYING. He claimed it was not his problem because he had warned us the flight was on two separate tickets. This is totally false. Both my mom and I were on the phone during the booking process, and at no point did he mention separate tickets to either of us. I've traveled to over 30 different countries and am a seasoned traveler, so I would NEVER have agreed to a booking of two separate tickets when one of the layovers was just 1 hour. 3. POOR JUDGMENT. When people book with travel agents, they rely on the agent to make good judgment calls about itineraries, and this did not happen here. In fact, M. should have done his research and he should never have even offered the itinerary he gave us. Here's why. The itinerary he created had a 1-hour connection in Amsterdam. If we didn't make it on that connection, a simple flight search shows that the next available flight would have been too late in the day for us to make it to the last leg of our trip. And while we didn't know this, he DID know that last leg was on a separate ticket. Essentially, $1,000 worth of tickets for the second part of the trip hinged on making that 1-hour layover. Would an experienced travel agent ever recommend a client such a risky ticket in the first place? We called a few different travel agents and none could match the price Gabriel Travel did, and now we know why -- because M. gave us a very risky itinerary that the other agencies were too honest to offer. When I contacted the owner of the agency to explain the situation, he was apologetic about his employee's rude behavior and he discounted $60 off of our change fees. He listened carefully to the whole situation and followed up with me via phone. Unfortunately, he was not apologetic about the tickets, the stress it caused us, nor did he acknowledge his employee's incompetence. Instead, he claimed that we all experience stress in our lives and this is just something we have to deal with (and that it wasn't as bad as it could have been, eh?). Don't make the same expensive mistake we did -- find a travel agent who makes smart, sound itineraries that you can trust so you can start and end your trip stress-free.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.. rude unprofessional stuff ! Only called them to book my international flight because my friend referred me. Anyways...got my tickets booked after going back and forth with calls for 3 days. Then I found out that our names were written wrong !!! Called them back no answer left a message, no answer, txted the agent.. no answer!!!! Paid 4,500 for this flight and now how to deal with airlines my self to fix the problem!!! VERY VERY frustrating !!!!!

Negative experience: So upon recommendation from my friend I called Gabriel travel to help me with my trip to Canada before going to the agency I called and spoke to an agent there to ask if they could assist me with my trip to which she replied absolutely once I entered the agency I was not greeted by any of the five employees working there and once I was finally acknowledged the gentleman told me they only handle International flights to my knowledge Canada is not a domestic flight number one and number two when I told him that I had called and spoke to Elena about booking and she told me that I could book he then spoke to her in his native tongue and then she replied back to him and as well didn't acknowledge me although I was now very leery about booking with them I still waited after a few minutes of uncomfortable silence I let them know that I would come back and promptly left the building word to the wise if you are not booking a European flight do not bother going to Gabriel travel they have no interested in doing business with you

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a trip with Maryan at Gabriel Travel. A few hours before my flight, I ran into some problems at the airport.... I reached out to Maryan who went above and beyond to resolve my problem. He personally got on the phone with the travel agent and cleared everything out. This was a Saturday evening (!), and Maryan took time out of his personal day to provide such exceptional customer service. I will gladly continue to do business with Maryan at Gabriel Travel!

Fantastic experience: I am verty satisfied with my trip to Isreal and Jordan .From the start everything was very easy and very organized with Gabriel travel . The group that i went with was very nice . And the guide Alenya and the driver was very professional and great and very informative.

Negative experience: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. We booked a vacation to Dominica Republic through GABRIEL TRAVEL. The worst service I ever experienced with Gabriel travel. We stayed at RIU Palace Punta Cana during hurricane Maria. Our flight got cancelled two days before flying out and no one bothered notifying us or rescheduling our flight. I had to reschedule my flight back my self and deal with the hotel to extend our stay. Honestly, they don't provide help when we need it. Our transportation service from the hotel to the airport got expired due to the flight changes and Gabriel travel didn't do anything about it until I had to tell them to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: Last year I won a prize from Gabriel Travel on Ukrainian Fair in Sacramento, and this year I used the opportunity to travel to Cancun, which was perfectly organized by @Gabriel Travel. 5* hotel was beautiful, with a separate sandy beach and wonderful sea view. Food, mmm food deserves a separate comment, five restaurants with different variety of food which is changing every day - made every visit to the restaurant a desirable adventure. The entire trip was planned very well, departure from SFO and then a pre-ordered taxi which brought me straight to the hotel. Airlines and travel time were just great, no delays, all comfortable and very timely. Thank you Gabriel Travel for such a wonderful trip!

Positive experience: June 10, 2016 I am following up with some improvement of the service after our complaints to BBB, The owner Andrey Malko took this case under his control. Called me personally. Turned out to be a very nice gentleman. My international tickets were exchanged for $400 each which is an exchange fee and no additional charges. Andrey also sent vauchers worth $200 for future purchases. I am adding 3 stars because the issue was addressed and handled properly. Company can do a good business but it should improve their work ethics to higher standards and treat better their customers from the beginning. April 10, 2016 Bad service. Prices for the services are substantially higher that they normally are.. You can't trust what they say - they hide the truth, play games with you, do not return calls, you constantly end up on their voicemails, specially if you need something urgent. I am in the process of changing my flight tickets, Called them 3 months in advance - Maxim said he is "sending request to get an approval or feedback". It is 10 days passed - no answer. My phone calls not are not returned. I left a voicemail with the owner. Have not heard back. I will post an updates on this matter. The worst service I got ever from a travel agency in 25 years.

I don't know why other people saying just bad stuff but i know how hard it is to deal with some airlines. They may change the price in ours not days and there is nothing i can do or travel agent.
