Negative experience: Triple AAA Needs to partner with a different towing company. As a Premier partner I have never had such problems before this. My car was dropped at West Herr Kia and not West Herr Subaru. It was missing in action for 6 days, until it was finally found by the West Herr agent

Negative experience: I called AAA to get a roadmap to drive to Virginia. I was charged $3.00 I paid with my credit card but the map never came. I requested it be mailed as I live so far away from an AAA office.

Fantastic experience: I took an unexpected trip to Italy and found out I needed a international driving permit. I panicked because I thought it was something I had to do online and wait weeks for in the mail. They took care of it in under 5 minutes with no appointment. They even took my picture for an extra $10!

Negative experience: Looking for insurance? Then use the insurance company direct instead of a broker. Especially the one provided by AAA. I was sold on a policy I was quoted online. When I went to get it, it was falsely advertised and the price increased significantly. I was told by the broker, its only for six months and then we can look for a better policy. After the six months, I noticed my policy was never changed, I was never contacted, I went to contact them and diverted to progressive. I felt I was lied to by the broker by his unfilled promises. Not to mention being given a policy that was unnecessary. I was lied to directly so this guy gets another step up in his career. Terrible practices AAA, my expirence with you has been more then distasteful and question its legality. Bait and switch tactics? False advertising? Maybe misconduct within itself for having a broker compose a policy that is completely asinine. 100k coverage is unnecessary! Ill be establishing my business else where.

Fantastic experience: Somehow they have become my only choice in vacation trip planning even after using the online apps. The people that have helped me have been extraordinarily knowledgeable at AAA. I recommend using them especially for putting together confusing trips that for some odd reason the online app seem to make even worse

Negative experience: No help at all I pay for membership but they never tell me any travel specials nor do they offer anything to resign for membership membership is only worth towing expense. not Travel experience where Hotels Com and USAA offer better discounts on travel and hotels I have two membership with AAA one in Tampa Florida and other in orchard park NY th y seem to offer better benefits with my Florida membership in New York state then my new York state membership to be honest

Negative experience: Orchard Park was was okay, because I could talk to a live person. The new robot voice system via the number on my membership card was a disaster. After pushing the response buttons to the robots questions, the tech was sent to my residence while I was ten miles away with my disabled vehicle. I tried to tell the robot I was not at my residence, but it sent the truck to my home. My first call was approximately 1 pm. Twenty minutes later I was notified by text the service arrived at my home. I called again and, once again I listened to all the covid palaver, but was unable to access a live voice. I googled a different number and called the orchard park office as it was the only office near my Hamburg N.Y. location. A live person sent a tech to my proper location. It seemed I had a battery issue, so a tech arrived with a battery truck about 1 hour after my initial call. The tech was helpful, but discovered it was not the battery and would require a tow to a garage. The tech said both his trucks were busy and it would be at least 45 minutes for the tow. I waited a little more than an hour and called orchard park again. They said I could leave the vehicle with the keys under the mat. Truck towed about 7pm.

Positive experience: I would say that I had a four star rating for this company until now. I've moved out of the state of New York and New York has this policy that you must keep coverage of insurance until you get to your new state insurance. Okay, fast forward this is the month of February and closing quickly on March 2021. I left in December 2020 and as soon as possible I did what was expected of me by returning license plate/s and getting insurance. The insurance company in New York is still taking funds from my bank account and now David Kirst (I hope he is okay) has not returned my calls. I need the policy canceled plus funds reimbursed and I'm told he is the one to do the cancellation. Trying to move forward during these difficult times and insurance companies are the major backbone of support but I fell no support. Can someone step up to the plate to resolve this issue.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the person I was supposed to deal with regularly never returned my calls once I signed up for their insurance. So I went there and the lady I saw was not very nice. It was surprising. However the woman from the Williamsville office was great.

Fantastic experience: AAA - Orchard Park was wonderful. All the people I interacted with were professional and pleasant. Kristen Laboski was the Travel Consultant I had the good fortune to help me with my trip. She was patient and very knowledgeable. To further complicate matters. I found I needed to reschedule my trip. I went back to Kristen, ten days later. She was wonderful. Rescheduled my trip with a smile. I will recommend her services to everyone. Fantastic experience: Going on Alaskan land and cruise vacation. Decided to pick up some literature, books, and maps to better prepare for our trip. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We even picked up a few brochures of local things to do.

Negative experience: Have been calling all day. Still on hold its been 25 mins. Same thing happened earlier. Its called emergency roadside service. I need a tow before someone else tows it and I need to pay to get it out when i have already paid for triple a. So beyond frustrated.

Negative experience: Deliberately given incorrect information so that I'd buy Universal theme park tickets through them when the package I wanted (Park to Park pass) was only available from the park itself. Ended up spending $200+ more than needed to get the correct tickets than if they had just been honest from the start and told me they didn't carry the package I want. Sales associate insisted they were correct, but alas... Delayed my vacation more than 2hrs trying to straighten it out. AAA is awesome but stay far away from this location.
