Fantastic experience: Very nice ride from Massachusetts to New York for people who doesn’t have a car to drive them self stop complain or get your own car that all.

Negative experience: Driver uses the shoulder like a lane then watched him cut around traffic, not using any signals and then play the same game cutting over and using an exit ramp as a lane. Definitely hiring under qualified individuals. Hopefully this company goes out of business for the safety of everybody else on the road.

Fantastic experience: These guys very professional sometimes theyre a little late or a little early for departing but they usually make it on time regardless if they are running late very safe drivers also the receptionist are very professional as well Manuel always very helpful in the mornings and also the brother who works afternoon (forgot his name starts with a d but he is very helpful with solving problems as well) pretty much the whole staff does an amazing job , affordable/cost friendly as well, have a good

Negative experience: Usaba esta compañía de trasportacion cada 15 días de New York a Worcester y puedo desir que aller vienes fue mi ultimo día que la use la atencion es mala cuando yamas para hacer reservación y te cambian la hora de salida cada vez que les da la gana aun teniendo reservación hoy 4/29/23 use la transportación. Five stars express la verda puedo recomendarla ai una gran diferencia literalmente

Aparte de eso tienes unos carros grandisimos y dicen q no pueden entrar a recoger las peeonas pero ofrecen el servicio de recogerlas. Son unas peronas desagradables, aunque no todos pero la perona que esta trabajando hoy julio 2 2022 en la oficina de new york no tiene voz, actitud y personalidad para atender su servicio es pesimo,su atencion mas. Solo se aprovechan de la necesidad de las peronas por viajar .

Negative experience: Porque el chófer, me dejó en Nueva York, en un lugar y no pude conseguir bus, para Paterson y ya eran las 10:30 pm, y tuve que pagar 80 dolares a un taxi, fue una irresponsabilidad, porque le comunique que soy nuevo residente y aun así, habiendo pagado servicio de puerta a puerta, me dejó donde le pareció y eso está muy mal

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio al cliente desde la oficina. No saben atender al cliente. Chóferes locos que manejar como como animales. Pobre Vehículo que lo maltratan. Por eso no compran vehículos nuevos. Y pobres los clientes también que se montan con ellos. Lamentablemente.

Nothing here goes according with the time they tell you and when you call to find out what had happened to the bus because it has been delayed for 3 hours they have no clue and they only say the driver told me he was stuck in traffic. Son mas malo que el diablo en esa trapo de agencia

Negative experience: Dirty office. Unprofessionally run business. I arrived a half hour before the bus departure time (6:30) and had to wait outside in the rain until 7 because the office was closed and no one was there to open it. They called me at 5am to tell me to be there early so this should not be happening. The bus was also very late to come to the office. A half hour late to be exact. We were supposed to leave at 7 and left at 7:30.

On top of all that they pick up people at the time you’re suppose to be on the highway on your way home. Never taking this bus again. Only reason i gave them one star was to write this review but they get no stars from me...that’s for sure. Get it together United express.

A lady who took my name adress and phone number down at 3am going from NYC never actually wrote it down, gentleman who took over the shift informed me she didnt wrote anything down. She acted like she was writing it down..are you serious? There goes my ride! now they expect me to wait till 5pm. I recommend you check other places. Trust me 0 stars.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. Last time I'm ever taking this bus company. First they left me at the time I really wanted to leave to Lawrence because they wrote my number down wrong. I asked for a discount they got defensive and yelled and said no. Then picked me for the 4:00 bus at 4:00 squeezed me in a van that fit 7 and there was 8 of us to bring us to the office then leave. Didn't leave NY till 6:30 and the time to leave was 4:00. On top of all of that drove so crazy and careless. Never met such an irresponsible business.
