Negative experience: Is Very disappointed in service in auto accident help and all complaints to upper management ignored, damage done from towing service reported and swept under the carpet lies from this insurance company AAA I would not recommend to a dog with a broken leg

Negative experience: I've been a member for about 40 years put one claim in for about $2500. The problem was with my daughter, she needed a battery so road service came out and had them replace it. The battery died after one year when I called to have it replaced, they said my daughter had to be there, she was out of the country and said no! I'm the policy holder...

Fantastic experience: My agent Jackie is amazing days to talk to and understood my concerns. She helped me save money and made sure I knew the pluses and minuses of decisions that were being made. To me you can shop around and find maybe cheaper insurance but can you really put a price on great customer service? She is a great example of why I stay with AAA

Negative experience: Awful customer service. Employees ( agents) 3 of the 4 Where sitting behind their desk with no customers looking at their cellphones , I stood there for a good 15 minutes and walked out ! Wow !

Fantastic experience: Booked a Mediterranean cruise with added days in Barcelona and Venice. Transfers went without a hitch. Accommodations were very nice and convenient to the sites.

Negative experience: I will never use AAA ever again. They have a horrible service department. Agents are inadequate and lazy plus they will never communicate important information about anything related to your insurance coverage. My bill was paid on time every time but AAA kept giving me problems. AAA is probably the worst of all the insurance companies

Fantastic experience: I found the representatives at the AAA office at 2903 Fort St. in Wyandotte, MI to be very informative and helpful. Fantastic experience: They try to get what you need There information is quit detail. When it is available. I dont think they do the freebies anymore for signing on for membership like they did for many years Now you have ask. But it is good to have with you any time your travel anywhere

Negative experience: What happened to friendly customer service! going In an knowing nothing more ($$$) when leaving..some new insurance law where you have to contact your.. health insurance companies to see how much you are covered in an accident and have a letter sent to your car insurance company..if not covered; your rate goes up with your car insurance!! This makes no sense Even though we are fully covered through AAA They want to make sure your health insurance company picks up something as well!! I say WHAT??

Positive experience: I had to switch insurance because the cost jumped $75 a month . My agent gave good customer service when I signed up but after that I could not get a call back . I had to use who ever I could get at the call center . This was before the pandemic and got worse during !

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this location for a long time. I personally work with Tim K, but I've always had helpful and friendly service from all the employees here. Tim though is an insurance angel. He takes care of all my insurance and any issues that ever may arise.

Negative experience: Was here for 9 years. Missed one payment once and missed this payment by one day. Was told they need 1500,00$ upfront if i still want insurance like i would hand that over without walking out. Please look into another place before coming here and wasting your time.

Positive experience: It's not that I like this place that much just that it's the only Triple A service center near me. Service can be slow there and it's impossible to make a phone call to this place. Their phone system was messed up for a month. Seems like they could have got it fixed sooner. You would get put on hold and no one would ever answer. After 3 or 4 phone calls I finally just drove there. I gave it 3 stars because once you finally jump through all their hurdles they actually do what you want them to do. I'm feeling generous I guess.

Negative experience: THIS COMPANY INFRINGED UPON MY PRIVACY RIGHTS!!! SINCE WHEN DOES ANY COMPANY GAIN AUTOMATIC APPROVAL TO CHECK MY DMV INFO, WHEN IT WAS MY NEPHEWS POLICY & HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!!??? THIS MUST CHANGE IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN & ABROAD! IN MICHIGAN WE PAY THE HIGHEST AUTO INSURANCE RATES & NOW RATES GO UP FOR ANYONE WHO LIVES WITH FAMILY, AND OTHERS IN THAT FAMILY HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE!!! WHY DO I HAVE TO BE ON ANYONES POLICY THAT ISNT ME!!!??? I SHOULDNT BE FORCED TO BE PUT ON A POLICY THAT ISNT MINE! THIS IS PRIVACY INFRINGEMENT! WHY DOES THE DMV HAVE PERMISSION TO GIVE AWAY MY PERSONAL INFORMATION LIKE MY LICENSE NO.S, RECORD, VEHICLES REGISTERED IN MY NAME AND MY INS INFORMATION??!!! NOOOOOO!!! They offer 4 free roadside assistance plus your towing package is up to you I chose up to hundred miles free towing cause you do not know wgere you might be

Fantastic experience: Very nice & helpful staff, always trying to save me money when I come in for services, which I really appreciate. Kim S in the travel department has been particularly kind and helpful, very grateful for the assistance she has provided over the years. Just went in recently for an International Drivers Permit, that process went very smoothly and I got exactly what I came for in a very quick timeframe. Great office overall!

Negative experience: We were given direction by our agent to stop by the office in person to sign a new home owners policy. The agent we are working with left earlier that day and stated any representative could help us. Bruce LaFountain was incredibly rude. He acted as though we were inconveniencing him ask for a document that needed to be signed in order to PAY for your service. He then demanded we pay $52.00 for a membership even though we both already have auto insurance policies through AAA as well. Then we spent 30 minutes on the phone requesting the payment be reversed.

Negative experience: No real problem with the staff here. Tom Bastien has been a great rep to me. My problem is with AAA itself. 13 yrs with them, no tickets or claims, until now. I had my 2010 F -150 stolen. AAA payed for the truck (not the amount I would have like of course) and then proceeded to jack my rate up so high across the board (3 vehicles 1 motorcycle) my premium basically didn't lower without the truck on it now. No loyalty whatsoever.
