I booked from Michigan and the travel agent, Amjad, was able to provide me with the best services at 4-5 star hotels as we requested within our budget. They set up transportation to and from the airport, from Medina to Makkah, and to Zyara in both holy cities. They also included a 3 day, 2 night stay in Istanbul as we requested. My experience from the beginning of booking to staying in Mecca and Medina with all the sightseeing transport and the drivers we got has been amazing. Fantastic experience: What a nice and very supportive experience that me and my family had with international Hajj travel. We travelled to Saudi Arabia first for Umera and than visited Pakistan. All our travel arrrangements and hostel including the transportation in Saudi Arabia were successfully arranged by them. I was in thouch with Ahsan Rasa throughout my trip and he was right there for me. I never had such a coordinated and supportive travel arrangements before in my life. Fantastic experience: Salam, I had the pleasure of going on Umrah this winter with a group from my masjid and we used International Hajj for our services. My main contact person was Mr. Amjad Qureshi, he was very easy to work with and was responsive throughout the planning process and through Umrah. He helped us book an all inclusive trip with 3 days in Makkah and 3 days in Madinah during the last week of December and overall we enjoyed the trip a lot. Our Makkah hotel was the Swissotel and Madinah hotel was Frontel Harithia, both about a minute walk from the masjids and we had private transports for ziyarah and between Makkah and Madinah. I would recommend using them for any trips you have in the future. Kind, responsive, and easy to work with people.

Fantastic experience: We just completed two Umrahs thanks to Allah’s calling and International Hajj for making the entire process so easy! It was our first time traveling to Madinah and Makkah and a particular agent, Mr.Amjad Qureshi, went above and beyond helping us from the start with obtaining visas, being incredibly patient with dates (we changed them many times!) and helping us coordinate the entire trip including booking at beautiful hotels especially with a wonderful view of the Ka’abah. Ahssann specially was great at helping me book this umrah trip. Next time please be more communicative regarding the distance getting to buses from Medina to mecca. Fantastic experience: I recently went to Umrah, booked the trip through International Hajj. My experience with them was excellent. Brother Amjad made everything easy for us. He had explained to us that we can only bring ZamZam if we have three Umrah visa. However, we were able to bring one gallon for each passenger even with the visit visa (not sure if the Qatar Airways agent let it go because we didn't use all of baggage allowed). The point is that we knew in advance what the rules are. Pre trip, brother Amjad answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns, and adjusted our itinerary according to our needs. During the trip, he was in constant communication with us to make sure the transportation agents in Saudi were providing us the best service as promised. I can't thank him enough for making our trip so comforting. Highly recommend brother Amjad to everyone. JazakAllah brother Amjad.

Fantastic experience: I went to Umrah with this company back in February 2023. Overall it was an amazing experience. Omer Hayat was extremely helpful, cooperative and patient thru out the process. It was perfect just the way I wanted it to be. Just as a suggestion I would like to say it would be even more helpful if the company provides with a tour guide for the ziyarats that could enlighten the pilgrims with the enriching details of Islamic history. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Negative experience: The package was alright, it’s just the representative/agent who made all the trouble for us. Incompetent at his job giving customers trouble is bad for the company such as this one that offers a decent umrah package . He was supposed to work out the Umrah visas for us but instead he did tourist visas which is why we couldn’t get ZamZam water from the airport. We had to buy those from other passengers who had enough to sell. My flight got cancelled that he booked according to him.. so he rebooked them and he forgot to put my seat together with the family in the plane. He can not get in contact with the airline that canceled the flight for some reason… overall the deal was okay but the agent was terrible!!! Be careful on the promises!!! Good luck to all!

Fantastic experience: I recently used International Hajj to book Umrah for my parents in March. I was hesitant with the booking process and how the whole experience would be, as I wanted to make sure my parents were well taken care of. However, Ahsan Raza at International Hajj was extremely helpful and he provided any and all reassurance necessary to give me confidence to book with them. He explained the process very well and stayed on top of all the requirements in a very timely and professional manner. Furthermore, I would like to mention that Yasir and Amjad who handled the group in Saudi Arabia were extremely helpful and patient with the group and they did a phenomenal job taking care of everyone.
