Fantastic experience: I would like to commend Kathy Statler for her excellent help on January 7 at your Ft Couch Road location. I was there to apply for a new registration. There were several steps that needed accomplished, and Kathy was well versed on those procedures. She explained very clearly what I needed to do and what papers to sign. She explained what happens after the request is filed. Kathy is a great asset to your team. Super job, Kathy.

Negative experience: DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. I visited this location on 09/27/24 to get a home insurance quote. Trevor Savage wasted my more than 30 minuets acting as if he is working on the quote and then telling me his login has issues and then 1-2 other IT issues. Lies after lies (I work in IT industry). Please do not waste your time for any services you need to visit this location. I am not sure why AAA has such service at this location.
Fantastic experience: Wish I could do Shannon justice with review on google but no matter how I spin a tale here, it will pale in comparison to how much she helped my fiancée and I with our elopement travel plans. Honestly, you should take a vacation just so she can help you set it up. Just do it. You deserve it. And let her help you.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this location earlier this week. All the employees I saw on my visit were calm, genial, and helpful, from the woman who initially greeted me to the agents I saw helping customers with their requests (Val and Ethan). They made the process painless and answered all my questions - can't ask for anything more!
Fantastic experience: Denise is the sweetest worker here. I didn’t have everything I needed to register my car but she was still so kind and helpful.
Negative experience: DO NOT VISIT HERE - We visited this location a total of 3 times to get a trailer registered. Each time, there were additional hoops and paperwork required that we weren't previously made aware of. The third time, the manager refused to submit our paperwork due to a disagreement in the way California notarizes their titles (the trailer was purchased in California). We even called the company with the manager present - the company verified that they do not handle their notaries this way, and they have never had an issue. The manager still refused. After 3 visits, and 5 hours, we walked away from this location with nothing. I'm giving 2 stars because the other employees are obviously very lovely and have to deal with this horrible manager who refuses to let them do their jobs. We went to another notary and had the entire registration completed in about 10 minutes without any issues. This is obviously an issue with the incompetency of the manager, NOT with the process of California notaries. Do not waste your time and do not visit this location.
Negative experience: on July 13 I took policy with josh in the fort couch aaa office and less then 24 hours I try to cancel my policy over phone they are not cancel it on and direct the calls to Josh and went to office directly on 14 of July I cancel my insurance with other person I signed a paper also but it didn't cancel and still in policy is active when I try to contact with aaa and josh white nobody cancelling my policy and no call backs for the voicemail which I put to josh white.
Negative experience: I applied for cancel policy came and in person but still charging and they didn't cancel my policy when try call Josh white desk directly he never lift my phone and he never call me back when I sent a voicemail
Negative experience: Car insurance doubled over a fender bender. And they didn't reimburse my deductible for someone hitting me. Go elsewhere!
Negative experience: This place is a joke . And they are lairs. They are frauds. They took our money for a membership, and now claiming we never paid for a membership. My husband moved from another state and had to register our cars through this office. We paid for the membership to get the discount on our registration. A week later my son car was in a ditch and we called Aaa to get the car out and was told we had no membership and we ended up paying another tow company. Went to AAA The next day and they said it was an error and the will send a check for the money we spent. 4 weeks later a letter was sent saying we had to members to get a refund. Went back to this office and was told that don't have a membership once again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH AAA THEY ATE FRAUDS WHO LEFT MY FAMILY STRANDED MY HUSBAND IS A DISBLE MARINE AND THIS ISVTHE TREATMENT AAA GIVES OUR VETERANS

Negative experience: By far the longest time ever spent dealing with getting my registration done. And all because of incompetent employees who would rather chit chat as opposed to actually doing their job by far one of the worst experiences of my life and I've been shot
Fantastic experience: I came here to get help with my vehicle title transfer. I was assisted by a clerk named Val who was absolutely wonderful. Val was incredibly kind, helpful and and made it a smooth process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Negative experience: Went there for questions, checked in with the receptionist, ( gave my card) she said someone would be with us. Another person came in after us, and taken before us.... everyone else was waited on, when a rep asked if we're waiting for some one; she stated we weren't in the queue. Disappointed with the receptionist.
Negative experience: Just walked out this AAA office in Bethel Park. First off the front desk receptionist was rude and abrupt I just needed a simple document notarized and waited over a hour before my name was called. When they did call me, this exceptionally unprofessional rude receptionist rushed over and said another person was next. I find it difficult to believe AAA only has one person who can notarize a document. The other thing is she didn't even apologize. I will not be using this office anymore.
Negative experience: Slow and incompetent.
Positive experience: Everything was done properly, but a few things to consider: 1. The front-desk receptionist questioned me like I was some kind of criminal to make sure I had all the paperwork. Zero politeness or customer service. 2. There were several employees there, but only one was taking care of titles and registrations. At some point, there were a number of folks waiting in the waiting room. More clerks should be added when they see people accumulating. 3. At some point, someone with a gun on the belt walked in and sat down in the waiting room without any attempt to conceal it. I did not feel safe. I don't know what the local laws are, but this is not acceptable to me personally. If the clerk was rude and questioning me the way she did, she should not allowed him in with a guy hanging on his belt at all.

Fantastic experience: AAA is a service that is a must when you are in car trouble. They connect you to a local garage if you have car troubles. I have even locked my keys in my car and they have come rescued me. Another added benefit is the discounts they offer for travel, car rental, and moving truck rentals. My family has been a customer for over 40 years and I will continue to be one myself for many years.

Fantastic experience: I have been here before but this last time, I got the best courteous treatment from a notary. She was really kind, explained everything, and was efficient. I appreciate Triple A's help when I need a notary. It seems like the banks won't help you if you need a notary. I have been a member of Triple A for over 30 years.
Negative experience: I've been AAA member for over 30 years. I went to renew my mother's car registration and was stopped at the front door. I had to explain what I wanted, then the lady/gatekeeper went back to ask the one person working behind the counter, who said they could not help me. I asked again and the same routine- gatekeeper walked back to counter lady to ask my question, then returned with non-answer. I finally got sick of the telephone game and yelled directly to the counter lady "I want to renew my mother's registration because she is old and I have the papers. Can I do it here". The answer was that they could do it but my mother would have to be there, which was the opposite of the whole point of me doing it for her in the first place (88 year old mother does not need to be out in pandemic at AAA). There is no form to fill out and no paper to be given to me to do it. I finally found out that AAA uses a website to renew registrations. I again had to ask tons of follow up questions to find out that the website is run by Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and I can do it myself from home. It took five questions about 'what is the URL', "is this a private website ''; "can the public access it"; do I need an account or other specific information.... on and on to drag the URL from the counter lady. I was never allowed beyond the glass doors/vestibule and was literally yelling back and forth trying to pull information from the counter lady. It was insane! Then, I realized that it took me 15 minutes of trying to pry this most basic information from the two of them and I was even more disgusted. What an absolute waste of time and energy AAA has become. No one else was in the place and I had a mask on, there was plexiglass everywhere and there was no need for any close contact, yet it was like trying to get into Fort Knox. Absolutely unacceptable. BTW- I renewed online in about five minutes and it was quite easy at dmv.pa.gov.

Fantastic experience: They are practicing covid restrictions to keep everyone safe. I walked in for a new plate...had no wait time. The lady got me enrolled in the identity safe program and gave metheny rid slip covers for my bank cards.
Fantastic experience: Janet & Brandy were great and very friendly. My transaction was unusual but together we got it done, I hope. The lady that greets people at the door needs to calm down. I tried to tell her that Janet was waiting for me to just deliver a piece of paper but she would not stop talking long enough to listen to me. Outside, I explained why I was there to an employee who was coming in and she delivered the paper and I was on my was in minutes.

Positive experience: This place is close to my house. I use it for many things. Notary, trip help/info etc. They are very helpful and learned on just about everything . The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I called there with a tax question about selling a mobile home/camp which is only titled like a vehicle and the woman who I talked to gave me the wrong info. Either go there in person or make sure the person you talk to knows what she's talking about.

Fantastic experience: When I first arrived, the staff seemed a bit scattered, however, my opinion quickly changed. Everyone (I can't give specific names bec I don't remember) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get my car registered in PA (from CT) without fuss, I got a AAA membership because of the deal and discounts being offered really helped me save some cash! I got a quote on Auto and Renters insurance that saved me 1/3 off my current rate AND they had screwdrivers to take off my old plate! A great crew!

Fantastic experience: Went in to do a title transfer and left with a AAA membership, insurance and completing the transfer. Started off by calling about hours of operation and progressed to me coming in. I was immediately greeted and taken care of. Everyone in there was cordial and very helpful. Car insurance was much less than anticipated. Membership basically paid for itself between the transfer and insurance. I even was able to add my daughter to membership for free. Feel more comfortable knowing wherever she is, she can call AAA in an emergency. Great staff and exceeded my expectations!

Negative experience: Rude and pushy staff. Not a comfortable feeling at all. Would definitely not recommend this location.

Negative experience: the DMV was closed today, which prompted me to visit this AAA center. My experience here and level of "service" was certainly lacking. I did my homework directly with the DMV regarding what was needed to have an internet based vehicle purchase done and all required documentation on hand to complete the paperwork. AAA rep provided me with contradictory process and forms needed to complete the title transfer and registration. I took my business to Jack Maggs where I was given exceptional customer service and Beth Ann was able to quote verbatim what the DMV analyst stated was needed. I completed all documentation and paperwork and was on my way in under 20 minutes. I certainly wasn't happy with my experience at this AAA location today, although I see others are very happy with the service in this Bethel Park location. Based on my experience today, i will not go back to AAA for auto titles/paperwork.

Negative experience: I come for transfer title to my friend , I had membership and I pay 95$ a year for that , we tried to make gift . The reception trying to explain me that my friend must have a membership also or they going charge him extra money . It just awful, cause in other time in other office I have never meet with that . Nobody recommend to come here.

Negative experience: I've had multiple poor experiences with this branch in particular (no phone calls returned, very delayed return of requested information, multiple instances of improper initial processing of paperwork that required me to make an addition trip to the branch and/or multiple calls to correct). I have also have big issues with AAA East Central -- my husband was left STRANDED on the side of the road for 4+ hours only to eventually give up and find an alternate way home. He called in about 3am and after waiting hours in the dark and cold without hearing anything he phone back and was told someone would be out soon, again nothing so he again called back. What if the he ran out of gas and couldn't keep the car heated? what if his mobile phone battery died? what if it was my young daughter out there by herself in the middle of the night? ... they never proactively called to check on him or update him on the status of the help they were supposedly sending. I ran into even more issues when I called to notify the powers-that-be, trying to get reassured that someone was going to take responsibility and ensure it wouldn't happen again and also to receive some sort of goodwill gesture. The ordeal is way too lengthy to detail. I believed AAA would want to correct the issues given it's whole brand supposedly is about customer confidence and customer service. And I believe customer feedback is necessary to keep up the service for everyone. Simply put, its been a HUGE hassle--including being erroneously told by the person in East Central in charge of addressing my complaint that my husband wasn't even eligible for service (every other representative said he WAS eligible for service). It is a nightmare trying to get in touch with people higher up the managerial ladder, and nobody was ever able to give me a national contact number. I have been a AAA member for more years than I can remember and this was awful. I have dealt with several other AAA regions and never had an experience like this. I have kept my AAA membership for dependability and peace of mind-- I do not have that with AAA East Central.
Fantastic experience: MARI ANN and DARLENE are phenomenal! They were beyond helpful in educating me on how to obtain new license plates and how to register them. Not only did these women run around the office and make phone calls for me, they did it without a drop of attitude or hesitation. In this fast-paced world, it is a relief to have an experience like this. I highly recommend this location!
