Negative experience: Yesterday 12/15/24 I called Rooms101 to check on everything before we headed out for Christmas vacation. The company is closed. Called the number I had in email and was told a check was mailed to my home, and that they would have someone call me tomorrow. The payments were made via ach, why not give the money back on the card it came from. I never received the physical check. My banking app on my phone reflects the same. NO deposits of that amount via a check. Today is 12/16/24 called on my lunch hour and got hung up on. I left a polite voicemail asking for a call back as that number was my only point of contact. Even tried the Summer Bay Resort that Rooms101 had us set to stay at. That was a dead end, I was on hold for 40 minutes. Then started to receive texts from a number claiming the check was sent. If so then what was the address it was sent to. Supposedly all the site access was closed to protect users information, which is great. Now did you physically write an address on the envelope and not keep a record of where you sent a $900 check. I guess so. Seeing as how the person I have been speaking with today does not see it fit to go to the bank today. I am writing this today 12/16/24. It will be seen today, maybe within the time of the bank being opened. The IT guy called and informed the voice over the phone of my address, only after I gave my address. It was corny.

We have spoken to the client today and issued a refund to him . He was advised before his review a month ago . The refund was issued last month he says he has never received it after we even verified the address . We will be sending back up . We look forward to resolving his needs .

Negative experience: *UPDATE * Absolute scam. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! They set my family up with a dirty hotel and used Expedia to set it up. They aren't professionals at all. When I tried to cancel within the allowed window, I didn't get return calls or texts. The lady just ignored me until it was too late. When we arrived, we were told by the hotel that rooms 101 would receive a refund on the room and the lady from 101 said when they received it that I would be released from the contract and refunded. Well, that never happened and when I reached out about it she got snotty and refused the refund and denied everything she said. They don't care about helping you find a timeshare. They're just head hunters for the timeshare. Hard earned money out the window and into the pockets of this scam. STAY CLEAR OF THIS "COMPANY". UPDATE I received confirmation in writing that they received a full refund from the hotel and rooms 101 refused my dispute and charged me back for something they never paid for. Now I'm paying 101 for a room they received a refund on. Absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with. It's basically stealing. I'll be in touch with the bbb.

Negative experience: Horrible communication with customer service. I was told that someone would return my call about a vacation booked in Myrtle Beach SC. I'm still waiting to receive a call back. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time with this company.

Fantastic experience: Thank you rooms101 for our honeymoon package to las vagas, our strip view was dynamite. The gondola ride at the Venetian made us feel like we were really in Venice Italy! Vagas was awesome as a wedding destination and honeymoon! The down size is we gained weight Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the customer service and hearing about new vacation destinations and packages they have to offer. I went on a few trips with them and enjoyed and appreciated the opportunities. I went on a lovely Cancun trip that was an amazing al inclusive with the most delicious food and wines on the best spot on the beach and there activities were phenomenal, I went to Ek Balance Archaeology park and archeological zone in the Yucatan and a cenote, both amazing ad a town from the 1500's still in pristine condition.

Fantastic experience: We recently came back from Miami Our room was beautiful at the sole’ Miami Sunny isles was just a little far up to get to the south beach in retrospect I’m so glad my coordinator suggested this resort it was just the peace and tranquility we needed . The restaurants and shops to walk to were right there . Fantastic experience: Very awesome view of the lake and pool from your balcony, and a very spacious apartment. It has all the amenities in it that you need on a staycation. The staff was nice I flew in extremely late from flight delays way passed office hours between 1-2 am and they had a staff member to still take care of the situation. Rooms 101 did a great job of booking and handling my late check in. I'll definitely book this again.

Positive experience: I recently traveled to Cancun all inclusive to the Krystal it was more than I expected The food was good I just needed my breakfast times longer The staff was friendly .We didnt need to spend too much on the other activities We will look to travel all inclusive again The presentation was informative I was a bit hesitant to do this with the promotion but the cost outweight the time spend

Negative experience: This place is terrible.. Took my money a month later of $200 stating I didn't go to the meeting. I did. My time there was January 14thru January 17,2023 why they took money out 2/3/23 saying I owe the hotel would have charged me up on check out this place is a scammer and really doesn't deserve my 1st star but I had to select to leave review.. FYI the lady who answered the phone is rude as hell. Don't waste y'all time.. I want my money back!!!

Negative experience: This is the worst place of business that I’ve ever encountered. First I was booked the wrong room. When I called back to correct them they were very nasty and disrespectful. They are always rushing you off the phone. My flight ended up being canceled and when I sent over the information for proof they said they would contact the hotel and follow up with me and they did not follow up. When I called today to speak to a manager she refused to let me speak to the manager. This is the worst company ever and at this point I am going to file a claim with my bank to get my money back and never do business with them again. All I wanted was for the dates to be rescheduled and they couldn’t even do that. I will be contact the BBB.

Negative experience: First off I’m glad they didn’t take the payment like I told them cause I really would be HOT!! So home girl calls with this really nasty Jersey/Vegas accent. I don’t know but it was irritating. She called cause the card I was using did not go through. And basically wanted to know if I was going to pay another way or change my date. I reminded her of the conversation that we had. She got quiet and had to think of something real quick. I said I knew this was going to be a “shit show” and that was her reason. Oh she blew up and went off. Telling me not to curse. Lol grown woman you have heard worse and with this type of customer service I’m sure people have cursed you specifically. After her screaming and being upset because she failed at life she answer one other time only to continue to scream. Her voice is on every answering service. She was texting but couldn’t send me confirmation. Claimed to not have gotten the paperwork but somehow they are suppose to email me. Worse human experience EVER! Like why are you in business? And then blocks your number!!! Hello!! You wronged me! We’ll see if that refund happens.

Negative experience: Total scam. Rooms101 charged my debit card 3 times because Spinnaker Resort Branson Missouri management report us not attending 90 minutes presentation. 3 times we were reported as not completing and 3 times we were charged. Total scamimg. Dont trust Spinnaker or Rooms101.

Negative experience: I have had a change in living and i called to cancel my presentation. I received a call back immediately from customer service who said they would get the cancellation department to call me. Some lady called me after attempting to save the purchase as most companies do so they dont lose the sale; switching from timeshare presentation to out right purchase. When i said " I think" my spouse wants to get the money back immediately just said fine whatever and hung up on me. i was going to discuss and thats why i said i think but now i will never do business with this company again. Friendly until they may lose your sale then they give you no time. Also, everytime you call you have to leave a voicemail no one is ever there to answer right away and you are the will of them returning your call. I would think for someone who is already paid in full for over $2000 that they would have some kind of professionalism especially if they were trying to retain the sale. Remember, when you buy CHEAP expect nothing but CHEAP service. I was hoping this would be a good value but i've never felt so offended in my life. I'll take my money and pay an extra $800 to book directly through Universal.

Negative experience: Haven't booked yet. Hard to talk to anyone but one rude lady that is in Florida I think. Sounds as if she works from home. She explained the various packages but someone is supposed to call me back but never received a call yet.

Negative experience: My wife and I decided to book a trip in pigeon forge with rooms 101. They got the dates wrong, I was there when my wife scheduled it and I plainly heard her tell the woman twice to make sure the dates were right. We give the woman our credit card number and she charged the account. We were suppose to have gotten a confirmation email sent to us. We didn’t get one, and we forgot about it for a little while. My wife calls to see why we didn’t get one and they say “oh we didn’t get the email address right, what’s the new one and we will send the confirmation. So they send the confirmation and my wife sends it back in e signed. My wife signed it but didn’t pay attention to them getting the dates wrong. Ok, I get we are partly at fault. We both already had scheduled vacation time from work for this trip and we stated the correct dates over the phone twice! Ok, so now we can’t get the dates we originally asked for. We ended up going to pigeon forge on another time share promotion through a different company. Rooms 101 said it would let us reschedule our planned visit and had until February to do so. Now, they say we have to pay more than the original cost of the stay to go and they already have 209 dollars of ours. So a 209 dollar stay is now 209+299. We called credit card company and disputed it and we told them to pull the audio recoding when we booked it and they would see that we said the right dates over the phone. It said our phone conversation will be recorded when we payed. Rooms 101 claims they didn’t have access to that recording. I believe they did just didn’t want to make it right. Stay away from this company, they will screw you over. What’s funny is I could reschedule and go again for 209 dollars. I would probably lose the original 209 dollars but 209+209 is cheaper than 209+299. These people are dishonest, stay away!

Negative experience: I highly don’t recommend this site. Pamela whom claims to be the Mgr is rude and unprofessional. Pamela cancelled our room the day we arrived to check in bcuz I called her rude. I was trying to call from airport where there’s bad reception to let her know that my husband decided to travel, so she told me to stop calling after I explained there was bad reception so that’s when I called her rude. When we arrived at hotel Pamela cancelled reservation 15 minutes before we arrived. Pamela withdrew money from account that I never received services. Spiteful, rude, unprofessional, no consideration and just simply ugly! Beware; don’t trust this site at all! You’ve been warned

They took a extra $200 out my account without my authorization under a Mba business name, in which they are rooms 101. Straight Fraud! Don’t believe me?...Just call, it’s only one man and one woman who does everything. The woman changes her name all the time but listen to her voice.., SAME PERSON! Once, I realized this was a scam, I politely called them well in advance to get a refund for my deposit. After days of no return calls, I finally spoke to the lady, who told me that there was a $50 cancellation fee. My deposit was $50. Again I requested this Well in advance. Guys, Dont waste your money with this fly-by-night "company".

Negative experience: Booked a room with Pamela she was very rude and dishonest didn’t tell me I had to go to Calypso Cay to make the appointment for the timeshare or that I was going to be staying 25 minutes away from where the presentation was she also told me resort fees were $12.95 and security deposit for the room was $50 and that was also not true I called her to verify that I had to go to another location before I checked in Resort to make an appointment for the presentation and she got an attitude and started to get smart she’s very unprofessional she’s very rude she’s very dishonest and she doesn’t have proper etiquette very disrespectful

Negative experience: Do not book with this company. I booked a 2 bedroom at Calypso Cay Resort with them and I called to simply cancel my reservation because The 2 bedroom would not accommodate the 10 people that would be traveling with me .when I booked she informed it was free cancellation. Up to the 23rd of June but whe I called to cancel she told me it was a $50 cancellation fee the lady was very rude and nasty. I would never booked with them again very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: This ‘company’ seems to be one lady. She is dishonest. We booked a trip in March through rooms 101 and I regret it. I wish I would have just booked it through the hotel. Her communication through our whole vacation planning was extremely poor. After I booked our vacation there was no paper work email or sent to me. We did the 90 min tour but did not get credit for it and had to pay the extra $200 anyway.

Negative experience: Pamela at Rooms 101 was very rude. She seemed a little upset & bothered when I wanted to cancel my trip to Vegas due to the current pandemic happening. I will not book with Rooms 101 when I do plan my trip because of Pamela's nasty attitude.

Negative experience: Wish I could speak on a vacation that I booked through this company, however, I didn't make it that far in the booing process. I'm not sure if the thought is to have the "Mom and Pop booking feeling" but I definitely felt like I was talking to someones grandmother that had the television up to loud but insists on having a conversation. Make sure you have an hour or so when your getting ready to book because the repetition and lack of attention to detail is enough to make you say JUST FORGET IT!

Negative experience: After I posted a bad review, they decided to give me my money back. That is what I wanted in the beginning, since I did not stay at the resort that they had overbooked. I finally got in touch with a young lady who researched the problem and got my money back. I still will never do business with them again!

Negative experience: The hotel was not at all what I was led to believe. Plugged toilet, ripped & stained carpet, broken coffee maker. Timeshare deal was to include some free Disney tickets was a nightmare. Not compensated for my wasted time and runaround. I was treated very badly by the various parties involved in Room101 arrangements. This was an absolutely horrible and humiliating experience. Ruined my vacation with my children.
