Negative experience: I called multiple times and left message , no one responded ,,, I only gets automated text reply Finally I got responded after few days “ Some guy called asked what can help you I said I need to travel Addis , Ethiopia in Amharic Off course I added my few English between ( just time ) don’t know why the guy kept on asking my if I want continue in Amharic or English with rude way .. I said I will move on to another agency

When you are booked before they finalize anything they will send you email or text to see what you agreed to do then they will send your itinerary unfortunately they would not stop there, you will get a text before your departure and when you arrived they will also text to make sure everything went well at your arrival . On top of that when I met Haikel explained to me all possibilities and best choices with fair prices by informing me which time the price goes up and down and also by giving information about safety and other topics. MY 18 and 12 years old have to travel by themself ahead of time due to my work schedule. But, Haikel arranged for us a consent form which allowed by the law for minor children to travel independently. Also, I got a visitor pass to go with my children till the departure spot which was a new experience for me.
