Negative experience: I booked 2 tickets for $105 each from LAS to EWR and they called me that it’s not available so I can book new tickets for another $800, I told them I don’t want so they told me that the money is not refundable. I stopped the credit card charge. This company is a bunch of fake and a scam. Stay away

Negative experience: Scammers!! They took my quoted me a price for a flight and said I was booked charged my debit card and then told me I didn’t have a seat on the flight and refused to refund my money and insisted on trying to upsell another airline. Horrible don’t use this company

Negative experience: Very unhappy with your service and feel like you guys are a scam. I booked a flight to one city just to get an email to contact you guys. Once I contacted you guys you said your couldnt give me that flight. I just asked for a refund to directly book the flight because the airline website still had availability. You said you couldnt. I had 2 options. spend 400 more then I booked for or fly into a city 3-4 hours away. And cost more. I will not recommend using you and will leave honest bad reviews on my first and last time experience using you. The airline website showed 61 seats left at the same time I was on hold.

Negative experience: The worst company I've ever seen. They take money out of your account and don't give you flight tickets and lie endlessly.

Negative experience: Paid for a flight, but then it said processing. Then was called told my card was declined even though i had plenty of funds. Then was told i had to pay $490 more then $390 more then $250 more. Bait and switch. I called my bank to find out afterward my card was declined. Capitol One said that they would not and could not even do a manual approval for this company even if i wanted them to because they will not do business with this merchant due to all the fraud associated with this company. This company is a SCAM and needs to be shut down.

Negative experience: Going under the name FlightODeals this scam operation is registered in Delaware but actually operates out of India or Pakistan. They are not like Expedia or Priceline in that they do not sell the airline tickets to you, they put a bid in with the airlines, but do not disclose this to you. I went onto the site, thinking it was a valid travel site, picked flights, gave my credit card info, email, phone number and home address. I was sent a booking receipt that said it was in process...so I waited thinking it would be a few minutes. That night I called to see why I hadn't received a confirmation and tickets. I was told it would take three or four more hours. The next morning I found it was still in process so I contacted the company again and was told I just had to wait but no other explanation. When I asked questions about why the person just hung up on me. So I waited until the next day. When I saw it was still processing I called again and it was a repeat of the previous conversation. I was told to wait then the guy just hung up. The third day I called and asked to cancel the booking because it was still in process and the operator said he'd get it straightened out. But all he did was come back with an offer from the manager for more than twice the price. I said I wanted to cancel it and he said to wait he was going back to the manager and then came back on the line and offered to take off $50 but it was still 150% of the price so I said I just wanted to cancel the booking. then he really got aggressive saying "listen" over and over and went back to the manager who lowered the offer to 130% over the price if I'd go on a different day. It was like going to a car dealership and took nearly as much time. What a bait and switch scam that cost me hundreds of dollars for the trip because in the three days I waited to get my tickets all of the prices had gone up to double and triple the price for airfare, rental cars and hotels. Not only that, my email and phone have been flooded with scam calls for the last three days. I guess they sell your information because you proved you were an easy person to scam to all kinds of other go after you too. I had to lock my credit card because they have everything including the security code and now my bills that are auto paid all have to be contacted and paid by check until I can get my new card. I am pissed at myself for trusting that this was a legitimate travel site. Please don't get scammed by them. This is a clear bait-and-switch operation that never had any intention of selling the ticket for the agreed price and sells your contact info to other scammers. Now they are calling and harassing me yelling that the price of the tickets online are so much more than theirs are now. They don't get that I don't trust them at all and would never do business with such an unethical company. AVOID THIS SCAM!!!

Negative experience: Le pongo una estrella porque si pudiera ponerle 0 lo haría, una empresa poco profesional que coloca promociones la cual no existe, luego te llaman para que pagues más y si no aceptas lo que quieren, te informan que van a cancelar y no te van a devolver el dinero, tengan mucho cuidado cuando busquen esta página, realmente es una estafa!!!

Negative experience: TRAVODEAL IS A SCAM COMPANY. I booked online 2 non stop flying tickets, round trip from mci to atl which is $210/ person. The next day an Indian agent called me and said that they just could book 1 way for us. He would reimburse for us to buy the return trip from somewhere else. The problem is the cost of one way ticket is $160. I said that I bought round trip, not one way. If they can't sell the tickets as they post on their website, they have to return the money to the customer. They said that it is a non refundable money. I asked :"if so, where are my tickets?". They said that if I want round trip tickets I have to pay $162 more for each. After fighting back and forth, they said they would return my money within 7 days, I said that they have to return my money right now, right away or I would get a third party involve. Finally they were ok. The problem is after fighting with them, I checked my bank account and saw that they hadn't withdraw money from my bank account. It turned out that they tried to scare the customers that the customers will loose their money if they don't pay more to buy the tickets. I wish I could give this company 0 star.

Negative experience: Indian based company that takes your money and then changes your flight time and company and if you can’t take their “new” Flight time they won’t refund your money.

I was making a reservation and then start to asking me my address and to much information about me so I change my mind.. they start to treat me bad when I say I didn’t want more the reservation and told me they wouldn’t gonna refund me.. lucky me I block my card before they charge and got scam for this people.. all Indian people trying to scam .. also all the good reviews are from Indian people so.. weird

Negative experience: Scams!!! Do not do it. It’s Fake. All Indian talking. I went get tickets for flight. About $300 when I was in progress which was supposed be good deal. They try call you to confirm ur information. Then they wanted me take day off date charge me extra $190 for it. come out about $500-$550. In which united airline be cheap. I told them to cancel it they said I couldn’t. Argue with 3 Indians over phone you hear them in background and they pause/mute the phone. They try so hard waste ur time and money. They make up numbers and send it to ur email. Don’t trust them and if you give them ur information cancel they all fake and I wish I saw the reviews first. If you read what they send you says Total amount be $300 total for flight plus other fee they try get you with. Super Fake you can tell plus they don’t send you boarding ticket. They try call you to have you try spend more.

Negative experience: Don't buy anything from this company, avoid this scam. Liars, scammers, neglecters. They advertise something that doesn't exist, they invent that a person with heart problems bought the ticket you had bought. More than 4 hours on call, they lie, the same attendant with different names, pretending to be someone else every time you call. They sell and do not deliver. A truly great farce. I don't know how a company like this is still allowed to be operating.

Negative experience: I got booking number and then a representative called me saying that I have to pay for my flight connection, because that flight was full and I haven’t a seat when I already paid for it. They only wants more money and this a scam don’t make any reservation with travodeal

Negative experience: If I can give no stars I would!! Worst company ever! When I booked I got a call from the company moments later saying that flight I booked does not exist anymore I can get another one for $300+ what I already paid. I refused and asked to cancel since I bought cancel protection they told me I did not although I had proof spoke to a manager he told me my phone was lying and to “buy a new phone” I told him I will once he returns me my money. He never did I have to file a dispute with my bank. Very unprofessional and rude!! Do not!

Negative experience: ABSOLUTE SCAM. Read through the other negative reviews, they are all accurate. I know this because I had the SAME EXPERIENCE. I booked a flight, they called me the next day telling me that they had booked the outbound flight, however my flight home was completely full. The guy told me the only solution was to either: 1. Pay an additional $300 to fly home 2. Switch my airport from Baton Rouge to New Orleans(cheaper tickets for them to buy as it’s a bigger airport, but also charged me more) and only pay $50 more. They told me that canceling and just getting my money back was not possible, as they had already booked my outbound flight and Delta airlines was refusing to cancel and refund my money. LUCKILY, I recorded our conversations, including my conversation with Delta airline where they confirmed they had never booked a flight under my name (lie #1), but even if they did, they have an iron clad refund policy if cancelled within 24 hours, so if I HAD had a flight booked, I would have been refunded 100% as it was within 24 hours(lie #2) and furthermore, there were PLENTY OF SEATS flying back home, and the retuning flight they had insisted was booked, was VERY MUCH AVAILABLE (lie #3). Because of all of this, I was able to force them into refunding my money. But they are very much a scam. The only positive reviews they have are from employees making up profiles to post reviews. Anyone reading this with similar issues, feel free to contact me. Because of the evidence and the AWFUL experience I had, I would like to begin a class action suit against this “company”. Email is first and last name.

Similarly like others have mentioned, I booked two round trip tickets and company called me the next day and said ooops sorry the flight you booked is ACTUALLY not available. However we can give you another flight for another day that will cost you more. I was like ummm no. Sooo you guys are canceling on me? And they were like no you are cancelling since you refuse to book a new flight with us… What? Are they serious? What planet are they from?? They are using a scheme called bait and switch Which is illegal. STAY AWAY from these fraudulent people. The customer service reps are all Indian and the company is Indian as well. Any good reviews are fake reviews from these scam artists. I’m going to start a law suit against these scammers. Feel free to message me if you’d like to join my law suit.

Odwołanie lotów kosztuje tyle samo co pierwotna cena za bilety... Obsługa klienta jest nastawiona na to, żeby ugrać i wyłudzić jak najwięcej pieniędzy. Jednym słowem firma wyłudzająca pieniądze...

Negative experience: SCAM SCAM SCAM Don’t get fooled into. They are crooks. Will lure you with good itinerary and low prices then later will call you to tell you that itinerary is not available and you will have to make changes which will cost you way more than you originally booked price. If you ask for cancellation, they will refuse to refund you money inspite of your purchase of travel insurance. Supervisor is involved too and will not do anything or help you. Lesson learned: STAY AWAY from travel companies like this. Book through airlines directly.

Negative experience: SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. The price they offer doesn't exist. They will tell you one way is booked but the other flight is sold out. So they try to sell you other flights in higher price. They said you cannot cancel because one way flight is already booked, but they can transfer you to another airlines or different flights. The customer support is very rude. I will never book from here again.

Negative experience: After purchasing a flight for me and my wife they emailed back to call them because of a problem. They said they were able to keep my flight but couldn't do my wife's. So I said drop everything because we had to fly together. They said my flight was already paid for but they could move it to another flight at an "upcharge". They eventually put my wife on the original flight but after they ended up charging us double.

Negative experience: Absolutely Awful!!! Don’t even attempt to make a flight reservation through them. I purchased a round trip flight. I got an email confirmation that my purchase is in process and that I will be recieve a separate email with my tickets. When I never recieved it, I callled them and they said my outbound was confirmed and my inbound was on standby. I asked them to cancel it because I need an actual ticket and not a standby and I could’ve purchased another ticket from another site for the same price. They refused to cancel it as they said it was non refundable. I told them, either send me the ticket confirmation or cancel my ticket so I can buy it somewhere else. They refused to do that. They were asking me to change airports or change the timing of my flight instead. The day after the ticket prices doubled and I called them again and this time they said they can cancel it. So now I have to buy these tickets for double the price I originally purchased it for.

I booked a flight and then got a call back from them right after telling me that I need to pay extra for the tickets (almost $200 per ticket) because the only seats available are on the main cabin. This Company is doing bait and switch!!! With the timing of when I completed the booking and the callback, it is very apparent that they already know the issue but wants my business so they lured me in with the price that is no longer available. They tried to help find me an alternative flight, still much higher than what I originally paid and it’s adding a lot of time to my travel. I usually don’t write reviews but I want everyone to be aware of Travodeal’s tactics. Definitely stay away from this Company.
