Fantastic experience: I REGRET not using "Lets Russia" Earlier! For Months ive been looking up "guides" and "YouTube videos" and even the official site to see how to get a Russian tourist visa. It was very intimidating and unclear everybody said different things and man, the paperwork was the easy part getting it to the consulate was the confusing part! FINALLY I DISCOVER "LETS RUSSIA" and man they made everything so easy!! Their Step by step guide was easy to follow and they explained what i need to do within 5 steps. Before I knew it "I HAD A TOURIST VISA" within a month (it takes the consulate about 2 weeks or so to review your paper work and approve). Honestly if i would have done it the tradtional way i wouldnt have ever gotten my visa but "LETS RUSSIA" made it way too easy and i applaud them for that! If anyone wants to go to russia just save yourself the headache and just use Let's Russia and you'll have what you need in no time!

Before this Visa, I used another service here in Tampa, but they had gone out of business since my last Visa. I found LR and ordered a 3 Year Visa. After coming across Marcus's videos online, I gave him a call and he walked me through the entire process. He also suggested that I try for the 3-year multi entry visa instead of the single entry visa, because they were the same price. After that I went into their website and filled out the information to apply for my visa. Then I was sent the well organized information and instructions on what on what documentation I should send them, via FedEx. After preparing all documentation, I printed off the pre-created shipping label that was sent to me through my email, and sent them all of the documentation. I was able to get updates on what was happening with my Visa during the entire process. Vangie was there to answer any and all questions I had, which usually took place over text or email, but we also talked on the phone once or twice. They shipped my visa back to me within the time promised. If you are looking to get you Russian visa in a quick and hassle-free way, then I would definitely recommend using Let's Russia.

All staff members are incredibly knowledgeable about all things pertaining to travel/visas/legal procedures in the Russian Federation, and will answer all your questions.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed in this company. I arranged a visit with them for Russia but when the Ukrainian war broke out I decided it was not a good time to go to Russia I asked the company multiple times for a refund of the money I paid them to arrange a visa and they promised on multiple occasions they would send me a refund but after a year it still hasn't shown up Every time I contacted them they were very apologetic and blamed the delay on their accounting department which I now believe was just an excuse and they never had any plans to refund my money I would avoid having anything to do with this company

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my wife and I's experience with Let's Russia was not a good one. We were given a non-functioning address to send our materials and my wife's US Passport was lost. We had to switch to a different visa service as well as apply for emergency replacement service with the US Department of State to replace my wife's lost US Passport replacement. The response from Let's Russia is an atempt at whitewashing the entire experience. Fact is that right after we paid their shopping cart system spit back the address in Houston that was bad. USPS confirmed delivery but after it arrived at this bad address provided by Let's Russia it was lost. The fact that their shopping cart system, after payment, displayed an incorrect address is the reason why Let's Russia was 100 percent at fault. Everyone makes mistakes but the attempt to cover up the incorrect address as displayed by their shopping card system is just plain dishonest. The address displayed on the screen after we paid was this bad address, the address provided by their system. And we spent over $500 driving to Chicago twice (6 hour drive each time) - including meals, gas, and the rather large fee to the US State Dept for their emergency rush service to issue a new passport. And it was our US Senator that got us into the emergency passport system, not anybody or anything else. The response from Let's Russia only makes matters worse. We did provide the tracking number, we even had the name of the person who signed for it in Houston. We ended up going to another service that got it done through Russia's New York office faster than the time promised by Let's Russia and for $200 cheaper than Let's Russia. Last but not least, the person who mans the phone for this "non-functioning' Let's Russia Houston office was rude, condescending, and insensitive - and told us that if they find the documents we sent they'd have to be sent to Russia's office in Germany, not New York. What a disaster this experience with Let's Russia turned out to be.
