Recently, Marina went way out of her way to help us to rebook our trip (from Boston to the Dominican Republic) because of an expected snowstorm about to hit Boston. Marina advised us to change our departure plans (to get out of the Boston area before the storm would hit). We didn't think changing plans so last minute would be possible, but Marina stayed late on a Friday to nail down each component of the changing plans: our flight, one-night stay in Orlando (just to get us out of Boston) & all the changes necessary on the ground in the Dominican Republic. Marina made the changes, we were able to depart Boston for Orlando just as the storm was approaching. Everything else fell into place during our trip. We are so appreciative of Marina, who really took care of us!

Fantastic experience: We had a great tour in Costa Rico organized by Yes, We Travel. Our guide Olga is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond advising on the activities, dining options, etc. The overall experience was amazing, and all the details were very well thought through. Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a very good experience with YES We Travel Inc. on the 12-day LEGENDS AND TRAVELS PERU tour with Russian guides from October 26 to November 6. The tour was very interesting and well organized. Every point of the tour was completed without delays or any problems. Three excellent Russian guides accompanied us in Lima, Cusco, Matcha Picchu, Lake Titicaca, Colca Canyon and Arequipa. The weather was beautiful and we saw many fantastic places and learned about the history of the Incas.

Fantastic experience: After two and half years of avoiding any travel, we were in Dominican Republic resort for two weeks in the mid of January 2022. As always Marina organized our trip perfectly. Working with "Yes, We Travel" resembled professional performance, to which we got used. Probably, the best we can do is to repeat our review, writen before Covid19: We are customers of travel agency “Yes, We travel” for many years. Every year we go to few business trips as well as few vacation travels. Travelling for business within the United States, Europe, Asia, Middle East we never faced some unexpected negative events. Arranging vacation packages to Caribbean we were lucky not to be surprised by our travel agency, things were happening as arranged. With this, hope everyone understands, that the flight could be delayed due to the weather or technical problem with an aircraft. The sloppy performance of local transportation company or even a hotel do happen. The team led by Marina Novikov definitely deserves 5/5 stars. Marina, thank you, Sam

Negative experience: Buyer beware. Marginally competent, unscrupulous, lazy and sloppy. Their lack of professionalism will cost you extra money you didn't plan to spend, their poor customer service shows compete disregard for making right by the customer. When they make mistakes during booking, they fight tooth and nail to avoid admitting the obvious, recognizing an error and going an extra mile to correct the problem and look after the customer's basic benefit. Avoid; you are far better of using the Internet directly. EDIT (After reading owner's response): That response unwittingly proved the feedback I shared originally - unscrupulous, unethical, aggressive and truculent. I had a misfortune of booking the trip to Europe through this company, when agent made a mistake on a flight date that was obvious to a simple eye-test. When I attempted to resolve their error at least with a compromise as the tickets were non-refundable, the agent, without securing my permission, paid the exchange fee to the airline at my expense, setting me back by a hefty amount. Any further attempts to resolve this were rudely dismissed. So much for "Yes We Travel" being a service company. I am perplexed with their self-characterization as "we are known as exactly opposite" - I guess if you say so, that has to be the verity itself. I wonder how I could have possibly missed such an obvious characteristic of a self-anointed sanctimony.

We spent additional week at Hotel Punta Leona on the excellent beaches Playa Mantas ant Playa Blanca, so Alex Novikov and Olga did their best to help us to be transfer to and from hotel by the end of our vacation. Negative experience: Very poor service! if you don't want just lost your money never go to TUO company!!! Because only have reservation your hotel bed and breakfast and transfer to airport!!! For 8 tour days i have only 1.5 tour excursions included to tour!!! If you want see some more than 1.5 you need looking for and pay by self each tour separately!!! Don't west your time and money!!!
