Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Yulini Travel agency. I have been using the services of Yulini Travel before booking online was a thing. Today everyone is booking travel online and it’s great for comparative shopping. Sure, you can find the cheapest but it is exactly that “the cheapest”. And we all want the cheapest until something goes wrong… now we pay!! Do we read the fine print? Do we understand them? Or we interpret them for what we want them to be? That is where Yulini comes in. You can call and ask for the cheapest ticket and they will book it for you. They may not recommend it because of what’s in the fine print. However, when there is an issue that you did not foresee you will not take responsibility for asking for the cheapest, you will blame the travel agency. I have personal experience with Yulini where issues arose and I picked up the phone and called and had it resolved. Ever trying calling any online ticketing service? Or any of the airlines? If you did you know what I am talking about. Good news!!! Even if you booked with the airline or a travel website you can still call Yulini to have your problem resolved. Why wait until there is a problem, call in the first place. I know the feeling of independence that you get when you book your own flight, you feel that you have accomplished something. But you are only accomplishing a purchase, you are not purchasing experience and service in the event that something went awry along the way. I looked at some of the negative reviews and I know what they are omitting! Yulini has been in business for over 25 years, they know a thing or two!

Negative experience: This place is so horrible. I just went in there to book a ticket for my mom and brother. Prior to this my mom called and the lady told her the amount for the tickets which was the price of both tickets when it was actually the price of one. She did not clarify this to my mother correctly. This lady literally picked the highest price ticket and told us it was the lowest. When I went to the agency I had to go back and forth to the bank because this lady said she already confirmed one of the tickets and said we had to go through with it. I was so confused because I never put down a deposit to hold my tickets. This lady said that there was nothing that can be done and we have to purchase the ticket. My mom said she did not want to purchase any tickets anymore due to the price. So I had to purchase one ticket for 1,478 and then I had to pay a cancellation fee for TWO TICKETS. I DID NOT PURCHASE TWO TICKETS. I got scammed. This is the worst travel agency. Mean while I was talking to this lady the whole time at the travel agency she kept picking up her phone and talking to other people while trying to talk to me. This is ridiculous. She wouldn’t of made this sort of mistake if she gave me her full attention. Very rude and unprofessional. It’s so disgusting. She is so disgusting. Additionally, my brother called to reason with the lady and she was so rude to him over the phone. It was very unprofessional. She feels like she can talk to people however she wants. This place is a literal scam and deserves to get shut down or looked into. Everything was just so suspicious. I do not recommend this agency to anyone and I will continue sharing with everyone about my horrible experience at this useless place.

Fantastic experience: Yulini has a very professional team, they booked my 4 days 3 night trip to St Lucia. Flights on Jetblue was on time both legs with not issues. Resort: Mystique by Royalton St Lucia was absolutely wonderful. While the property was smaller than other, this was great for access to beach, pool, restaurants, bar, etc. Service was excellent, everyone were very friendly. While the property was a bit dated, the rooms were very nice, spacious and very clean. I absolutely recommend this trip for anyone who wants a quick get away.

Fantastic experience: A few months back, I was preparing for a trip, only to discover about two days before I left that my second flight arrival time was delayed. This affected the third leg of my trip. I called Yulini Travel Agency and was assured it will work out, I won’t have to overnight and to go ahead as planned. Needless to say I was skeptical because it was over a weekend. I started my trip preparing mentally for overnight accommodations. As I was boarding my second flight, to my relief, I received a text message with flight details from Nirmala that the third leg of my trip was confirmed on a later flight. Yes, they made it happen above and beyond. I highly recommend this travel agency and they have a great sense of humor which diffuses related travel stresses. :)

Negative experience: DONT NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !!! This place is a complete rip off. My grandmother purchased a trip they charged her double the flight. I called Sunita and Bobbie and got the same flight at $239 cheaper. I understand eveyone needs to charge a fee to stay in business but taking advantage of the elderly isnt a way to conduct a business. I asked my friend who referred me to Yulini to double check his price and the same happened to him aswell no loyalty to long time customers. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!

Negative experience: Unreliable staffs , always making some form of mistakes while trying to fix the issues rather than talk about it they would hang up phone. I booked a flight from Guyana to jfk for the 10th October 2018 (none stop) on the ticket it said 1:pm check in after calling in the morning of to confirm the flight etc i was told the flight was 1: am , trying to get back a flight none stop was unable to . This is my 2nd encounter with this agency .

Your job is to HELP me, not insult me. They charge you the highest prices they can find and then tell you it's the lowest. Go somewhere else and avoid this place like the plague. Terrible experience.
