They were easy to communicate with through email when we changed a few things around. The driver arrived on time with a clean limousine. He explained the rules and asked what the parents’ guidelines were in a professional way. It was clear right away that he would take good care of our teens. The kids all gave him a good report; they said he was nice and prompt picking them up at Rosen Centre after the Prom. He especially came through on the ride from Disney World to the Port on and the Port to the Airport with the milk for our infant. On the ride to the Port Dan noticed one of our daughters was having some issues and he offered his iPad with Disney plus loaded on it to help us out. This made the trip much smoother. The same for the ride back from the Port, our daughter actually asked for the iPad which Dan promptly pulled over next to the terminal after we left and set it up. We messaged the office the night before disembarkation from our cruise asking for a bottle of milk to be in the car waiting for our infant. The reply was simply, “consider it done”. Due to cancelled and delayed flights, pick up details kept changing. Tuxedo kept in touch via email and text assuring us that they would be there whenever we arrived. After arriving at MCO at 1 am we decided to grab a hotel room and travel the next morning. Fantastic experience: Tuxedo confirmed pick up time and my driver was at my place promptly. After picking me up in Mount Dora, FL we headed to Windermere, FL to get my sister. He was courteous and respectful of our age and abilities and took our luggage and assisted my sister into the car, which was very comfortable and no blasting music.
