Fantastic experience: Note: This Review is for a Rivian Electric Vehicle. I’ll be sharing additional details that are not critical for a typical gas vehicle. My family and I recently had the pleasure of a winter trip from Atlanta, GA to Denver, CO. We wanted to go skiing in Vail, and we decided to rent an all-wheel drive vehicle from Titus Adventure Company (TAC). Travis and his staff were amazing, and we ended up renting “Vivian” the Rivian for our Trip. Day 1: We let Denver with a full charge and 370 miles. We had 4 adults on the drive along with 5 suitcases (2 large, 3 medium) and one pair of ski boots and carry-on bags. Everything fit well (we did not have the 3rd Row set up) and the driver could easily see out the back. The drive up I-70 was uneventful. Sunshine, some leftover slush on the sides of the roads and all lanes open. When we got to Vail, we parked the SUV in the Lionshead Parking garage at a high-speed DC charger and hit the slopes for a half-day of skiing. When we got back to Vivian, she had another full charge, and we didn’t have to pay for parking that day (EV charging is outside the pay gate). We drove to East Vail and checked into our Condo. Day 2: Overnight, it snowed, so we used the app to pre-heat the interior and to get the 4 seat-warmers cooking. After driving to the parking lot, skiing, grabbing some snacks and driving back, we still had over 280 miles to go. Days 3-4: Much the same. Snow overnight, pre-heating the SUV, using “snow” mode if needed. Never needed to recharge and still had over 140 miles at the end. Day 5: Decided to ski at Beaver Creek for a change. They have outdoor (uncovered) parking lots with shuttles to the mountain, and the Elk Lot had a Level 2 Charger where we let Vivian all day. At the end, we were over 290 miles (I forgot to write it down), more than enough for the drive back to Denver in the AM. Day 6: Driving back was slow. The major snowstorm forced a lane to close and there were multiple cars on the shoulder or in minor accidents. The Rivian took on the harsh conditions with ease. We made it back to Denver and turned in Vivian with no issue. We will use TAC again on our next trip to the mountains. PROs: EXCEPTIONAL customer service and all of the TLC anyone could need. Loved having Vivian up in the mountains during the winter. The Rivian drove like a charm - even when other non-AWD cars needed to pull over and use chains. Charging, when needed, was extremely affordable (or free) and easy to find [I do have the PlugShare App on my phone]. Ski rack on the top gave us the option to pack up our gear and drive to Beaver Creek with no issue. Given the cold mornings (or nights for dinner) the ability to pre-heat the windows, the mirrors, and the front and back seats was a dream. Even my teenage boys both commented that they loved the Rivian. CONs: Driving a newer vehicle and dealing with narrow parking spaces and drivers not used to snow was a bit nerve-wracking.

Fantastic experience: I rented a Rivian R1S and got to test out the off-road capabilities. It was fun to put it through its paces and see how easily it handled the rugged terrain.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic trip exploring New Mexico for 10 days in Hank, one of the 4runners. Well equipped for getting away from it all, just had to fill the fridge with food and we were good to go spent nights in amazing places that you would normally never reach, especially with a RV or trailer. Vehicle was nicely modified and very capable, tent was comfortable( the little on the cozy side for width if you prefer to sprawl while sleeping) nothing equipment wise for cooking cleaning and camping. Would love to do it again, maybe in the Land cruiser next time!

Fantastic experience: We flew from central Florida to Denver and rented Toby and Hank, then drove to Moab, Utah. Did a weeks worth of camping and off and on road trails. Quality products on board and very capable vehicles for offroad vehicles. Very smooth and easy rental process!! Highly recommended. 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about the Titus team! It was an easy Uber ride to and from the airport and the pickup and drop-off process was super smooth and easy. The team was very helpful and laid back. This is a great owner/operated small business. All we had to bring was our clothes and make a stop at the grocery store on our way out of town. The van was in great shape and everything worked great. We were able to get away and find a secluded place to camp outside of Eagle, CO before heading to Moab for a couple of nights. Fantastic experience: The Titus team has this down to a science! We flew in from the Florida Keys with only our clothes, hopped in Willie the Land Cruiser and wanted for nothing on our nearly 2 week camping trip from Colorado to Wyoming. The truck was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and then some. Their gear was well organized, easily accessible and better than our own. The truck was a trusted friend, hotel room and adventure partner every step of the way. Communication, Pickup and returns were easy, even after hours and after dark. I couldn't be happier with their premium service in the perfect location. Home run guys!

We flew in from Maryland and rented ✨June✨ the Ram ProMaster Solis van, for seven nights where she safely took us throughout the San Juan Mountain Range, camped out in Ouray for two nights, visited Telluride, survived Million Dollar Highway, then ventured through Arches National Park in Utah and Dead Horse State Park. We finished our trip in Rocky Mountain National park for two days and Estes Park where I finally got to see a herd of elk and a moose up close! Many memories made for a lifetime and will be booking again for our next adventure. The TAC team literally thought of everything you would need while on the road. All we had to do was buy a week’s worth of groceries and we were set! We did research for months on a van rental company and TAC won by far. Hope you take the leap and rent from them for your adventures as well.

Fantastic experience: We rented Lyle for a few days to adventure in the San Juan mountains. He was fully equipped with just about everything you could need. The staff was warm and welcoming and showed us how to use all of his features before we set out on our journey. We did Cinnamon Pass, California Gulch, Engineer pass and a trip to Silverton. We had a great experience overall and cannot wait to rent Lyle for another trip!

Fantastic experience: We had another amazing trip with Titus Adventure. We rented the camping van Trisha for my family of four. We visited Frisco, Leadville, Vail, Grand Lake, RMNP, and Estes Park. The van was fantastic, very comfortable, easy to drive the mountain roads, and it had everything we needed. It was such a great experience for my family to be able to have all the comforts, cooking our meals in the van, all while staying at remote campsites. If you are looking for a unique way to really experience Colorado and don’t want to stay in hotel rooms, this is the way to go. My family is already planning our next trip.

Fantastic experience: TAC was amazing! They gave support prior to the trip, gave excellent recommendations, and routed a phenomenal inaugural overlanding trip over 6 days. The 4Runner, ‘Charlie’ was perfect for handling the rough terrain, while providing everything you need to camp and sleep. The bedding was warm and comfortable in the tent on some 40 degree nights and the amenities for cooking were plentiful. Fantastic experience: We had great 3 weeks with Shania (Ford Adventure-Van). Travelled through many National Parks, -Monuments and -Forests. We experienced a lot of wildlife (special in Yellowstone National Park) and beautiful nature out of the car. The car was very reliable. We loved to travel around with it. Comfy bed, heater for some cold nights in high altitude. Kitchen and porta potty helped a lot during free-camping :-) Many thanks to Travis and his team for the great communication. We can really recommend this company!

Fantastic experience: The crew at Titus are excellent! Very accommodating and helpful with any request I had. We rented a sleeper van for 4 nights. The van was fully stocked with everything that we needed for an amazing adventure. We took her over some gnarly terrain and had no issues. I would 100% rent with Titus again.

Fantastic experience: Titus helped us out of a pickle when our other rental company cancelled our van 2 hours before pickup. Turns out it was a blessing— from pickup to drop-off, I can’t recommend this company enough. Not a detail was missed with the van. We even got a better rate than the other rental. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Already looking forward to future adventures! (Did I mention they’re dog friendly?!)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience renting from Titus! We rented the 'glampervan' for our family of 4. Having the kids sleeping area accessable from inside the van was great. It came equipped with all the creature comforts to make a 14 day trip seamless and the pick up and return was very easy. We went from CO to Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Glacier, and Coeur d'Alene and back via Utah. Zero issues with any of the van systems the entire time. We have done another van trip before and this was a step above. Will definitely be renting here for our next adventure!

Fantastic experience: Our family had a fantastic trip in one of the Winnebago Solis vans! My husband and I took our 6-year-old, and 8-year-old camping outside the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and were grateful for the cover during some rainy evenings. Loved cooking pancakes in the morning, easy washing dishes, and even used the heater on a couple chilly nights. Solar power was a big relief since our site had no hookups or electricity. Thanks to everyone at TAC for making the process so smooth!

Fantastic experience: We travelled from the UK to hire one of the rentals - the booking process and communication was great and we had all the information we needed before the trip. The set up is fantastic, the vehicles are so well kitted and we didn’t have to bring anything with us! We had an amazing 4 night trip around Colorado - we’re already planning our next one!

Fantastic experience: First off if you ever want to take your little ones on an adVANture I highly recommend TAC! The service and support throughout the process made the leap into the wild easy. We rented Trisha (camper van) for 7 days and traveled throughout Colorados back country. We stayed in dispersed areas and some campgrounds. TAC helped select some areas to camo which made the trip easier. Travis and his crew are a great bunch of guys and I'd recommend everyone check them out for their next adventure.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best campervan rental we've had! We've rented from Native and Escape and TAC blows both of them out of the water! If you're looking for the best campervan rentals out of Denver, definitely go with these guys! Everything about our van was well thought out and purposely designed. The van was in excellent condition and clean on pick up (though considerably less clean when we returned it a week later!). Included all the electronic plug in ports you could need, a sink, a comfortable bed you don't have to manipulate into position each night, a fridge, a fan, and a heater! Great for the ever changing weather of Colorado!

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience with Titus Adventure Company! We toured 6 national parks over 2 weeks & EmmyLou (our camper van) was wonderful to travel with. The van had all the latest conveniences including electric & USB charging (with solar), a heater for cold nights camping & a very fuel efficient 4 cylinder turbo engine. The Titus team was professional & helpful throughout our journey. The van was well-equipped with stove & camping supplies. Friendly team that ensured our journey was a great experience !

Fantastic experience: In one word, I would describe our experience with Titus as DIALED. They have thought of every detail. You could literally show up with a duffel bag of clothes, pick up the van, grab some groceries, and be off on an incredible adventure immediately. We went with the Glamper Van and did a 4.5 day trip that included Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Moab, UT, and Fruita, CO. Usually after a trip like that you would need to catch up on rest, but this van was so comfortable that we all commented that we actually felt more rested at the end of the trip. And that was after hiking, biking, and driving every day. Our kids are ruined for camping now because they loved the van so much. The Titus guys even gave us some inside scoop on our trip planning that saved us headaches and gave us confidence in our camping spots. We added our own bike rack to the back and used the Titus swing gate, which made access to the back storage areas a breeze. I can't say enough great things about our Titus van. This trip was one we will remember for a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Rented the van known as ‘Garth’ so that I could determine if buying or building a van is in my future. Garth did good. My trip was a 2,000 plus mile run to Maine to visit family, then family in Vermont (eclipse viewing) back to Maine, then a stop in Western Pennsylvania. Running the highway to get to New England the Solis is very capable. Grabbing power naps, making a snack, is wonderful. Driving around New Englands small roads and parking, like in Ipswich Massachusetts to visit a childhood friend, the Ram Promaster is easy to park. Overall my experience with Titus team was smooth, easy to get questions answered and rolled up into a very memorable trip. Odds are I will rent again before I am able to get my own van.

This was totally uncomplicatet and i enjoyed my trip very well! Comunication and booking as well. Fantastic experience: Hiring one of these vehicles for a Colorado adventure should be on everyone's bucket list. I've travelled from Australia twice now and each time I've rented from Travis at TAC Rentals. It's so easy coming internationally, all I need is my clothes, the vehicle has everything to go. On my adventures I've been snowmobiling, backcountry skiing, rock climbing, 4x4ing and hiking 14ers. All of this was accessible because of these vehicles. Thanks Travis! I'll be back again!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars too! We had Patsy for four weeks during winter. The conversion campervan felt directly like home. Travis had packed it with all necessary equipment plus more so that we could fly in with light baggage. Travis was also very helpful, answering all questions in no time. We will choose TAC again should we come back for another road trip.

Fantastic experience: This company is amazing! We rented one of their camper vans for a September getaway and it was more than we could have ever asked for! It drove great, felt safe, and was packed with everything you could possibly need for a weekend in the mountains (camping chairs, dishes, a stove, pillows and sleeping stuff, the list goes on and on). They even included some essentials like chapstick and phone chargers.The bed was so comfy and I love that the chairs in the front can turn around so you can invite a group to hang out in your van on a colder day! On top of loving the Camper Van, I found out that they donate money to nonprofit organizations for every rental. You can not go wrong with these guys!

Fantastic experience: We rented a Camper van from Titus Adventure Company over labor day and could not have had a better experience. Of the many amazing things about this company, I want to call out a few: - Customer service is exceptional. Friendly staff was available before the trip to answer any questions, and gave a detailed walkthrough of the vehicle before we took off. The staff was knowledgable about the vehicle and about the location we were headed and offered lots of tips and advice for our trip. - They've though of EVERYTHING! You really can just show up with your food and your clothes. The van is fully loaded and ready to go, with the beds made, water filled, clean dishes, headlamps, even playing cards! This makes planning and packing a breeze and took a lot of stress out of the camping weekend. Plus, they only asked for us to empty the waste and fill it with gas upon return, they did the rest. They also had a ton of add ons like bike racks and propane fire pits if you are interested. - I swear, the vehicle looked brand new. I had expected a lot of wear and tear, and residual dirt from prior customers, but it was SPOTLESS. They take incredibly good care of these vehicles. Needless to say, we will be renting from Titus Adventure Company again! The time saving and stress relief alone was worth the cost and made camping as relaxing as it's supposed to be. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: 100 % recommend this company! After an exhaustive search for a van rental to explore the west coast, I was so grateful to find one that I could trust. Unlike any of the larger companies, you deal with genuine humans beings instead of people reading off scripts - Travis, the owner, was in direct contact guiding us and helping us from the start. The rental process was super smooth, the gear was in top condition, the walk-through before we left was thorough, and they were patient with our many questions. We will definitely be returning, and probably check out their trip planning option next time considering all the knowledge the crew obviously has.

Fantastic experience: We took the guided package for our first Overlanding experience. It was so much more than I expected. Not only did the team at Titus plan everything and provide great vehicles but they also setup, cooked and cleaned at every camp site. Fantastic experience: Travis and his team were amazing from beginning to end. We previously rented through a personal owner based rental site - just to have them cancel 24 hours before our trip! I knew I had to find a company that would have their rental running and ready to go upon my arrival. They supplied everything we needed camping related. We paid for advanced trip planning (worth every penny). And we rented a campervan for two weeks through all of Colorado. If you’ve ever wondered if you would enjoy an adventure vacation, the answer is an absolute YES! Cancel the all inclusive vacation and head outdoors - you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: TAC is extremely easy to work with. Our rental agreement, pick-up and drop-off were seamless. We rented Woody from Travis and had a wonderful time traveling through Montana and Colorado. Woody delivered and was perfect for what we needed. He came equipped with a pop up tent that we did not have the pleasure of using, but hopefully we will be able to rent again in the near future and give it a try. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Titus Adventure Company. We rented Charlie (a 4Runner) for a weekend and had a great time. Travis also took the time to give us great recommendations in the Buena Vista area and we had the most stunning views at our dispersed camp spot. Fantastic experience: I recently was in Denver on business and added a 4 day excursion to my trip. When I arrived at TAC, the camper van was ready to go. Nick provided a complete walk through of the vehicle and offered us maps and additional supplies. The camper van, June, was perfect, both on the road and in camp. Ich kann Titus Adventure Company nur weiter empfehlen, es ist beruhigend ein Fahrzeug zu haben, mit dem man sämtliche "back roads" und "dirt roads" problemlos befahren kann und darf (mit Mietfahrzeugen meist nicht erlaubt). TAC was awesome to work with, helped us find places to camp and had everything we needed to stay warm for a ski trip in the mountains!

Fantastic experience: Had a very fun four-day trip over Christmas thanks to Titus Adventure Company. Our truck Toby (2021 Tundra) was heated and kept us warm during some very cold nights, and was well-equipped with everything we needed plus extras for camping, cooking, and exploring. Travis and his team were very helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend TAC and plan to do this again.

Fantastic experience: Decided to do something a little different this year and do Christmas in a Van! The van ‘June’ from Titus Adventures couldn’t have been any more of a perfect fit for a Christmas winter ski trip to Steamboat. We were a little weary about staying warm during winter in a van but the setup provided effortless warmth, we even had to turn the heat down at night a few times and the provided propane easily lasted all 3 nights running the heater AND cooking on the propane stove. The van handled the winter roads just fine and the van itself, while being fully liveable, did not feel too big or bulky to drive around on our trip. I’d highly recommend this setup for your next ski trip! Not only will you save a ton of money not lodging in a spendy ski town, but you’ll have a unique opportunity to escape some of the crowds and campout in quiet areas with beautiful views. Travis was nice enough to hook us up with his winter camping guide that listed everything you need to know for your trip: winter driving tips, nearby ski areas, van accessible camp spots, the list goes on. Overall the trip with ‘June’ was seamless and provided an amazing Christmas ski trip that we will no doubt be doing again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I rented the Alu-cab and Tundra vehicle called Toby. The camper was outfitted with everything I needed. I wanted more but Travis knew exactly what I would need. Travis was great to work with. He picked my 4-day route. He asked a few questions and got me where I needed to be. Drove from Denver to Sand Dunes and then to Buena Vista area. All dispersed camping with lots of solitude and great locations. Winter arrived and I went from Fall colors to rain to 4" of snow and 17° overnight and the Tundra and camper did not miss a beat. I am very grateful for the experience and I will be renting again.

Travis helped plan an incredible trip by giving us a guided route of where to go and knowing the best dispersed camping spots, making sure we were comfortable with the off road portion of the trip, and including fun activities for us to do during the day. I would definitely recommend renting from them and getting the custom planned trip add-on if you are looking to plan a trip in an area you haven't been before! Can't wait to book another trip with them!

Fantastic experience: We rented June which was the perfect set up for our family of 4 and exceeded our expectations. The van was comfortable to both ride and sleep in, even with two young kiddos who also slept great, which made for smooth days to enjoy the surrounding areas. We were impressed with all the elements of the van from the kitchen, mini fridge, shower, pop up top (which could be set up in less than 30 seconds), size and comfort of the beds and amount of storage. We are all talking about the next trip. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Titus Adventure Company on a backcountry fishing adventure. I’ve rented several adventure vehicles in the past, and Travis’s company was by far the best experience. The vehicles and provided gear were all top quality and had super thoughtful selections. Communication was super clear the whole trip and the company had a genuine excitement for our adventure. When we had a snag on our trip, Travis was just as helpful and gracious as he was at orientation and got everything sorted super quick. I can’t recommend Titus more and look forward to future rentals.

I rented out "Dolly" and Travis was super thorough at pickup, he went thru every bell and whistle inside and out of the vehicle: walked me thru the tent topper, shade, fly rod carrier and all the gadgets and gizmos included - like the fridge!! Had an amazing trip and I am so glad I chose Titus Adventure Company. I've grown up camping but this was next level! Fantastic experience: This is a friendly well run company. Their shop where they clean and outfit their gear was spotless-a measure of their professionalism and the pride they take in their work. My son and I flew in from different parts of the country to take an off road driving class. This company could not have made easier. Their vehicles are presented in spotless condition. Their vehicles are equipped with top of the line gear. We had everything we needed loaded up and ready to go. I would highly recommend this company. Also, I thought their fees were VERY reasonable considering the gear and vehicle we received. More than 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I, and our kids (4&6) rented June (Winne Solis) for 15 days. It was one of the most memorable experiences! We drove from Colorado, Wyoming to Montana over to South Dakota and back. Winne is fully stocked, fridge, bathroom, shower, sleeps 4 very comfortably. We never had a bad nights sleep! Plenty of usable space! Company is extremely professional and I am happy we chose Titus. All the extras came in handy very nice mileage deal (we drove 2500mi) and the extras (stove,propane, sheets, pillows) were well worth it. Baby RV / Van is very easy to drive, handles very well in the mountains and bad weather. She takes unleaded, gets good Mpg, and not very expensive to fill up (even with the crazy gas prices). Thank you Travis & Titus Adventure Company! We will be back!

Fantastic experience: Working with Titus Adventure Company was an amazing experience! From start to finish, they were so accomidating, kind, and knowledgable. We chose to rent Woody and opted for trip planning. They did such a great job picking out places for us and I loved the fact that we had a pdf written version of the trip and also the Gaia waypoints. Made it very easy to get exactly where we needed to be. The vehicle and roof top tent were especially cool! Overall, every aspect was spectacular and we would recommend to anyone thinking about doing it to just book it! You won't regret it!

It was our first experience with a camper van and they had everything ready to go and answered any and all questions we had. All we had to do was bring food and they had all the gear you would need. Fantastic experience: Great experience with Titus Adventure. I would break down the value into two components: the first is the vehicle and gear, both of which were everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We did opt for the gear-add on package, but they worked with us to include only from that what we needed and included other things not specifically on that package. The vehicle and tent were highly capable for the environment – Woody (Jeep Wrangler) was the perfect platform for two people. The folks there had everything set up for us and ready to go when we arrived. The second component is the service element – when we began planning this trip we only had a vague idea of where we want to explore. In the time leading up to the trip, the company took this “must do” list and helped us build this out into a full-fledged, day by day route (we paid for the optional detail trip planning service). Their knowledge of the whole region (we ended up mostly in SE Utah due to time of year and weather) was impressive, and we were able to optimize our time, see everything we wanted to and more, and also retained the flexibility to do our own exploring. I would highly recommend Titus Adventure Company if you are considering a trip to the Mountain West.

Fantastic experience: Travis and co truly outdid themselves with this concept and company! Having used their service twice now, I happily recommend using this rental service for all off-roading travel needs!!! This trip my partner and I managed to hit up 8 national parks within 2 weeks in their new rig Charlie, and had everything that we could want or need to camp with! The newly installed drawer system was an awesome way to keep everything organized and easily accessible! Any hiccups along the way were easily communicated directly with Travis, and the customer service has been phenomenal each time!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I rented EmmyLou for our honeymoon and it was perfect! From the spacious interior to the smooth ride she was the perfect adventure vehicle to get us to the snowy hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park and then provided the perfect reprieve from the wind/cold to enjoy some drinks in Colorado National Monument. Titus will def be one of our first calls when we come back to Colorado.

Fantastic experience: Renting with TAC completely changes the camping experience. With TAC, you do less packing, and get to have a cooler adventure with the vehicles they provide. They can provide almost anything gear you can think of to have an amazing adventure, provide ideas on locations and maps, and the renting process is smooth and easy. The vehicles are very capable, convenient, and fun to camp in. Highly recommended for any of your adventures!

Fantastic experience: We took Emmylou to Medicine Bow, WY which is astound! Got our campervan pretty out there in the backcountry. No campgrounds for us! We set up on Keystone reservoir and had a couple great days. Fly fishing, paddle boarding, fine backcountry dining, and hiking with the pup. Then packed out to the east side of the glacial ridge and did a lovely trail hike. Made one last attempt to fish on the stocked mirror lake and was caught in a hail storm! Thank goodness for a warm campervan to dry off in and change in privacy. But really, this area is stunning and only THREE hours away from TAC Rentals. Totally worth checking out. Thank you Travis!
