Negative experience: Booked RCCL cruise through CNM and had asked the travel agent to apply promo code to our reservation to save $200. Over a week and promo code still hasn’t been applied after multiple emails. Was also told that we could ask for price adjustments if the price went down. Now when we request a price adjustment was told we would lose all our OBC and perks and would not qualify for any current OBC and perks that’s being advertised on the website with the new lower price. This was not what was communicate when when we had asked prior to booking with CNM. Should have just booked through Costco and save the hassle.

I did the same thing again, but this time I needed to make some changes to get the club and cabin I wanted. Sometimes you might want a specific room only to see it suddenly available. Well, if you can't reach anyone there is a good chance you will lose it. Fantastic experience: Crystal was the agent who assisted me in the planning of a very overdue family vacation. I made her aware of what I was looking for and she sprung into action finding everything on my list that I was requesting. She made me aware of different cruise ships and what they offered for my family. Having a 10 and 8 year old, I wanted something that they could also enjoy within the price range I gave her and she did great! With all the options available, I decided to go with MSC. She provided information of what the cruise ship had to offer. She was also able to book a balcony room facing the sea as I wanted my kiddos to have the full experience. Fantastic experience: We have not been on a cruise yet but were wanting to try it out on a shorter trip because we had hoped to do a long Alaska cruise, but aren't sure yet if cruises are for us. Vicky has been extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and making suggestions. I was nervous as things can go wrong because of a problem on the cruise line side, but she was very quick on communication and action. Vicky has really helped make this first cruise prep much easier, and answered all our questions and offered a number of great suggestions I wasn't even aware of, even simple things like requesting extra pillows in the reservations which I didn't even know was possible but would have been something we needed when we arrived, now it's not even a concern.
