Negative experience: I called to get help because my car wasn’t starting and I had to wait in my car with my baby for over 2 hours because they kept on changing the time the assistance was suppose to arrive.. didn’t send me updates until I started calling and asking them what was going on. All they said was “time changes, you need to wait” HORRIBLE SERVICE

Positive experience: Fast and efficient, no wait. $37 for international driver's license with all fees and pictures, not the $20 they claim.

Negative experience: I was told they wouldn’t patch my tire. I’ve had Aaa in several other states patch my tire. They told me they would tow me to a shop. So my neighbor patched my tire for me in under 5 minutes. It was fixed in less time then towing me to a shop.

Fantastic experience: We needed an International Driver's Permit. Called and spoke with Molesha (Mo). We headed over and Mo was waiting for us. She was polite, efficient and funny. Took all of 10 minutes and we were done. Will definitely recommend this AAA office and Mo.

Negative experience: If you have one auto insurance claim they will drop you.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an international driving permit. I had the form filled out already, and my total time in the office was less than 10 minutes. The person who helped me was extremely friendly and efficient.

Negative experience: Just waited 3 hours in 111 degrees of heat. AAA towing services has going down hill fast within 5 years. Both AAA and their contractors are certified garbage now. To bad I didn't see this coming, I damn sure wouldn't have paid that yearly fee just a week ago. My last year with these clowns. Thank God there are still good Samaritans in this world. Thank you to the family of Good Samaritan who helped me today. AAA you are the weakest Link, good bye no renewal for you. Check all my reviews on Google. And this incident is going on ally social media pages. AAA you are the weakest Link and your contractors in the New Orleans East area.

Fantastic experience: Beyond and above expectations! Thanks to Warren at AAA I unfortunately had to use my first towing with the agency. He came in a matter of minutes and was very professional with dealing with my vehicle. He was knowledgeable about his job and transported my vehicle to get fixed. No driver wants to go through this devastating situation but I’m thankful to have been a member of AAA.

Negative experience: International driving permit In case who like to go to the office and get international driving permit same day You will need $20, application form, 2 passport size picture Time Not take long at all to get it We call AAA office and ask info Lady said we can take pictures at the office Didn't inform how much they going charge for picture. Whenever my husband try to pay for it Form. $20 Picture $15 Total $35 We were guessing they will charge for photo probably around $5 but $15 that's like scammers. I didn't go inside office with my husband so I asked if they told you before taking pictures how much will cost He said nope He did not know till He has to pay.

Negative experience: They know how to sock it to you.They charged my elderly mother $190 per month.She didn't need collision insurance. I have a collection agency after me over a $80 AAA late fee. They don't miss a trick.

Negative experience: These people are scammers. Don't believe me and think, I've never had a problem. Whelp, have you had someone who has membership in your family die? They will rob that dead persons grave every single chance they can get. First, we called and attempted to cancel her membership at the end of her term. They wouldn't allow that, once I told them she was dead, they insisted that they had to cancel the account now. Ok, so whatever, I have membership with them as well, so ok, don't care. So they said they would send a refund for the time not used. Of course, to prevent us from cashing this check, they make it out to a dead person. They do this on purpose hoping you don't attempt to jump through 100 hoops to get your refund money. Then I call about a month later when my mothers car battery died, they said, since your sister was the one that did this, that warranty is null and void. This means any warranties one does under their account are null and void once the person who holds the account dies. They refuse to honor their warranties, which honestly is a slime ball move, because a battery warranty is a battery warranty. They should honor their promise for that battery, but they don't, because they lack morals and will steal money from the grave to make bank for their greedy corporation. I'll bet their people that answer the phone get bonuses for robbing from the grave. SICKENING! I plan on cancelling my membership in March after I use the services in anyway I can to cost them as much as possible.

Negative experience: Aaa has become so bad. There towing service take 4 to 5 hours to come now. Called at 1:54 today. And at 7:30 pm still no tow truck.

Negative experience: Do not let AAA drain you! The confugulling virtual assistant is enough to run your batteries down! But the snafu is a battery is not warranty 36-72 months but rather the member buys an insurance policy on a product for 36-72 months. Meaning if you are not the purchaser the battery is not covered. What happens you call the number on the battery. That virtual assistant instructs you to create a membership. That new membership cannot be used for 3 days but when posted is more or less 10 days, confugulling yes. The virtual assistant now cannot find a AAA vendor in your zip code but national assistant informs you that you did not have coverage and not sure if or when someone can get to you! 6 transfer calls later the membership fees are credited to be posted 72 plus hours later but they took the monies instantly and I have not been serviced! I suggest AAA has a virtual assistant to virtually do nothing with virtually everything they virtually do not cover leaving you virtually drained and batteries dead!

Negative experience: My Brother got this coverage for their vehicles insurance and he just opted into AAA in October. He was letting the do auto drifting for the payment every month. Some how they claimed that she could not get a from the bank. He called the bank to see if anything was denied and the bank said that nothing has been trying to go through. So he called and spoke with a girl who had told him that. Than she told him that she was off today and that he can call her friend to get a payment from him. He told her that he wouldn't do anything like that. So he went to the office. To pay it and was told that he had to pay again on the 4th of December. So he asked if he could change the billing date and was told that he couldn't get a later date. He asked why and the guy said that he should've chosen the best time to draft when he signed up. Negative experience: This office must be hurting for help as there are rarely any agents to assist you on the phone. Forget about email contact as they seem to prefer sending mail. My insurance agent apparently stopped working at this office during my policy and as a result I was never informed my policy lapsed (they do not keep credit card numbers on file so you need to be aware of when your policy is ending and block off a majority of your day in hopes you can get in touch with someone to renew it). To get a policy reinstated my 6 month bill will be triple what it normally is! Insane.

Negative experience: Wife and I had an appointment A total waste of time. The “salesperson” had her phone on speaker Had to ask her to turn it down so we hear each other. She was totally not interested in our 2 week Europe trip. Never again

Negative experience: Still waiting to get a flat tire change. It’s been 4 hours from my first call. Call to get a update several times and was told the driver will text with a eta. After 4 hours I called for a update and the reply was the driver was already on site 2 hours ago. REALLY ! I have a flat and did not leave. Now I have another 75 minute wait. How about a little communication AAA. Very disappointment with the service.

Negative experience: This is about AAA, not location specific. I have been trying to get proof of service provided for a month now. I was told that a Supervisor would handle it and it has never been handled. I was then told that it would be mailed. I still never received it. I need to provide it to my insurance company and AAA is holding up the process. This is very disappointing and I am hoping someone contacts me to resolve this matter.

Positive experience: It should say the hours that you able to transact business on your website I had so many crashes trying to to renew my automobile insurance it showed that you take credit cards /debit card then you can do electronic checks. it didn't want me to do the credit card neither the debit card I had to wait till the next day. I had got so frustrated with AAA website I started just to walk away and go with another insurance company that's why I gave three stars

Negative experience: Unexpectedly, the office on N. Causeway in Metairie was closed. 10AM Friday. I was out doing errands and tried to stop in to get a passport photo. The city was under a tropical storm watch, with no actual unusual weather. Not raining. Not windy. Getting to that office was just like any other day. Locked office door. It really surprised me that the AAA office manager decided to not staff it. IT'S THE AUTO CLUB. Someone could have been there from 9 to 5. I certainly didn't think it would be closed, even if photo services might not have been available that day.

Fantastic experience: AAA has been a wonderful roadside assistance program and worth my yearly payment for the premium service. I travel for work and spending so much time on the road, I have been saved a few times. The only time I've ever had a problem, a subcontracted driver loaded my truck on a tow truck and then locked the keys in the tow truck. So we had to unload my truck in a rain storm and sit inside while his company brought a spare. I felt bad for the guy and didn't report it, but I still got a letter from AAA apologizing and telling me that steps were taken to insure this problem didn't happen again. I pay for it for my parents for peace of mind knowing its there should they have a problem.

Positive experience: Went there yesterday with a friend who got auto Ins. While she was taking care of business so were Elvis and I. Had a great time messing with the staff and making them laugh. But still couldn't get a Disney hat. Did get a picture with Elvis. Great place, Great Staff. Wish I would have gotten the girls name who help us she was awesome. Thank you they should give you a two dollar raise per hour. You are good at what you do and it shows. Again thank you. Stop by and say hi to Elvis for me will ya.

Fantastic experience: I had two wonderful experiences with AAA and I strongly recommend you guys purchase car insurance or whatever related to your vehicle from Ms Brandy, a friendly black female. She is a well-educated, knowledgeable and upstanding professional who helped me saving a bunch of money without reducing the quality of car insurance.

I would have been better off using one of the internet insurance companies to save money. When i brought my concerns to one of the managers, Kenny, he was useless and obviously didn't care about their service failures. This office is a total joke. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Last Night I was leaving Ruth Chris Steak House in Metairie...the valet couldn't get my car to start and left my window open whiling trying to start my car, then the electronic panel went crazy and he couldn't raise the window, and it was beginning to rain...I own a Cadillac XTS under warranty and could not get Cadillac roadside on the phone...so I called AAA roadside...they came out immediately and got my car started! Bravo AAA and thank God I was a member! Thank YOU for being there for me! I just recently became a member and now you have a member for life!

Fantastic experience: Went to have them (AAA) plan a May vacation, up through all of La., Ark., & Mo. Up the West side, back down the East side.

Negative experience: Receptionist hangs up without saying goodbye. Wasn't finished with my conversation... nothing more unprofessional.
