Negative experience: I have read all the 5 star reviews and am a bit surprised given my own experience. I have tried to use the service twice. The first time I gave the agent my info and a preferred set of dates and price. When I told him what I wanted to pay he said it was not going to be possible. I spent 6 hours doing it myself and found a ticket that met all the criteria including being well under budget. The second time I gave the agent a time to call and my preferences via email. Followed up 2-3 times via email and never got a response…fully ghosted. Glad I am the anomaly but wonder if others just gave up and figured it out for themselves like I did.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my recent experience, and will absolutely use them again for business class travel. I had waited too long to book a flight, and Jeff was able to get me a good deal and a convenient itinerary. No issues with flights in either direction. Jeff took the time to answer all my questions and ease my concerns as a first time customer.

Positive experience: Nothing spectacular plenty of websites offering similar or better rates for Business Class

Negative experience: Waste of time. Bait and switch operation and when you don't go for the more expensive option they hang up on you

Fantastic experience: I was a little hesitant and leary about going through an agency I wasn’t familiar with. I’ve alwats been able to book our family travel on my own. However, for our first trip overseas, we just needed some help to get the best pricepoint we could with our flights. Garrett with Business Class Guru contacted me the same day as I sent my inquiry. He answered all my questions about the legitimacy of the company and assuaged my concerns from things I’d read online. He gave me time to do some BBB verification while he researched flights. We’re on an airline we know and saved a bit of money. We haven’t taken the trip yet, but we can’t wait to do so. I have to add, Garret as a customer service rep was exceptional. He was patient and thoughtful. He understood our needs and challenges and paid close attention to even the smallest of details.

Savings of $2K versus posted airline ticket and yes this was a revenue ticket with real locator number and showed up correctly on my frequently flyer airline site!

Fantastic experience: I thought I was a master of finding great airfares using Kayak, Priceline and similar tools. But Mark at Business Class Guru puts the lie to that fiction. He did better by half than I could do. And I mean that literally. Moreover, he continued to follow up and serve in a manner more suited to a concierge than a travel vendor. I thought that style of service went out of style decades ago. Mark is now my default setting for business travel--business class, or any other.

Fantastic experience: I was getting tired of using all the apps out there and going to different airline sites trying to find an inexpensive, and not completely inconvenient flight for a family vacation to Europe this summer.
