We took our adult children for the Christmas holiday and we couldn’t have asked for more from their planning and expertise. When my wife and I first decided to go to Napa, we started doing a little research and were completely overwhelmed by all the reservations and decisions to make. We had no idea where to even begin! We found Gloria on Google and contacted her, and everything from then on was such a breeze! I can’t imagine what our experience would have been like without her expertise. We ended up last minute booking a larger, more well known winery for ourselves as our first stop. It was a very pleasant experience, but it could not even compare to the wineries that Gloria booked for us. From the moment we walked into our first “Gloria” winery, we knew we had done the best thing we could by having Gloria make our itinerary! She had booked us at a tiny family owned winery that most people have never even heard of. The wines AND the views were immaculate! Every tasting we went to was such a unique and incredible experience! We couldn’t imagine a better experience after our first tasting, but somehow each winery and experience was equal to or better than the last! We will definitely be using Gloria on our next visit to Napa and we cant wait to see all the new wineries and experiences she has for us!

Fantastic experience: We were getting a bit overwhelmed planning our Napa trip until we stumbled upon MG Concierge via Google. They took our preferences and planned and booked everything, including transportation. It wasn't just less stress - we got a completely upgraded experience by going with MG. It was obvious in talking with the guides at the wineries that everyone in Napa respects Gloria and will bend over backwards to make her (and her customers) happy. Fantastic experience: My trip with my daughters was nothing short of spectacular, every day was meticulously planned! Our hotel was beautiful, Gloria selected only the best wineries to visit, all 8 were amazing. We met awesome people, the views were breathtaking, the hospitality at every vineyard was second to none. Fantastic experience: MG concierge was everything we hoped for and more. Initially, our plan was to set up a Napa trip on our own but after way to much advice from family and friends as well as trying to pick the correct wineries through pictures online we were completely overwhelmed and knew we needed help. My wife and I knew exactly what we were looking for but had no way to make it happen until we contacted Mike and Gloria. After a great 15 minute phone call explaining what we pictured, all we could do was trust in their process and wow are we glad we did. A few weeks later our full itinerary was sent to us in a great app that was so nice to have and use. From the moment we got off the plane everything was exactly as planned. The wineries they chose, the timing of which we did certain ones, the driver, the restaurants, everything was perfect. Trust in MG and you won’t regret it! I’ll leave it with this… there are a lot of companies to choose from but when you pull up to a vineyard and the owner comes out to greet you and asks what brought you here? When you mention MG the respect they all have for this company and Mike and Gloria is astonishing. It’s very obvious they have put in the hard work not just for us the customers but also the special relationship they have built with all of the Napa community.

I gave Mike some vineyards that I would like to go see and asked that he give a couple suggestions on some he knew of. He sent us to Kelham Vineyards and it made our trip complete. Between the car services, hotel, reservations, and the app he uses, there was not a flaw in our entire trip! Fantastic experience: Mike was fantastic. Mike planned an amazing itinerary for four people. We got into some very exclusive wine tastings. He had to work all angles to be successful in landing those tastings. We also asked for some unusual and up and coming wine experiences that were hard to find and he delivered as well. Mike's choice of JC as our driver was also top notch. JC was extremely knowledgeable and provided top notch concierge service - even rescuing us early during a power outage. The true mettle of a person is not how they act when things go well, but how they act when things do not. We had one bad wine tasting but Mike was all over it and got it fixed up as best as I could have asked. And when we had some queries on some surprise credit card charges, Mike jumped up and helped us sort it out as well - even they were not his charges. He looked after us and we felt he was in corner for the entire time. Mike showed us doors that we did not existed. If we had not used Mike we would not have had nearly the same world-class experience that we did. In summary, Mike's services exceeded our expectations.

After speaking with us and finding out what we like and wanted, they recommended wineries, restaurants, hotels, and a car service. Every single place was exactly what we wanted. Since we had never been to the area, he made our planning the easiest we have ever experienced. Instead of spending hours searching online on what to do while visiting - Mike took care of everything on our behalf - hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations, wine tastings, ideas on things to do in between tastings. I love that he curated our itinerary to our needs. An added bonus is their app which made it super easy to stay on track of our schedule. We were visiting for our 10 year anniversary, and MG Concierge helped make it extra special. All it took was a couple of quick calls for Mike to get to know us and a questionnaire - and then he took care of everything for us. We are completely in love with the region and so glad we used MG Concierge to experience smaller boutique wineries for truly special tastings. Fantastic experience: Book them!!! We were planning a 5 year anniversary trip to Napa and we’re overwhelmed by the options for places to stay, eat and drink. Which led us to Mike and Gloria’s services. We could not be happier with the trip they helped us plan. From the amount of information they shared before we set plans in stone. To the communication leading up to the trip and the great itinerary they planned. Once we were in Napa everything was exceptional and the services we received was so welcoming at each place. Having MG concierge help to book all of our outings really made a difference and we were treated even more special! I couldn’t recommend them enough. We stayed at the Archer which was exceptional and has a beautiful roof top bar. We had a day trip with a driver who was so knowledgeable and made a great day even better, we went to a few wineries and lunch at Sol Bar (yum). They were so responsive throughout our entire time in Napa which was so helpful! I could go on and on about all the places but they’ll book you a great itinerary based on your wants and needs. Really a few extra dollars for a perfect trip to all the best places and hidden gems is 100% worth it! You won’t regret booking them I promise!

Fantastic experience: We were overwhelmed when trying to plan our trip to Napa, so I called and spoke with MG Concierge who was very informative and provided us with all of the information we needed to have a wonderful trip. The hotel they recommended and booked for us was everything we were looking for, and they also provided us with an itinerary that met all of our expectations included 5 star restaurants, wineries with extraordinary views, and wine pairings. We had a fabulous time in Napa!

Fantastic experience: Mike & Gloria did an absolutely amazing job planning and executing a fabulous celebration for my husband’s 50th birthday! Our party of 12 visited some of the most beautiful and exclusive vineyards in all of Napa Valley. They were able to get us into Napa's best restaurants and wineries even though we were a large group. They went above and beyond to help us if we needed anything and were incredibly responsive whenever we reached out. They sorted our transportation to and from the airport and we had the loveliest driver with throughout the week. We had an absolutely amazing experience and can’t wait to come back!!
