Fantastic experience: We used Sandra Hatcher and she was amazing!! She gave us so much advice for Disney World and Universal and it made for such a smooth first time experience for us. There is so much to see there and we would have been lost without all her advice before hand. We literally talked on the phone for hours multiple times before we left to ensure I had everything down etc. If you’re thinking about booking a family vacation, any for that matter but especially for Disney , use her!!! Fantastic experience: Rebecca Rentz was the absolute BEST travel agent I could have asked for. To start she managed to find the best deal available for six people to fly out to an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Mind you, we nearly all live in different areas and states and despite everyone leaving from a different airport she was able to get us all on the same finial flight to Mexico. She dealt with us changing resorts, a billion emails full of questions and concerns, and during this I had a name change which came with its own challenges that she took care of entirely. Rebecca sent us reminders throughout the 8 months of waiting to keep us informed and excited. For a full trip, not a single thing went wrong from our travel to our stay. Fantastic experience: We have used Tammy Smith for several vacations over the past 2-3 years and we just used her services for our international vacation this year and it was absolutely amazing. We loved every second of it! The itinerary Tammy set up for us was perfect. Everything timed out perfectly and we didn’t have to do anything crazy to get it all done.
