Negative experience: I’ve had Triple A Towing Coverage For 30+ Year’s and just cause I used the service Doesn’t Mean I Want An Upsale Insurance Call From An Agent Trying To Get Me Too Switch To Their Insurance!!! That’s Not Why I Have The Towing Coverage, if I was interested in their insurance I would call! Stop Cold Calling Me And Selling My Phone Number, That Does NOT MAKE ME HAPPY!!!

Fantastic experience: I've had my.insurance with Dave Carsons Agency for a couple years now and I have had nothing but great experience and customer service from him and his employees. My rates have never been better and whenever I call they take care of anything I need quick and efficient and always feels like I'm talking to someone who really understands me and my needs. I own multiple vehicles I drive daily and they always are looking out for my best interest and cost effective solutions for all my insurance needs. Thank you Dave and all the staff at this Agency

Negative experience: I did business with AAA for many years, I discontinued doing business with them when they arbitrarily raised my rates on both my auto & homeowner policy without any reason. I attempted to contact my agent Ethan Green who was my agent for several years but he was always too busy to take a call and never called back.

Negative experience: Installing 2 new tires took 2.5 hours with an appointment with no explanation of the absurd delay. The tires are covered with some sort of lube. And one valve stem cap is missing. I will never use AAA again...ever.

Negative experience: Poor . They told me there was nothing wrong with my car's electrical system. But all they really did was say that my nearly AAA battery was OK. They only checked it by running the engine. And maybe I had left a light on in the car to kill the recently new AAA battery. Not true.

The counter help females out front were not Very warm and I as the paying customer was not pleased ! I was standing there to be waited on and everything else was certainly more important than myself! Maybe manners would be a good course in your customer Svs -

Positive experience: Found a nail in tire at noon, took our only car to the AAA that I always go to for tire needs to find they were too busy to even diagnose before end of day. Had to leave it over night. They finally determined I needed a new tire. More waiting. They could have at least checked on the first day to order tire. Not such a good place for emergency maintenance anymore. 24 hours to have a tire fixed.

Fantastic experience: I bought my car in Goose Creek but live in Mt. Pleasant now. Going to the dealership for its maintenance is really out of the way for me. This AAA is walking distance to my home so I can drop off the car for its maintenance and walk back to the house. Everyone is really nice and I like how I get texts on the status of my car from the time it's checked in and evaluated to when it is ready.

Fantastic experience: The people there, especially Suzi, were very kind and helped us with our needs. We will drive confidently because we know their car inspections are thorough and has tightened up everything that needed to be tightened. Thank you, everyone at AAA, for all your help!

Negative experience: Two times I've called them for a quote and BOTH times they had an excuse where they couldn't help me and the guys was very rude .. first time they said I didn't currently have insurance so my rates would be too high And they told me to go else where I did have insurance and didn't have that problem nowhere else... the second time almost a year later I called again for a quote and told them not to tell me u don't have insurance this time and this time they called back with my license was suspended and they couldn't help me... it seems like they are always so nice until they get my name and then something weird pops up I went to to the police station and had them run my license and it wasn't suspended I went to SOS and again it wasn't suspended and again didn't have that problem no where else I don't know what their problem is with me but I'm over it they need to get their stuff together i feel as if they are prejudice or someone there knows me and doesn't like me and makes a problem for me because why else ?,

Positive experience: Great detailed job and diagnosis of my car however I went for an oil change that took 2:20 hours to finished making me late for work. I will consider to go somewhere else for a quick oil change next time

Negative experience: I HAD MY CAR THERE AT THE APPOINTED TIME, 10:30AM AND AT 12:30 THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED ON IT YET. THEY DO NOT KEEP APPTS WHEN THEY ARE MADE IN ADVANCE. HAD TO GET MY CAR BACK WITHOUT THE OIL BEING CHANGED BECAUSE I HAD A DOCTOR'S APPT THAT I HAD TO GO TO. WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPT TO HAVE YOUR OIL CHANGED, YOU EXPECT IT TO BE COMPLETED IN 2 HRS. BY THE TIME I GOT MY CAR BACK I BARELY MADE IT TO THE DOCTORS ON TIME. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE.

Fantastic experience: We have been members of AAA for many years. We spoke with Todd and he had the part in inventory so we were towed there. The tow driver was most efficient and nice too. After taking our information and giving us a time schedule, we left and returned an hour later. We asked them if they would check our brakes and they did that and gave us an update on the brakes as well as several other items. We couldn't have been treated nicer. Many thanks to Todd for doing his job to perfection. We will definitely spread the word!

Negative experience: Fast talker, didn't even quote me for another type of insurance I was requesting. Prices for auto were EXTREMELY HIGH! I have a perfect driving record, no points, no accidents, good credit (no bad credit). And price quoted was almost double of what I am paying now and what another company quoted me!! Guess I'm not considered part of the Elite Club!!!

Negative experience: Horrible horrible customer service! Upon the end of a $1,000 6 month policy for pl PD they hung up the phone on me not once but 3 times. Because I was 30 minutes late in my last payment that was due on a Sunday! They aren't open Sundays!! Then told me they didn't need to be courteous to because they weren't making any money off me anyways. Really should be zero stars but that's not an option.
