Fantastic experience: Real friendly and helpful. Was able to get in and out quickly for an IDP.
Negative experience: I am currently stuck at the Lincoln airport waiting to get my car jumped or towed. They keep changing the time when they’ll b we’d here and no one’s called me with any information. Going to have to call my wife to pick me up and arrange to have it serviced on my own. So why the hell am I paying for this? It’s almost one in the morning. Update, my wife came to pick me up, someone finally called me at 1 A.M. to tell me they still didn’t have anyone available and I was on a waiting list. I told them to cancel it and now I have to go back down to the airport tomorrow and they’ll have a tow truck then, hopefully. I now have to pay an extra day of parking. It would have been easier if I called a tow company on my own, I would at least had an idea of when they would come. I don’t blame the employees it’s their management’s responsibility to have enough availabile tow trucks.

Negative experience: I called the 800 no. requesting benefit information/rates to rent a car while mine is in the shop for 2-4 days. After numerous prompts I was able to talk to someone (out of state) about my situation and they transferred me to Hertz, who give AAA members a 20% discount. After wading through their prompts I got someone who asked all the details - reason for rent, my age, who else would be riding in the car, and how long I needed the car. After a short wait, the agent came back on and said, "Sorry, there are no rentals available for the times you need a car." This, combined with the tow truck not being able to arrive to help me with a flat within the 2 hour window 2 years ago, makes me question why I continue to renew my membership. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful! We had our passport pictures taken and picked up applications there.
Negative experience: Great savings on towing a vehicle but always have to wait 2-2 1/2 hours for a tow truck to show up.
Positive experience: The person they sent to tow my truck was incompetent. The starter had gone out, and he kept trying to start it, probably causing further damage. We told him several times not to try to start it, but he kept turning the key. Then for some reason he towed it to the repair shop in 4 wheel drive.
Fantastic experience: Great staff. Great service.
Negative experience: They. are the WORST!!!! No way to contact them on the weekend. All telephone numbers only go to roadside assistance. Not your Auto Insurance. Worthless!!!
Negative experience: The lady at the front helped me & she was great. I then asked about some travel info, the guy was horrible! Told me he was working on a couple trips like I wanted, I asked for a ballpark figure, couldn't/wouldn't give it to me. Told me to send him all my info including my passport numbers & he'd work on it. No I will not give all my personal info for a ballpark figure. He was a fast talker and did not listen to what I wanted. I'll book my own trip after that fiasco.
Fantastic experience: AAA has just moved to their new location on 70th & Pioneers Blvd. It's a great location. The agents there are so helpful and friendly.
Fantastic experience: Matt came to change my tire. He was very helpful and was willing to help me save a buck with a new tire. Give him a gold star. He deserves it.

Negative experience: I will give them ZERO. Horrible place and I’m so upset and regret. that I subscribed to them. Terrible attitude, even worse service. We were stuck with my family in the middle of the highway and it was dangerous, we needed Towing but they supposedly couldn't find anyone. We were waiting for at least 10 hours for them. They pretended to be looking for a driver, but everything was so feigned and unrealistic that I already realized that we would not get a driver or Towing from them. Because of them I had to get different Towing company and paid them to get my car away from road. Company promised me to find driver for the next day, but still I’m waiting for it. They don’t care about your car and people, they can just get money from you and do NOTHING for that. I’m pregnant and they made me so nervous, which will effect so bad to my baby. I can write a lot of horrible situations I had before with them, but I’m done. I hope I will find better company for me and my family and advise you guys do NOT use their company.NEVER.
Fantastic experience: Walked in to get an appointment with a travel agent and I was taken right away. Within 15 minutes had flight information for 1 trip and flight & hotel booking for another. Yes I was probably lucky on the timing, but they did a fantastic job.

The only negative thing i saw while there is someone trying to sell complete junk to Chad and he said no. I mean really how can a business stay alive and well if you don't know your job. Fantastic experience: Awesome quick response (10 minutes) battery test and then replaced battery in about an hour.
Fantastic experience: Have always done an excellent job of helping me find cheap airline tickets for travel. Has also helped in getting rental car
Negative experience: AAA is a rip off! Don't do business with them. We have had a membership for nearly 4 years. A couple of months ago, I and my 3 young children were stranded in a city nearly 200 miles away. They came and did the tow for us but now they cancelled my account and told me that I can never have a membership with them again with no reasons given. I call that BAD business. Why have a membership with a company that cancels, bans you without reason if you use them?
Negative experience: Good company, but this location has been having a lot of turnover. I was also screwed with my home insurance, and the agent who helped me never talked or suggested to have insurance for the exterior of my home. For being a first-time home buyer, I wish this option was given or offered.

Negative experience: AAA of Nebraska is HORRIBLE! I had a horrible year with cars. Batteries going dead, tires going flat and then my daughter getting hit by someone else. I used AAA to help me out and they just sent me a letter that they won’t renew me because I actually had to use their services more than once! They apparently want their membership money each year but heaven forbid you ever have a bad year with cars and actually need their services! Most of my services they were able to throw a donut on or jump my battery and I never actually needed a tow. I’m so flipping upset right now as I have been a member for a while now and have always paid my dues. I even had a horrible experience this last time around with even getting a tow, they didn’t have anyone available and then finally after 2-3 hour wait they called only to find out that they didn’t have a truck that could get into the parking garage. I had to wait until the next day still to find that no trucks could help and they didn’t know when they would be able to help but yet they cancel my services!!!! Apparently AAA is all about the money and they really don’t want to help people!

Negative experience: I seldom use this service. Not sure why I keep paying for it. Yesterday I was having some mechanical problems with my car so I called for a tow. It took them about a day and a half to get a tow truck here, from about 9:00 AM Tuesday until noon today. I kept calling asking when they were going to get here and they kept telling me 45 to 60 minutes. Then it would never arrive.

Negative experience: I have had a membership with AAA since 2016. I recently received a letter in the mail stating that I was unable to renew with them. When I called to ask why they refused to let me speak to a manager or any kind of executives that made this decision. They said that they evaluated my AAA over the years and they chose to non renew me. They refused to give me an answer as to why and told me I could read over the handbook and see some different reasons in there of why it could possibly be. I am assuming they did an audit and bc I consistently used most of my roadside assistance they weren’t making money off of me and decided to just give me the boot. Even though I am a paying customer and stayed within the contract guidelines. So basically they want people to pay for AAA who never end up using the service. And the people who do actually take advantage of the service they kick them off because in return, it cost them too much money. What a terrible, money hungry company.
Fantastic experience: I have been working with Patrick K. on a trip to Mexico that my sister and I are taking in February. He's been a big help in planning a long awaited trip I have been wanting to take for a long time. We are going to Riviera Maya where my husband and I used to visit before he died. The resort is owned by Barcelo Maya and is an awesome place. I appreciate Patrick's help in making this possible.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get an International Driver's Permit, $20 and 10 minutes later I had my Permit and was out the door. Couldn't have been easier! Thanks AAA, from a long time loyal AAA member.!.!.!
Fantastic experience: The staff is very helpful. We were picking up information on several States and they suggested other information as well. Always easy to work with. We have gotten last minute reservations through them as well.

Negative experience: Been waiting for 14 hours on the side of the road. No one is helping. Slept in the car. 3 times they said within the hour. Still here. Been here since 10pm last night.

Positive experience: It's walmart. We go there because we have to, not because we want to.
Negative experience: Luckily I'm at my home, with a dead battery. Been a member for a year and the first time to use roadside assistance was 7:30 am this morning. ETA 12:14 am awesome. Glad I'm not on the side of the road or I would have froze to death waiting for help. At least tell me I'm not getting help instead of saying we'll be there soon.
Fantastic experience: AAA is good stuff
Negative experience: Car is locked out while running and AAA tells us it will take five hours which means they will be here at 12:59 am so the car will be completely out of gas. Tried to call back and explain and have waited on the phone over a half hour and no one answered for 40 minutes. Now I have waited over 8 hours and they still have not come. Re-called the company and they said they have no one working in this area so now can't give a time of arrival. So I Just called a locksmith on my own and they will be here in 20 minutes. Total waste of 9 hours of gas and so much frustration. Last time we called triple A, they took over 4 hours with my granddaughter stranded on the side of I-80. I'm very, very disappointed.
Negative experience: I called them about a flat tire and they told me they had no ETA for me. When we made our appointment, they said our wait time would be over 12 hours.

I didn't get the call to give driver a 5star rating so i'm leaving it here on google in hopes that he receives. Even was kind enough to drop me off at home on the way and left my vehicle exactly where he was instructed. Much Appreciated and extremely satisfied with local AAA service. Thanks you.

Negative experience: I have a plus membership with AAA I got a dead battery 3 days ago and I called the roadside service to helping for jump starter I made request then after they determined my location by GPS they told me it will take an hour to get a roadside service. That's crazy should I have to wait an hour for just jump starter and my location inside town So i had to cancel my request and i called my friend he helped my directly I'm thinking to cancel my membership

Negative experience: By far the worst car insurance/claims process I have ever seen. If you have an independent insurance agent no one at AAA is authorized to give you any help at all. When I finally did get me check to fix the damage the AAA Check bounced and it cost me a returned check fee. Worthless company. When my policy is over I will be switching before next renewal. You are not in good hands and they are definitely not on your side when it comes to auto insurance.

Fantastic experience: Had to get a new battery due to my old one crapping out on me. The guy that came to help me was great! I think his name was Mike, I believe in conversation he told me he was a supervisor or something. He was so helpful and fast. Tested my battery told me I needed a new one, sold me one on the spot installed it and sent me on my way. I love having AAA mainly because guys like Mike really care about their job more than the average tow joe.
