Our journey started with an email to Amanda with me letting her know what type of vacation we wanted to experience and in less than hours I had at least if not more than 25 options of destinations, prices, and luxuries. Once the the final destination was chosen it was easy breezy. Amanda made sure every single detail of the vacation was taken care of for us and all we had to do was show up. All communication was done over email because sometimes life is just too busy to step away unless you are vacationing! We went on our first vacation in 35 years, Amanda helped us navigate every possible situation that could come up and what we needed to do to resolve it, she took her time to make sure we went at our pace and all of our questions were answered. She did not feel like a travel agent she was a friend helping us out. Everything on our trip went smoothly and wonderful. I will use enchanted honeymoons again for future trips. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed working with Enchanted Honeymoons to book our honeymoon. We worked with Lennard and he was very patient and answered all of our questions. We ended up changing our whole plans and Lennard helped us to get it all switched around and booked to another resort even. They sent an itinerary with all of the information we would need on it about 2-3 weeks before our trip. It was nice to know that if anything went wrong we could call Enchanted Honeymoons and they would help us to solve the problem, even though we didn't have any problems. Everything was arranged for us when we got there and we only had to talk with one person to get it all scheduled, which I just think is amazing. When I go on my next trip I will for sure be using Enchanted Honeymoons just for the ease of planning.

Fantastic experience: I reached out on a whim, and by that afternoon I had a response with tentative dates and reservations. This was by far THE BEST experience with planning a trip I have ever had. Marissa was so patient with my overthinking and relentless questions. And when a tiny hiccup happened on the trip, she was immediately on the phone and straightened it out. Fantastic experience: My husband and I chose to go to Sandals St Lucia last December for our honeymoon and wanted to have a travel planner in case anything were to go wrong. Fantastic experience: After battling with the reservation team at Princess trying to get a cruise booked, I popped into Enchanted Honeymoons to get some help. Brandi sat me down, asked a few questions to get aligned, and we got to work. She got on the phone and started taking care of business and in a short amount of time we got everything booked. I got a follow-up call and emails as well, so I think we are all set. I will happily work with Brandi again on our next family vacation!

She sent us a bunch of options within our budget, offered personal insight, and got us all booked. She was SO easy to communicate with. I had never traveled internationally before and had emailed her numerous times with questions in which she was very patient, friendly, informative, and quick to respond. Negative experience: We used Justin at Enchanted to book our 35th anniversary trip to Kauai. The afternoon before we were supposed to leave at 8 am the next day we received an email from AA stating the first leg of our flight was going to be delayed which would cause us to miss our connection to Kauai. We received the email late so we contacted Enchanted's after hours number and spoke to Krete. He was of absolutely NO help! He suggested we reschedule for the next day. When we said no we weren't going to miss a day of our trip he suggested we just go to the airport in the morning and see what the people at the counter could do. We already knew there were no flights to make the connection from Omaha!!! Long story short we had to handle everything ourselves!! We contacted the airline ourselves, scheduled a flight out of Des Moines and made our connection in Arizona to Kauai. Enchanted takes your money and does not care what happens after that! Krete even tried to tell me they don't make any money off the customers....yah right!!! Wouldn't you think they would monitor if connection issues came up with their clients?? We will NEVER use the agency again nor will we recommend it!

Fantastic experience: We used Enchanted Honeymoons to book our honeymoon last month. It was our first time using a travel agency as I normally plan all of our vacations, but let me tell you that is going to change!! Graci was amazing to work with from start to finish, I had a million questions and she was always prompt with her response to me & took care of everything. We had an issue with one of our flights changing on the way home, but she was quick to offer a few solutions for us and we didn't have to stress about any of it! Fantastic experience: My wife and I booked a 10 year anniversary trip to the Dominican Republic through Enchanted Honeymoons. The entire process was excellent and Josh Martinez took care of everything for us. I was most impressed when our private transfer to the resort fell through while we were mid-flight and by the time we landed he had a different private transport set up and we didn't have to stress at all. If you want a 5 star trip and 5 star service, give Josh at Enchanted Honeymoons a call!

Fantastic experience: Krete at Enchanted was great to work with. He made sure to line up our trip to Cancun in August with some other friends as a group booking. He also took his time and listened to our needs for our next trip to recommend a new location. He was not pushy, did not try to upsell anything, and he was very knowledgeable about the different properties. He showed you some of the differences you may or may not like at some properties as well as gave his own personal experience at some of the places we looked at. Will definitely look into Enchanted travel again for any more future bookings.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely suck at planning things but wanted to plan on going somewhere to celebrate my husband and I’s 1st wedding anniversary/Honeymoon as we haven’t done it yet. Everywhere I looked I kept hitting a dead wall on budget, or what I was looking for. I started talking to Krete and told him what I was looking for and price range, and he hit every box! Fantastic experience: Marissa has been our travel agent the past few years and has been absolutely fabulous. From guiding us through the uncertainty of COVID in 2020, handling our rebooking (and actually getting us into a better resort for less money), us asking a billion questions, suggestions on flights, and being patient as we tried to decide which resorts were the best bang for our buck, she has made traveling internationally so much easier and relaxing. She always checks in on us before, during, and after our trips, and handles any issues that come up. I'm looking forward to having her assist us again when we book for this year.

Fantastic experience: I have never used a travel agent before, but I booked through Kyle for a friend’s wedding. It was so slick! The only thing I had to do was book my flight and share the information via email, he set up hotel, transit and everything else that I needed. I was meeting someone flying in from another state and he was able to set up transfer for them as well. If you want a relaxing vacation without any of the prep work, this is for you!

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of going on a Royal Caribbean cruise with my partner Nick. Our honeymoon was awesome and spectacular. Jeff Bartels was my travel agent and he helped me out immensely because I am a poor planner, at every corner of the vacation I never had to worry. My excursions were beautiful, fun and Jeff knew exactly what was poppin. Thanks to Jeff I was also able to run into Kelsea balarini and it was phenomenal. I would 100% recommend my agent for your vacation :)

Fantastic experience: Went to Kauai for the first time and Graci Brouillette made the planning a breeze. Her suggestions for activities on the island were on point and she made all the booking so simple. We had never used a travel agent before. It lifted a weight off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy the actual trip instead of the usual chaos that goes along with planning it!

Negative experience: They did book our vacation as you would expect. Communication was not great. We worked with someone named Graci Brouillette. I asked Graci to make sure we were in rooms near the rest of the party. Graci told me she contacted the hotel and they told her I would have to ask to be near they rest of the party when we checked in. I am not really sure what to expect from a travel agent but I had assumed this would be covered. I asked Graci to share the exact response the hotel have her when she asked to place us with the rest of our party, Graci never replied... I assume she never actually contacted the hotel and when she ghosted me on my request to share the communications my suspicion was confirmed.

Krete was our agent who helped us book our honeymoon, and while on our honeymoon we were having an issue with an excursion we had booked. Krete was on vacation himself, and took the time out of his trip to help us out with figuring out pickup times. Our flight home was cancelled 24 hours before departure, and although never having worked with Josh prior, he worked through his Saturday evening to help get us home and present us with all our options. Even after we had booked our own flight, he still helped us answer any questions or concerns we had.
