Negative experience: Triple AAA+Triple F If you wait until this company comes to tow your vehicle to a repair shop, you most likely will be waiting for a looong time. I have been a "Loyal" Triple AAA member for 15 years, and have had terrible service when I needed it. More than once. One time it was four hours waiting in a dangerous situation. The latest "episode" began with a lot of AI generated texts, telling me they would be sending me an update shortly as to when I could expect a tow truck. Three hours later, someone finally called and said no truck was available and to try to find a towing company and submit the bill to Triple AAA. News Flash! There was no other tow truck available. If this is the way Triple AAA treats its "Loyal Premier" members, I can't imagine how they treat the regular members.

Negative experience: Not sure of the type of employees this company hires but judging by the exchange I was given at the intersection on Gordon hwy and Barton chapel on 4-21-2024 around 9:00am on a Sunday, employee was on his phone at a green light for a noticeably amount of time holding up traffic so I gave him a friendly honk to alert him of the green light. In exchange your employee gave me and my family with children the middle finger. He is lucky I couldn’t get his truck number but I know his truck has a gps tracker. I have given the time and date of the occurrence above. Would not care to do business with a company who hires people like this.

Negative experience: Their dispatch has got to be the biggest joke for "customer service" I have every delt with. Waited 2.5hrs on the side of the road. Had made an online request. Which is supposed to extradite the services. 6 phone calls later to get answers and no one can give me anymore information than "dispatch is working on it". Not to mention the rude customer service reps over the phone, giving me the same repeated answer. Ever since covid this company is a joke. Don't waist your money. The price you pay yearly is more than the one tow I've need in the past 5years.

Positive experience: They got what I needed taken care of, on my second visit. I “didn’t need an appointment” but the person I needed to talk to wasn’t there when I went the first time. But I didn’t know that because they didn’t answer their phone the three times I called the day before and it took 4 business days to reply to my message. They got the job done, but it doesn’t feel like ease and quality of customer experience was the priority.

Negative experience: They renewed my membership after I told them no. There is never no one available to handle your questions unless you’re getting insurance. Customer service had the nerve to get an attitude about my refund. WROST INSURANCE COMPANY !!!!!!!

Negative experience: AAA is no longer what it once was. I had a terrible experience having one of their random call centers try to run a scam on me where they get my location and car information and instead of creating a AAA case they send their sketchy friends and never leave any AAA records. This was they can gain control of your car, sometimes stealing it with a mechanic's lein or scam you and there is no accountability because the call center worker never logs it in AAA's system. It happened to me earlier today. When I was finally able to make a legitimate AAA case, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I waited for 4 hours for a tow, if I hadn't been in a safe place with air conditioning and shade nearby I would have died. I finally called another tow company and paid with my own money. AAA is now a danger.

Positive experience: Great way to get the most car insurance coverage for the least money. I most value the emergency roadside assistance which has been a lifesaver many times and getting the keys out of my car when I lock myself out! The travel discounts are nice but not as much as they were in the past. Same for customer service and wait times: used to be better (member since 1999). Got free passport photo today and found out I could get a discounted PeachPass. They're always adding new benefits.

Fantastic experience: Erin Walkottten is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is always willing to assist and answer all of our questions related to travel. If you are interested in traveling and don't want the hassle of planning, visiting AAA is a must. And using their services does not require membership.

Negative experience: AAA charged me a renewal fee without my permission. I called AAA to request a refund and they submitted the request but was told that it will take up to 15 business days for the refund. What !?!?!? They are quick to take money but to give it back, it's a whole different story. Not sure I want to do business with them if they are this slow.

Fantastic experience: These folks were very helpful with a couple of maps to my destination but I learned something that all should probably know: trip ticks and sightseeing and activities are prepared on a personal basis by computer and then printed out and personalized. I still thought everything was pre-printed and just handed off the shelf, but no more.... And it takes a little more planning than just stopping in. So call ahead.

Negative experience: Last year AAA gave me the price of $910.03 for my home insurance $910.03. That's good. But finally my escrow account was withdrawn $1395.59 for it. AAA did not inform me and did not forward any renewal policy to me. AAA maybe use the fair price to attract customers and then lies to them. I understand as it is business. It seems like AAA took my money without my permission.

Negative experience: Called the day before to let them know we were going to get passport pictures the next day around 3-5 pm , we get there and only one person knew how to take the pictures and she left early that day so we had to drive an hour to the next AAA office

Negative experience: This company is the only roadside assistance I ever dealt with until I had to wait from 1:15pm until 5pm and they never showed up.

Positive experience: Fairly fast road service by Chancey's Wrecker service. Had to go else where for a battery as the driver did not one on his truck.

Fantastic experience: AAA for the first time in 36 years made things difficult for me whereas I had to call four different times to four different reps to get them to understand my needs and follow through with the simple task of airring up the tires on my motorhome. I have the premier package with RV and motorcycle coverage but (3) reps told me that they can't come out and put air in the inside tires of the duel wheels on the back axel. The fourth rep eventually pulled it off and sent Moody's Tire Service out to perform the task. Why should I pay a premium price to cover RV service only for AAA to tell me that putting air in the inside tires of the duel wheels is not covered?

Positive experience: Response times for changing tires, dead batteries, getting pulled out of the mud can sometimes be a little lengthy. Time of day, weather conditions obviously are the culprits of delays as well as the number of wrecks the company has to respond to in urgent scenarios. Saying that, once your responder arrives, the job gets handled courteously, and professionally. Being a 'member' of AAA for around 15 years has benefited the whole family, with the kids being in college states away has surely been a tremendous comfort. Truly worth the continued membership.

Positive experience: I have always been so happy with my AAA service but this time my service station called AAA and collected the cash on my bill that I had to pay when I called AAA for reimbursement they insisted that I must physically go down to the office and fill out paperwork they could not email it to me or make anything convenient at all I was horribly disappointed I've always had such good experiences with AAA in the past

Negative experience: I purchased a battery from them and should have been able to get the battery replaced because it's under warranty for 3yrs. I called and they continued to transfer me around saying they do see when I had it replaced. If I were, I wouldn't purchase a battery from them.

Everyone in the office is so friendly and professional, it's refreshing to walk in the office and be greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Fantastic experience: I went in to have my daughters ( 3 weeks old ) passport picture taken and the staff was so patient and helpful in making sure the pictures would meet DOS passport picture requirements. No easy task for the photographer but it was such a pleasant experience! Been a long time AAA member and this was the best customer service to date!
