Fantastic experience: Kat Curry helped me book an Alaska cruise for seven family members, ranging in age from 3 to 74 years old, living near Seattle and Minneapolis. This was a last minute trip, with a limited time range that would work for us to cruise. Kat quickly provided us with a variety of options and her personal opinion on their pros and cons. We selected a Holland America cruise and Kat helped finalize all of the details. When one member of our party was unable to make it at the last minute, which created some complications, Kat helped with problem solving even while the cruise was underway. We had used a travel agent for 12 to 15 years and when COVID hit they unfortunately couldn't provide the same level of services after the pandemic. Kat helped us book a Baltics Trip, went way above and beyond on an Iceland trip making sure we got every perk and incentive, and then took care of a booking difficult trip to Australia and New Zealand. Definately worth asking for her as she has been excellent.
