Negative experience: This place is a scam. They owe me money and refuse to give me back my refund. DO NOT BOOK ANY VACATIONS WITH THEM. They don’t know what they are doing and are very unorganized. The company ruined my cruise by not adding the correct information (beverage package for 2 people) I had to pay $503. On the cruise and was told that I would receive a refund for it after cruise and then told me I can use it as a credit instead of giving me a refund. Scam!!!

Negative experience: Elisse booked my cruise to Alaska, scheduled to leave 9/2019. Tracey Purcell called 6/2019 to say “owner” was gone with company credit card and they needed to make payment to cruise line. She claimed she was asking others this same request due to situation: use personal credit card for payment, or reschedule cruise for later date. She assured me I would be repaid as soon as “owner” returned. Stupidly I agreed after demanding it all be in writing, which I never got. I did get promises of repayment ... the date kept changing. They told BBB the reason for everything was ‘restructuring’. Apparently they restructured their bank accounts. The only thing I know is that I paid two times for one cruise, a cruise I went on, but I only went once and paid twice even though I have repeatedly called and emailed for reimbursement. They just stopped responding, even with BBB. I will never use First Class Vacations again. I can’t afford them.

Negative experience: Been trying to get my money returned for two years. So instead I rebooked with them and it was cancelled due to covid . I’ve been given many stories of how I will be getting my money but it hasn’t happened yet and now they are avoiding me. They owe me $1540 but say they owe me &1100.00.It doesnt matter cause they aren’t going to give it anyway.I know cause I went through this two years ago with them. They lie horribly and come up with the best stories which of course are just a deterrent to keep you thinking they are going to do something. I am now back to making phone calls to the BBB and Attourney Genersls office to see what I can do. I am 65 years old and am a Senior which I believe they can get into more trouble just for scamming a Senior! Pretty sad when people scam hard working people or the poor/vulnerable out of their social security checks!Beware people of this company!

Negative experience: I paid over $5,000 for a cruise. After they received the final payment a cruise was booked. We booked excursions but later were notified in December 2017 that we were being refunded our excursion payment and our cruise had been cancelled for nonpayment. After several unanswered phone calls we finally reached someone and were told a new cruise would be booked. Never happened. We tried to get our money back several times with no luck. Even though we were assigned a representative, we were still unable to book a cruise or get our money back. It's been 2 years of trying to get a response from them other than later. These people should be prosecuted for theft. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from them.

Negative experience: What an absolutely fraudulent company. They knowingly take their customers money with absolutely no intention of fulfilling any of their promises. From their hard sell agent Steve B. To their Director of bookings Elisse they have one intention... Get your money and string you along for months with their excuses and empty promises. Thats if you get get a return call. Im sure most people just give up and walk away. They have over $ 25,000 of money for our promised vacation to Italy in May 2020. We will not be walking away. I am making it my lifes mission to shut these people down. I am representing 15 members of my family. Most of whom are elderly and extremly trusting. Which seems to be who First class Vacations target. I am quite confifent fraud will not be difficult to prove, considering their track record. They are not o nly going to be charged civily but criminally as well. I look forward tow my day in court.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would this ppl stole 6 thousand dollars of my mom's money over a year she's on a fixed income and scraped and saved for 2 years to take the vacation of her dreams up until 3 weeks before she was scheduled to leave. My mom called to schedule a electric scooter only to find out her vacation was cancelled by her travel agent.

Negative experience: I purchased a package and when I tried to use it, I have been unable to even contact these folks. All their phone numbers go to voice and nobody replies to the email or voice mails. This is a complete fraud.

Negative experience: So far I have had the worst experience with this travel company . I was referred to them through my grandmother who was being very generous to help us with out honeymoon. First of all what we paid for and what was explained to us has not been what the contract states , that you get after you pay . I have been in contact with this company since January trying to book our package for August , when we bought the package they stated we had to book for 6 months after purchase date , in our minds we thought that meant that August would be fine since it is 9 months after our purchase date , that is not the case . They won’t even allow you to make reservations until six months after , then if you want to make a reservation it has to be 90 days out from that .. which was never told to us , also they are booking on if they have room with their promotional rate and availability! Again never told to us. When we talked to Steve our travel agent he stated any cruise 7 nights and cruise ship or time we want as long as it’s six months after purchase . I had been trying to get this booked since March and April and in May I received a call from Tracy who left me a voicemail stating everything will be fine and we can book July 1 . I then schedule a call July first , which I guess was only to schedule another call that they said they were available July 4th then July 3rd of course they canceled the phone call. Finally got ahold of them July 9th only to be told by Eelise there is nothing she can book for this year that we wanted. I called Steve to let him know the issues and then Eelise was to send me dates available . She sent me a list and of course the one she sent me that we wanted she is stating we can not go on . I am completely over going back and forth with this company . It is a scam , you must book on their reservation time , they don’t fulfill what they sell you over the phone . And the worst part is they have already tried to sell me more packages when I can’t even get my first one booked . The next step is our attorney at this point.

Negative experience: Arrangements for a cruise through this company has been nothing but a big headache. Stephen Bradley in sales does not stick by his word. Once we paid the fees and tried to book he would not rerun phone calls to explain why we could not get the accommodations he promised. The reservationist we were passed to is now no longer with the company and now we have no contact to try to complete a booking. In short we have paid over $5000 for a 7 day New England cruise with a two day hotel room in Quebec City and no body with 1st class vacations will return a call. In short STEER CLEAR. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL.

Negative experience: Our cruise is booked for July 7th out of Seattle; we live in Texas; it is now 10 days away and we are yet to be booked on a flight for the 4 of us. We have called; emailed, text and left many messages for ELisse and Steven; nobody there answers the phone or returns a call or even a message. We paid these people handsomely for a service that we have not received. We have been lied to so many times, I am starting to feel like we are being scammed.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical about First Class Vacations when I was unable to get anyone on the phone. I had to keep leaving messages, but when I finally got an agent everything was top-notch. This was the best vacation I ever had. We took a trip to Europe on Norwegian Epic. Everything ran smooth as can be we were pre-check at the airport so no long lines. Our driver to the hotel and ship were always on time the hotel was great. The ship was amazing. We were in constant contact with someone at First Class Vacations during our trip, by email and when in port they called to make sure everything was going as planned. The salespeople at First Class are a little pushy and rough, but if you book with them you won't regret it. I had an amazing time and I am planning on booking again. They cover everything for you so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy. Alyson was my agent and I can't say enough great things about her.. Update 2 years later. Booked a second cruise with FCV worst mistake of my life. The have over $3k of my money and you can never get a return phone call. I had been trying for months. I finally emailed and got a call to book my cruise. I was told that they could not book any cruises until Sept of 2019. The agent didn’t book my cruise just told me he would call me back. I have a feeling I won’t get a cruise from this company again. My first experience was awesome, but I think they have run into financial issues and are giving every excuse in the book to the consumer. It is impossible to go from a top notch agency to me feeling like I got scammed out of my money unless you are having financial issues. I will keep updating as I get information.

Negative experience: The positive comments must be from people they paid to review them. This is the worse travel company on the planet. They are nice when wanting you to give them money. But if you start to ask questions, they become rude. They don’t care about your travel. All they care about is how much money they can get out of you. They’ve called me to try and upsell me, then realized I already took my cruise. They hung up on me. Traveler beware!!!

Negative experience: In 2016 we were called by one of FCV's telemarketers offering us what sounded like a great deal on a vacation that we could secure the price and make payments on--sort of like vacation layaway. We told the person then, exactly what we wanted, an Alaskan cruise for 4 that leaves out of Seattle and happens in early August. We made all of our payments and were so excited to finally book our long awaited for vacation for August of 2018. We received our booking number and started making all of the arrangements, including getting passports for our family. In June of 2018, I was starting to wonder why we hadn't received boarding information or any information on how to schedule excursions or schedule information. FCV did not return any of our e-mails or calls. We finally called Royal Caribbean, who informed us that the final payment for our cruise was never sent from the travel agency, and our booking had been cancelled. Also, the ship was now completely full, and there was no chance of re-booking. FCV finally did return our calls, but instead of someone with authority immediately rectifying the situation, we were passed from underling to underling in a frustrating process of spaced out communication that took over a month to conclude with an offer of crediting our account enough to have an upgraded room on the same cruise in 2019. We chose this over a refund, as we really did want to go on the vacation with our kids. We were instructed to call back to rebook in February. We called in late January to rebook and were told that early August was not available. We acquiesced to sailing on the 16th even though it causes major difficulties with our work schedules. We received our booking number and reassurance that FCV had this all under control. I confirmed with the Royal Caribbean website that we did indeed have a balcony room booked. However, I checked the RC website for early August sailings, and they still had all classes of rooms available for the 9th, which we had been told was unavailable. Less than a week later, our booking number stopped working in the RC website. I called RC only to find out that our booking had been cancelled and they had nothing under our names. No one from FCV attempted to contact us to warn us that they were changing or adjusting our reservation or to give us a new booking number. I feel we have been more than patient and understanding, and FCV has lost all credibility. I will be more than happy to remove this negative review if someone with authority from FCV rebooks our cruise, sends us confirmation documents, and transfers control of the booking to RC in the next 24 hours.

Negative experience: My first experience was great I then put a $900 deposit on a second cruise someone named Steve reached out he ended up convincing me I can cruise sooner just pay $700 and I will be able to cruise immediately. Unfortunately I found out he started another itinerary. Without my knowledge or consent. I am having the hardest time getting a refund and they continue to call, trying to scam me into paying a third time please be aware of these scammers and book direct. Its cheaper and if you have a problem you will get refunded immediately.

Fantastic experience: This is our first experience with First Class. We were fortunate, in that Tracy was referred to us by a friend who had taken several cruises with first class. Tracy has answered our calls, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dealing with her has been a pleasure. I will update this as I go along and rate the full experience. 12/12/18 I said I would update as we go. Everything is great with these people. They are quick to respond when questioned and are very open and friendly. Will update again in February 2019

Negative experience: Well we have had no luck with FCV apparently this business is hurting for money cause they still have a part of mine. They made us pay by check for the second half of our package $698.00 and our taxes & port fees $250.00 I would think it would be criminal to keep tax & port fees. We will get them back filled fraud charges with cc, bank is going after the ones they made us pay for by check. PEOPLE BEWARE THEY R LIARS AND SCAM PEOPLE CHECK BBB PLEASE Update: As July 12th Cecelia called and said they would be unable to get us on this cruise, mind u I was promised the day before by the sales manager I would be on that cruise. He says he did not say that but I promise he did in order to get a refund in will take 12 to 24 weeks, as they had to wait on refunds from merchants they had paid on our behalf now tell me if they paidfor why was I told I could not go on this cruise. SCAM. watch out people look at BBB. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL US IN MANAGEMENT EVEN AFTER THIS POST. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT: AS FOLLOWS. We called carnival and booked for this cruise ourselves after being told by FCV there were no more rooms. We bought a package from FCV back in March we made a 200.00 . Deposit, Then in April we paid it completely off. We were still charged another 398.00 have yet to receive a refund our cruise is for Sept 2nd 2018 I have asked many times for our confirmation and have not received it. Tried to pre register with carnival on line and they r telling me booking number is not valid my daughter bought a cruise from carnival and we were supposed to be by them. I've called for months Tracey is avoiding me like the plaque wont answer phone calls or respond to email I have to dial 1-800 # to get anyone to answer I am going to file fraud charges since they have over 2000.00 dollars of my money and I have nothing. They also owe me 600.00 in on board cc now saying u can only use 100.00 per cruise. I'm sick to my stomach over this do not book with them if u haven't yet.

Negative experience: Goodness, where do I start! I would NOT recommend this agency! They are impossible to deal with! They have my money (well most of it) and will not either give me a cruise or refund my money. I have talked with them at least 15 times and they will not help me. When they are selling you a plan they are very aggressive but when I want to use my money for a trip, forget it! All I want is a simple cruise out of Galveston to take while we are still able to travel. But no! They can’t or won’t help us. What happen to doing what is right. Forget it, they don’t care.

I have spoken with multiple people at First Class, and have left voice mails with Tracey and Cecilia the past week about making a reservation. I have yet to receive a return call from anyone at First Class. Maybe my attorney will have better luck.

Fantastic experience: Great Packages and payment plans - If you want to take a special vacation, FCV has amazing packages available. They will also let you make payments and are so amazingly friendly to deal with. My favorite person is Tracey Purcell, who is the CSR Manager. I wish I had about 10 of her working for me in Property Management :-)

Fantastic experience: Back in July, me and my roommates decided to do a group cruise. I’ve always wanted to go on an Italian cruise. But we couldn’t decide where in Italy specifically. My mom suggested calling First Class Vacations to see if they were running any cruise packages. We got an awesome deal for 20 guest (yeah, the price was too good not to share) for a cruise to San Remo in February this year. It just so happens that the San Remo Fest 2017 was going at the same time. First Class Vacations arranged everyone airfare, ground transport, hotel accommodation and cruise package. It was the best trip of my life. I was so impressed with the arrangements. They even planned a special dinner with my boyfriend so he could propose on the deck of our private balcony. Now we’re planning our destination wedding and honeymoon. Who do you think I’m calling? This was by far the best service I have ever received from any travel agency. I highly recommend this team to anyone who’s never been on a cruise or needs help booking large cruise groups.

Fantastic experience: we are so excited, we scheduled our cruise for sept. to St Thomas and several other places. Sherri worked so hard to make everything perfect. we had planned one vacation to Alaska and after Sherri spent several hours setting up everything, we changed our minds and decided on warmer weather traveling. lol Sherri never said a word, she just started all over, spending more time on us without any complaints. She scheduled the perfect trip, with everything we asked for. We don't have to do a thing, everything is taken care of up to and including to and from our home. Were not going until Sept but WE CANT WAIT!!!!!! Thank you Sherri for everything you did for us, you went above and beyond for us.

Fantastic experience: Initially we experienced a delay in being contacted to set up our payment plan which resulted in our monthly payments being higher than preferred. Once payment was complete, everything has occurred like clockwork and as discussed. Alyson did a great job listening to what is important to us and modifying our package to personalize it to meet our needs. She has kept us informed of changes to flights and rescheduled coordinated services. Her help and updates have been invaluable in making sure no details were overlooked. We are all set for our trip and excitedly anticipating its start.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service is defined as service that treats customers with a friendly attitude and tries to resolve their problem or question as efficiently as possible. Remembering the names of the individuals who helped you can often be negative in most cases. However in this case, it was 110% positive! Steven was excellent in ensuring all my needs were met in regard to the sales and financing of our cruise. He answered all my questions and has gone beyond all expectations to ensure this vacation comes to fruition. He's patience and knowledge on my wants and needs came first and he did everything in his power to meet my demands and expectations. Alyson, booked our cruise. She was outstanding! Negative experience: Sadly, I must amend my previous, positive review of FCV because of a recent, very disappointing experience. Regretfully, we were unable to go on our cruise, due to a member of our party suffering a serious setback from a condition she suffered. We knew of the illness at the time we scheduled the trip, but we hoped she would stay well enough to travel with us when it came time to depart. Knowing there was a chance we might need to cancel, I opted to pay the extra fee for the trip insurance. The agent at FCV never gave me info on the terms and conditions of the insurance, so I didn't know the insurance we purchased would not cover cancelation if the reason for cancellation was due to the illness of a member of the vacation party, suffering from a health condition diagnosed at the time of booking, worsens. Our friend did grow worse, so we were unable to take the cruise, and we cancelled it. I filed a claim with the insurance provider FCV uses. Our claim was denied and the reason given was our friend's illness was known at the time of booking. Our payment of $1,054 was not recoverable. This was my naïveté and failure to do sensible research, but I'm unhappy with FCV because they didn't provide me with a policy with terms and conditions. Further, I called them to discuss what happened and the agent with whom I spoke claimed FCV had no knowledge of such terms and conditions. Either the agent is truthful and disgracefully Iill-informed, or, more likely IMO, they knew full well but had no interest in providing full information about the t&c of the trip insurance. Another disappointing experience is, I left a phone message for FCV's marketing director, Sabrina, letting her know of the circumstances and that, if I did not hear back from her by the end of the week, I would be forced to amend my review of FCV on google from a positive to a negative one. I'm sorry to report I heard nothing from Sabrina, so I must conclude FCV is indifferent to the problems of its customers, and to their reviews. What a shame I had a very positive experience with First Class Vacations. They dealt with me honestly, no gimmicks, no tricks. They came through with everything they promised. The customer service practice is excellent. They are all very knowledgeable and they explained everything to my satisfaction, answering all my questions. They are a straight-dealing travel agency. We loved our cruise and have scheduled another through First-Class Vacations.

Fantastic experience: We have a party of 4 family members, all older, who are not very experienced with the computer. We relied heavily upon Alyson, who was wonderful.....patient and very helpful...we would not have made it without her kind assistance. Ivan was also invaluable with the last minute technicalities. very polite and spot on when we needed him! Many thanks to both of them!!

Fantastic experience: We just booked a 10-Day cruise through Allyson. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I are going to spend our 50th anniversary on the cruise. Fantastic experience: I give First Class Vacations kudos for the ease and hassle free experience of planning and booking a cruise. Steve, our original sales agent was very patient and took his time explaining the packages they offer. Alyson and Ivan have been great booking the cruise, offering advice and information. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with First Class Vacations!!! I'd like to mention Dalilah, first of all, she's the best!! She took the time with me to answer all my questions and with her help, my husband and I can't wait to cruise this January!! I also want to thank Sheri for her assistance in booking our vacation. Positive experience: Kudos to Sheri of First Class Vacations the booking agent for two cruises for the family . She has been very professional knowledgeable and patient answering all the question that we may have . The sales staff, are also very good at making the offers/ packages attractive. however In order to get value for money you have to utilize all the perks offered ...There is added cost for any deviation. so be careful when planing and ask questions....... so you will not be surprised . Overall our . experience has been good with First Class Vacations

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had trying to book a cruise. High pressure sales will talk you ear off; actual reservations are almost impossible to make. They ripped my mother in law off for 100's of dollars.

Fantastic experience: From Tracy, to Ivan to Allyson....the service couldn't be better. Tracy was my original contact, she was wonderful and understanding when I couldn't talk to her. Fantastic experience: I had only 1 day to request vacation time at my job. I called firefly first class vacations to see if it was possible to book something for September. The personi spoke to told me he can make me an appointment for some one to call me in the next few days. When I explained that I needed to book today, he quickly understood and within an hours someone called me back. I was able to book my vacation and put in for the vacation time I would need very promptly. I am grateful for the prompt and courteous attention I received and I highly recommend any one to use this company to plan vacations. Cheryl

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience dealing with Allyson Alexander and First Class Vacations. She is knowledgeable and patient as she dealt with booking rooms for 4 adults and 3 children under 11 at Disney World plus a Disney Cruise. We needed to have adjoining rooms at Disneyworld and on the Disney Cruise and Allyson came through.
