Fantastic experience: This was our first trip to Türkiye with Amax travel, and ALHUMDULILAH it persuaded us that we need to do more trips with them. There was a really clear schedule that we followed while also being able to go to all major highlight places like Topkapi Palace, The Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia as well as the famous Grand Bazaar. I really liked that we were able to do the Hot Air balloon ride in Pamukkale since we weren’t able to do it in Cappadoccia because of the snow. Owais Bhai and his team managed everything really well and we are glad to be part of Amax family! We will be looking forward to do more trips with them in near future. The staff is ready to assist you with anything you need . They are polite , courteous, friendly and overall they are very knowledgeable. Basit, Asif, Rafy, Shouaib, Iman Ahmad and the rest of the staff were incredibly professional and caring. I recommend Amax for anyone looking to go to Umrah or Haji. Fantastic experience: This was my first trip with Amax Travel and it was an umrah trip. I highly recommend Amax for any of you travel needs and especially for Umrah or Hajj. From them waiting for us at the airport and dropping us off at the hotel and making the checkin and checkout seamless to making sure any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. The service was exceptional and they always have team members on the ground for any of your trips you book through them. They handled all visas and ziarats while in Makkah and Medina and the accommodation was beyond great. At the end of the trip they will make sure they help with checkout and airports drop offs and you won’t struggle with a thing when in the hands of Amax. Hajj is a righteous journey that requires patience, sacrifice, tolerance, and persistence. But alhamdulillah with AMAX Travel, the full journey from pre-travel orientation, departure, airport assistance, arrival in Madinah, luxurious ground transportation, arrival in Makkah, and then off to Hajj days in Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and all transportation in between has been a phenomenal experience. It’s true that they will refund you the money but they have no clue what they are doing. This is not personal and I don’t know the people who work there. This was me and my family’s first time going to Umrah and everything was so easy and organized for us. Plane tickets, hotels, Saudi Visas, Saudi Insurances, and transportation were all taken care of for us. The Amax Travel team was in constant communication with us and would keep us updated. They provided transport from Medina to Makkah as well in a private van, as well as provided us with our Ihrams. Basit Khan from the Houston, Texas team was great and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this travel agency. The service was subpar and the itinerary wasn't what I expected. I was also hit with unexpected fees and charges that weren't disclosed upfront. The worst part was that when I tried to resolve the issues, Asif the owner was unresponsive and unhelpful. He told me I need to figure out my problems myself which he created. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We had a group of 17 people go for umrah, ages ranging from 1yr to 70+. Our travel as well as the stay was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our Medina stay as we got a presidential suit for our group which was wonderful with all the kids. Hotels were all walking distance, rooms etc were clean. Bus service was amazing and it was so nice to be provided lunch on the way to Makkah. We loved traveling with Amax and will for sure do it again in the future!

Negative experience: This is the worst travel agency you can think about booking your tickets! We had been planning our trip to umrah and pakistan since july. Mr. ASIF there was handling everything for us. So unprofessional. Whenever we would call for our bookings and confirmation he would tell us call back tomorrow. The tomorrow never came ! Mr. ASIF doesn’t even have guts to come to the phone and tell us that they won’t book our flights. He had someone else get the message to us. Wasted our time since July! He even took our money the first day! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! Please look elsewhere for your bookings! The worst experience ever!

Negative experience: UNPROFESSIONAL!! BEWARE THEY ARE THIEVES AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!! I cannot express enough to NOT use these people. When you call and actually get someone on the phone they are RUDE, the lady I spoke with was horrible to me because I was obviously upset about being out over $2,500! I am just in shock at how unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate these people are. I am frankly in shock that they are not in jail for theft. I am talking to an attorney about suing them because this is unacceptable.

Negative experience: My wife and I reserved started the process of purchasing a Hajj Package for the 2020 Hajj season which was cancelled. The 2021 was also cancelled. Though they keep promising to return the funds (minus a non refundable portion) they did not. They tell us different stories. They are very inconsistent in their explanation. A dishonest business to avoid.

Negative experience: The Tom & Jerry brothers, took off with our money for a group of 11 persons that we could not do because of Coivd-19, our trip for Umra turned to nightmare thanks to them. Using all different excuses to not give refund and the airlines refunded the money to the agency for four months already. And for the hotels it is just the run arounds. Does not answer calls and does not response to text messages. Very unprofessional !!! May you guys spend it on your health and family... Amen One word....Stay away...Better run run run !!!!

Negative experience: If you need good services regarding traveling tickets so never try amax travelers as there staff never call u back and attend your calls once you bought the tickets . I called so many times regarding the refund of my partial tickets due to the cancelation of my flight but still waiting for the reply from amax staff ......
