Fantastic experience: Bonnie just helped us plan our honeymoon in Iceland and Ireland - it was a 5 star experience from the first planning meeting throughout the entire trip. Quick responses and help as we adjusted our trip and plans, excellent planning, and Bonnie went the extra mile at each of our stops to ensure we had the best accommodations and a "congrats" welcome treat waiting for us in our hotel rooms. This service was personalized to what we wanted and was in no way a standard "cookie cutter" approach to travel - she worked around our interests and preferences. We will absolutely be using Vacations Booked and Bonnie in the future for all travel.

Fantastic experience: Tanya began our planning, booking and follow through a year before we actually spent two weeks in Greece and Turkey. She never grew impatient with my request for options or questions. She had consistent reminders of time to make payments to secure bookings or to remind me to submit documents or paperwork on time. Since I had lots of points to use for flights and a couple nights of hotels, I just booked those separately but she was OK with that . She booked a reliable , friendly, English Speaking driver (Themis) for multiple transfers we needed while in Athens. She is a great communicator, no detail left undone and available throughout this 12 month process.

We traveled to Rome, Florence, and Sorrento - between the travel, accommodations, and excursions Rachel handled it all with such care and attention to detail. Fantastic experience: My husband and I just got back from celebrating my 40th in Scotland and London. I thought I could plan it all myself, but quickly found out it was more stressful than I had imagined. Rachel stepped in and helped us plan the most amazing trip!! Fantastic experience: My best girlfriend and I had the best experience working with Rachel for our very first time to Europe! It can be so overwhelming to plan a trip overseas, and Rachel took all the stress of planning away so we could focus on having the trip of a lifetime. She booked beautiful hotels and we always felt safe every place we stayed. The highlight was definitely our hotel in Sorrento, Italy where we had a room overlooking the ocean and a balcony to sit on every morning. Fantastic experience: First time to Paris and it was fabulous thanks to Tanya Fifth! We had booked a river cruise on Avalon Waterways and wanted to explore Paris for a few days before starting the cruise. Tanya took care of booking all the flights, transportation and suggested the most elegant hotel The Edouard 7 for our group of 6. She also planned 2 wonderful private tours of the city for us with the friendliest and knowledgeable tour guides. She was also able to book us a dinner reservation at Les Ombres with an outstanding view of the Eiffel Tower and also booked us a dinner and show at the famous Moulin Rouge! Fantastic experience: Our trip was excellent. The Avalon Tapestry crew did an excellent job. I would consider the service 5 star. The lectures by Nigel Stewart were educational and informative. Nigel, the tour lecturer, helped me locate a grave of an uncle killed in WW1! This will provide a great deal of comfort to my entire family. Tanya FIfth was excellent to work with , everything went without a hitch. I id have an issue with American Airlines ( no surprise) which Tanya helped me resolve. How she did it, I don’t know , but she did!!. All in all, the trip was fantastic. I would highly recommend Tanya Fifth for help with travel! Jim and Mary Carol Ambrose

When we first met with her, we weren't 100% sure what we wanted the trip to look like and her great suggestions helped us hone in on what we really wanted. She was always quick to pivoted when needed and worked with us until our itinerary was just right and reflected our vision. While we were on the trip, she was very attentive and helpful. Our flights going out got delayed and she worked with us to keep an eye on our connections and make sure that didn't get stranded anywhere. She seamlessly coordinated our travel so that from take-off, airport transportation, all-inclusive resort and returning was completely stress free. We have older kids (one in college and a junior in high school) and didn't want to stay on property but wanted something fabulous and Sarah delivered. The Four Seasons was amazingly luxurious. It was hard to leave the property at times since it was so great. Sarah took the time to get to know exactly what I was seeking and nailed it. Her professionalism and responsiveness are stellar. Fantastic experience: We just returned from our honeymoon in Aruba that Sarah booked for us. It was absolutely perfect. She listened (and was so patient with us) to exactly the vibe we were going for and special requests (swim with the flamingos- yes she made that happen)… we ate some of the best food of our lives and drank basically whatever our hearts desired. Fantastic experience: Rachel planned an incredible trip for us to Greece and Italy! We had an amazing time, and every place she booked and recommended was great! With all of the moving around we did, each transfer she booked for us made it seamless to get from place to place and we never had to wait or wonder where our next ride would be. Fantastic experience: Our experience spanned the covid shut-down, so Rachel actually helped us book our tour of Italy twice. Through it all she was so helpful, and provided technical, informational, and emotional support.
