She takes care of us seasoned travelers and our newbies with such awesome customer care!! Especially right now in the world it is so nice to have a travel partner to make it as easy and comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I always book our vacations myself. This time I checked into getting some help and I’m glad I did. Katie did an awesome job booking a WDW vacation and a few unwind days on the Gulf. With everything changing weekly I can’t keep up with everything. She’ll look out for changes in prices, Covid updates and packages or dinning updates.

Fantastic experience: I booked a vacation to Punta Cana. I incorrectly listed my 17 year old as an adult traveler, and the system rejected my reservation. When I went back to redo the reservation, and properly list my 17 year old as a child, I failed to double check the dates of the trip. My wife informed me after the fact that the dates were wrong. I called Fox and Leah took my reservation and changed everything in a very efficient manner, to the dates I originally had entered. She also informed me about other items I may have over looked like pre paying for baggage fees, etc. I originally booked through Fox because, I've gone on corporate trips through them without a hitch and wanted to do the same in my personal life, so glad I did.

Whether we’re booking a trip for 2 or juggling a large group with different travel dates all at the same resort, Leah takes care of everything and makes the experience totally stress free. Our latest trip we booked we wanted to try a new resort and had a few in mind. Leah sent over pricing for them and a few recommendations. We ultimately chose one of the resorts she recommended because it had everything we wanted plus a few upgrades at a better value than the resorts we’d originally considered. Anytime someone says they’re planning a vacation we pass along her information because we know they’ll be well taken care of by Leah.
