Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Hajj before with another group. I went with EZ Hajj and Umrah based on a friends experience. They made everything very easy. Communication was excellent. The accommodations were 5 star hotels in both Mecca and Medina right next to Musjid e Nabawi and the Holy Kaba. They did walking tours to teach us the history of the prophet and Mecca and Madina. Aspects of Umrah and especially Hajj can be daunting and they made it easy and allowed for us to focus on the spiritual aspects of the trip instead of the logistics of travel, accommodation, and having to navigate the experience yourself. Highly recommend.

From being greeted at the hotel in Madina with flowers and the chorus of Tala Al Badru to all the daily accommodations, Jamil and his team made this journey a memorable and smooth one. I didn’t have time to prepare for Umrah as I have a young child but the seminars hosted by the Sheiks provided me all the information and more that I needed to know. Fantastic experience: I planned a last minute ummrah trip with EZ Hajj and Ummrah in Ramadan. Jamil was so easy to work with. He was readily available to answer any questions I had. He was able to accommodate all my requests for airline and flight timings without an issue. Upon arrival to Makkah and Madinah his team and him were hands on ensuring we had the best experience. Fantastic experience: My name is Mamadou A Diallo, President of about 15 to 18 thousand Guinean Community of America-New York (GUICA-NY 2021-2024). In 2019 my wife and I went to Hajj and this year we wanted to go to Umrah during Ramadan 2024. My wife did some research and found EZ Hajj & Umrah Tours who had a good package for 15 days (march 25-April 11 2024). I texted them late night and they answered me with all details. Everything went smoothly and all the process was online and through WhatsApp which saved us time. In about 2 weeks we had our e-visas and the payment was by Zelle. Let me tell you this: their price is cheaper than others and compare to the service they provide. In addition, all the 2 hotels at Madinah & Makkah are very close (3mn & 12 mn) walk and at Makkah you can even pray behind the Imam in front of the hotel Emaar Al Manar which is part of the Al-Haram. Furthermore, the food they provided was very good for both Iftar & Sonour with different menu every day. Above all they took care of elderly and everyone was taking into consideration. We had 2 buses of sightseeing tour at Madinah and Makkah with very good scholars who were explaining in details the history behind the sights. From now on, whenever we want to perform Umrah, we will sign up with Jamil’s team, Incha Allah. I highly recommend them to everyone performing Umrah. Negative experience: Alhamdullilah good experience especially the ATV ride besides the umrah of course. The team is great but there’s more logistical accommodations that can be done for women, elderly, and the disabled especially during pilgrimage. Lots of knowledge are shared with sheikhs being involved but there’s often packed days that don’t leave room or consideration for sustenance/food during them. Webinars before the umrah were too last minute and would be better if earlier. If you’re a future customer, remember you’re here for Allah SWT and to skip out on some events if it’s last minute and too busy, to make space for studying up for your Umrah. Regardless, lots of nice touches on this experience that can be made a better experience with planning. UPDATE: Upon further reflection, there needs to be much more care and consideration of women’s protection throughout the trip proactive and reactive from everyone involved in the trip.
