I never ended up booking a vacation through Worldwide, maybe I bought a discounted packer 7 years ago that I don't quite remember. I have been getting harassing calls from a third party saying that I am obligated to pay the difference as I did not complete my obligation of attending the time share pitch, but they are here to help close my account for a fee, of course. I called Worldwide and they said it is a scam. The timing was perfect as I was getting calls from Worldwide to book. And the individuals are American. Careful out there friends.

I sought clarification of our package of services, and she was able to immediately and fully answer all of my questions. It sort of uplifted my day with her responsiveness to my inquires, and provided confidence going forward. A big thank you ot Shaniah.

I received a scam call threatening me about an unused package and hung up and immediately spoke to a friendly WWV agent named Shania and she cleared everything up. I don’t feel pressured with this program, and am glad I signed up.

They give you all kinds of vacation deals which looks like good deal at first, but once you try to use it, they will make you go around in circles and the fees keep on adding which eventually comes to the same price as buying from a travel agent. STAY AWAY, THIS TIMESHARE IS A SCAM. IT IS NOT AS CHEAP AS THEY MAKE IT SOUND LIKE.

Negative experience: We were supposedly longtime Platinum valued clients but certainly after this last experience no customer is valued, as they were unbending to any type of customer service. The manner in which they unscrupulously throw out all these different items and locations with days and nights only to confuse. If they were so honest about these they would provide the list beforehand to review for ease of understanding. Instead they hide behind some unknown recording and uncaring policy. They sold us primarily on the losing 90-120 minute PRESENTATIONS that is obviously not lost with a casually mentioned VIP TOURS, that turn out to be the same 90-120 minutes. The main purpose of the proposed upgrade was to eliminate the sales pitches and waste of time they are. They were all rosy as to how valued of a Platinum client we have been over the years and now to be Diamond Clients. When we disagreed with them as to the misinformation or misunderstood terms they screwed us over with no refund replies and reference to these supposed recordings. That is some Platinum or Diamond treatment and we would hate to see how they treat other classes of clients. Caution they don't care about you only the sale.
