Fantastic experience: Quick 20 mins to get an international drivers license, with photo taken in-house.

Fantastic experience: It's crazy quick to get your international driver's license here. You don't need to have photos in advance, just get them done here. For the end of day, make sure you arrive by 4.40p, so you have enough time to write the short application.and the staff has enough time to process your photo. The staff is super nice and friendly, but for folks who arrived after 4.50p, they were turned away because the staff can't process you because there's not enough time since the store closes at 5p.

Negative experience: Walked in, looked around. Not greeted at all. Two people at the desk. Decided not to buy anything. Nice big store but very cold atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Came for international driver's permit. Pretty painless. $20 for the permit and $15/20 for necessary photos depending on whether you are a AAA member. No appointment was necessary. Took about 10 minutes.

Negative experience: Stopped in for an IDP. Signs weren't clear, form was outdated, and the staff member was both rude and racist. I understand they're understaffed, but that's not the customers' problem. It's no surprise this location is closing, when the experience is this poor.

Fantastic experience: Came for an International Drivers License. There was a little bit of line (Friday 3 ish pm) but don’t let that fool you. Women at the front desk were quick, efficient and kind. You will be out of there in no time. Store is spacious, lots of light, and you can do some shopping: travel books, camping gear, suitcases. Free parking lot.

Negative experience: Real waste of time. Called for information fight..hotel. When did get call back several days later told need money upfront to review flights. Told probably get better deal on hotel booking direct. In short...why use a travel agent? Especially AAA

Fantastic experience: I needed an international driving permit. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and there was no line. The friendly staff knew right away what to do, gave me the paperwork to fill out, took my picture, and I was done in 15 minutes. Also, she had beautiful penmanship so I have no concerns about my name not being legible! There was plenty of parking available in the mall, but it's a small lot so I could see it getting really busy at peak times.

Fantastic experience: Tons of guide books available plus a quick and easy process to obtain your international drives permit even if you are not a member. The permit is available same day & they’ll take your photos there. Always excellent service!

Fantastic experience: First time getting an international driving permit. I filled out the form from their site and brought it printed. I got my photo taken there, much faster and cheaper than CVS. Was in and out before I could finish "shopping" around the store Permit plus photos was about $36 Highly recommend this location. P.s. If you need any last min travel stuff (i.e. bags, luggage straps, ponchos, etc) or maps, they have a good selection and prices are very fair.

Fantastic experience: My husband came here to apply an international driver's permit/license. The staff was friendly and professional. They change $13 for 2 passport pictures, same pictures to use for IDP, the fee is 50% less than some “fancy” photo studio a few blocks away. The pictures were ready in a blink of an eye and my husband got his IDP in less than 15 minutes. When we did an internet search for Passport photo, AAA did not show up. Most people don’t know they provide that service, it’s much faster and way more reasonable cost than other places we have been to.

She is very knowledgeable and attentive and has a great attention for detail - especially in booking the most unique and off the beaten path hotels. Positive experience: We went into AAA to ask some questions and pick up some maps. Its a really nice place inside and very peaceful. The guy behind the register was kind of apprehensive of us and I am not sure why. He seems a little uncomfortable around us. We tried to smooth out everything and show we are not people who cause any sort of problems or scams or anything. I am still trying to figure what caused him to be strange with us.

Fantastic experience: First time there to apply for international driver's permit (FYI, it is a permit not a license as some others suggested). The staff there are very polite and helpful, answered all of my questions, and get the permit ready in 5 minutes. You can also purchase international travel insurance there, the rate seems to be very competitive.

Fantastic experience: I went to apply an international driver's license. The staff was a very friendly and attentive. I was able to get the license within 15 minutes. I already brought the photos with me but if you are an AAA member, you can get a discount ($2) for taking photos at the office.

Fantastic experience: Only have gone here twice but both times it was very useful. I got maps and tour books for travel and it's also a fun place to shop for travel-related item, luggage, backpacks, travel vests and such. People there are helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Had a strange breakdown of the interstate, and AAA made this the least stressful breakdown ever. Hooked us up with a new battery and got us right back on the road in no time flat. Less than one hour from the time they received our distress to driving smooth. Thank you AAA.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Trinity Dawson to create a package deal of flights and hotels in Stockholm and Copenhagen. I'd never been to either country so was totally overwhelmed with how to do it all. Trinity clearly knew what she was doing and helped me save a LOT of money! She was ever so patient with me and gave me all sorts of tips for learning more about the area I would be exploring. The staff at the Bellevue office is wonderful, and the facility is lovely. It's always a pleasure to visit that store and the staff!

Positive experience: Edit: Susan contacted me and renewed my AAA membership as an apology for the events previous. It was really lovely working with her and she was very kind through the process and she reassured me they were working towards improving that aspect of the service. I feel comfortable with changing the rating and returning in the future after my talk with her. Old: I tried to get help with reserving a hotel room for the last 2 months for a business trip in the summer. The agent I was working with was infrequent with communication then stopped responding all together. I found out later they had quit without alerting any of their clients or giving their work over to anyone else. Communication since has been unreliable and I missed out on being able to get he hotel room within my budget by the date I needed to get it by. I'm very frustrated with this service.

Fantastic experience: Our Agent, Trinity, has been great. Always responds quickly to our questions and concerns. We've used AAA before and always get top rated service.

Negative experience: 1 hour wait can sometimes turn into 1.5 or 2 hours or more. It happened to me twice. This is not very reliable sercice, especially when you are in hurry. It cost more when you cannot go to your work because ypu have to wait until the truck arrives to get your vebicle. I will not renew my membership this time.

Fantastic experience: Trinity was great. We gave her a tricky itinerary and she handled it very professionally. She listened to our needs and goals, and understood exactly what we were looking for. She navigated a very tricky process for us even experienced travelers.

Positive experience: We were shopping for traveling aids. We found a few things but not exactly what we were looking for; we ended up finishing our search on Amazon. The payment process was awkward because the checker had to take our credit card across the office to run it; and while she was over there with our credit card, she got interrupted by another employee looking for information. She complained about being short handed.

Fantastic experience: On a recent Monday, since we had a few open days, we decided to take a quick three day trip to Yakima and Walla Walla. We called AAA at about 10:00am for a trip tik, some maps and information of the area. AAA said they would have the packet ready by 1:00pm. Enclosed were our Trip Tik, Map of Washington showing the freeways and highways, a few interesting leaflets focused on the area, Auto Tour, Wine Tour, a couple of magazines of recommended places to visit. We had a wonderful, and educational trip. Our drive went very smoothly with the help of the Trip Tik and maps - the approximate times for the drive was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Jude Carlson is an amazing travel agent @ the Bellevue AAA store. She has arranged a cruise, trip to Israel, and most recently a trip to France. Jude is a great problem solver and suggests travel options that I didn't even know existed (for instance flying out of Vancouver, Canada for a cheaper flight). She has amazing attention to detail and all our trips have gone smoothly!!!

Positive experience: The agent was very nice and helped me book hotels for a three day drive from Bellevue to the Palm Springs area. The maps are also helpful when my GPS is having a bad day. Hotels were needed at specific locations because I only wanted to drive 6-7 hours per day. I didn't realize that by using AAA my hotel choices would be very limited. She put me in a dive at a truck stop. It was not a good experience for a woman travelling alone. There were so many other options, but they didn't show up on the AAA map, and the truck stop showed up as a small town. I like AAA, but won't use this service again. I need a decent hotel that feels safe.

Positive experience: The experience was a little slow, but fine. Guess we weren't prepared to have to buy Woodalls when we used to get this from AAA. In Oregon at the moment and a listed AAA place called Three Rivers RV Park outside of Roseburg said they listed with AAA, but only give a Good Sam discount. [no senior discount either] Disappointing. Lovely setting, but no attendant to give change for laundry or soap until 10am! Dogs groomed on picnic tables, child yelled at and slapped--really offsetting.
