Fantastic experience: I travel overseas every year but for the past 3 years, I only have been using 7 seas travel and tours. I should have written this review back then. Where do I begin from? Reina is the most knowledgeable and most helpful person when it comes to booking my tickets. She is fast, professional and most importantly HONNEST. She works with all her heart. She doesn’t just collect your money. She makes sure that you leave and come back safely without any issues. Even when you are outside the country, she still goes above and beyond for you. I ran into a bad situation while I was in Africa and she was in top of things right away even tho she didn’t have to do it but because she is the Reina, I trust, she was able to get me on a different flight with my children and get me home right away. Don’t think twice about going thru her for all your travel needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Reina for not just being my travel agent but also for being an amazing human being who works with her conscience. I can’t wait to book my next travel with you.

Fantastic experience: We recently traveled with our 3 kids to Lebanon for the summer on Lufthansa/United. On the way to Lebanon our Flight from Detroit was cancelled and Reina jumped in and worked with the airline for several hours to get us rebooked. On the return journey from Lebanon the flight was canceled couple times and then both Lufthansa and United were very difficult to deal with and completely unhelpful to the point that I ended up buying separate one way tickets on my own worth $8,000 to get the family back home. Reina worked day and night everyday including weekends to help me avoid this expense and while I gave up Lufthansa & United she remained persistent until she prevailed. Aside from the fact that she saved me $8,000, she really cared about us. She answered the messages very promptly day and night and treated us like family. It is really hard these days to find someone to lend a helping hand and care enough and go the extra mile to do so. Thank you Reina for everything that you did and for helping us navigate this difficult and stressful situation.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I delt with many travel agencies but last few times was with seven seas travel and the more dealing I have with them the more good experiences I been having especially this last time my wife and son flight was canceled twice and when I contacted the agency the owner her self took care of the problem and they were on the next flight home without any more problem, great people to deal with and very helpful and courteous

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! My flight with Delta got canceled due to the global IT outage and was not automatically rebooked and I had no way to contact the airline. Waiting line for Delta customer support on the phone was 23 hours and website and app were all not working. The first flight out I could find with other airlines was 5 days later. They fixed all my issues within 15 min and had me rebooked for free with Delta the next day. Thank you Rena

Negative experience: My fiancé called today to inquire about assistance with our honeymoon, and the company was very rude. They asked him to hold then picked up the phone asking “who is this” then proceeded to speak in a different language. After he said hello the person told him they only do international travel and no vacations or cruises then proceeded to hang up. Our experience was nothing like the previous reviews which led us to call. Would NOT recommend.

Fantastic experience: I did and will always use Reina and her office for travel. I made a mistake and did not get my 3 year daughter take the PCR test before coming back to US and when we got to the airline gate, they did not let us in and we missed the flight. I immediately called Reina at 10 PM and she answered and in very short time , she put ( 5 passengers ) on next flight from Beirut to Detroit and flight exchange cost was really low. I was about to spend more that $5000 to pay for very long flight but she saved me all that money and took care of us in her late night Reina is amazing. Dont bother going to other travel agents .. she is the best

Negative experience: The worst agency I have dealt with. Grabs your money and leaves you stranded at airports. The yell at customers and provide very poor customer service. All they care about is selling the tickets and you as a customer need to struggle with the reservation situations. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anybody.

Positive experience: Food is good, Hibachi cooking is entertaining, but you won't get seated until the complete party has arrived. Also, waiters assume you can eat everything on the menu, they did ask for allergy on certain foods but did not ask if anyone doesn't eat certain meats, they brought me the onion soup with beef broth instead of the miso because 1 person in my party asked for it. So waiter assumed that all 10 people in my party get the same.

Fantastic experience: Rena & her team at Seven Seas Travel will go above & beyond when it comes to customer service. Their not your usual travel agents that will book you anything that comes their way, they make sure your confortable & at ease. Rena put in extra time & effort with my booking over Memorial weekend to make sure I got the right flight to my destination overseas & even made sure the next day at 4:30 am that our layover time was shorter then booked!!! If that isn’t excellent service then quite honestly you don’t want to go anywhere elc. Trust seven seas travel for all your international & domestic accommodations!!
