Fantastic experience: My battery was dead, I called for roadside service which came in thirty minutes. My battery was replaced free because I had bought one from them less than 3 months ago. Couldn't be happier with their fast and friendly service. I always recommend AAA to everyone I know.
Fantastic experience: Super helpful, very nice people ready to help.
Positive experience: Sad. I love triple AAA. Their tow service is spot on. But….when it hits the fan it’s hard to get someone to fix it. But for two years in a row they continue to run my card for renewal when I cancelled. Then you call in and there service sucks so bad they say they refund but they don’t. They can’t even give you confirmation number for refund. You have to change your credit card with your bank to end it. Straight up financial fraud they refuse to fix.
Negative experience: If I could, I would give zero stars to this company I switched on recommendation from a friend and it turned out really bad. The person that I originally spoke with his name was Khayri and he was very nice before we made the final decision to go with AAA, very friendly and had good customer service and conversation but from that point on I’ve had nothing but problems and trouble with this company. I’ve never really been able to talk with Khayri again because every time I call him I get the answering machine or saying, leave a message and get back to you know I need you now and you’re not available and then if I do leave a message, you don’t call me back , they had the wrong ZIP Code on the original insurance policy. I had they had it under my daughter’s name and my name. , they had the wrong ZIP Code on the original insurance policy. My daughter moved and got her own policy however they kept sending me the original policy with her on it they never charged me the right price and then when it came time to renew , they told me it would be $170/mo for liability are you kidding me? And a $720 down payment no way! I called and spoke with someone because I could never get a hold of Khayri and told them I was canceling at least a month ago , for some reason, I decided to go to my bank account today to check it out and I was in the hole because I had told them to cancel my account. Don’t you dare take another cent out of the automatic payment for this insurance policy that I do not want at that price well they were the culprit. They took out $211 without my permission when I had frankly told them no way I’m canceling. I had other insurance before I ever called them to cancel so I’m pretty annoyed. I would never go with them and all the one star reviews I see that this company has gone way downhill. They talk a good game but they don’t follow through with their customers . Service is horrible. I’ve had them hang up on me at least two times maybe three and they try to accuse me of being rude. no I haven’t been rude to them. I just want the right thing to happen and not for them to be crooks and take money out of my account that they aren’t entitled to do not sign with them. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau after I get finished with this. My bank has taken care of it and they will not get that $211 . They have some balls to take money from an account when you told them that they have no privilege to do that and they try to say they don’t see that I canceled. OMG

Fantastic experience: 5 stars to “AAA” services . We thank you ! I had a flat tire after work because I hit a pot hole and couldn’t swerve because it was some more all around that area. However the guy that came out was nice thanks again
Negative experience: AAA as a whole company has gone downhill amazingly fast the last 5 years. From not letting you easily pay online, to sending my bill to family members who live in completely different locations (which is worrisome because it means their client records in their databases are linked by last name somehow), not sending communication via email by default, and terrible website design...they are an absolute chore to use. It's 2023 -- you need to have an easy to navigate website that lets you do all major activities within 5 clicks of the front page. The website and the major actions need 99 percent uptime. You should be sending all communications via electronic means with paper as a backup. Your local reps should be capable of speaking English. I don't feel like any of that is a crazy request but AAA obviously doesn't feel the same so I'm moving on.
Negative experience: I'm not sure what's going on with your company in kc when started set up with lady in liberty. She quit no notice or anything that it was transferred to another office so I called the new office number disconnected but I still get mail from the address that's no longer in business. Now i have to deal with these idiots in kc on Broadway. Called to cancel went down hill from there like fast. Sorry I had to go off on yall but enough is enough smart as mouth get you no business in the future. I won't be back!!!! Do better and reading the other reviews it's not looking up. They are only nice when setting up policies and taking your money not canceling customer service is janky. Don't like your job QUIT!!!
Negative experience: Called number on the card for a flat tire. Number went to Calif. Waited 20 minutes and no one every answered the call. They Wanted you to go to chat online . Not everyone has a phone with Internet capabilities. Been with AAA for over 30 years, thinking about cancelling.
Negative experience: I called AAA at 7:13 AM. J&K was dispatched at 7:21AM. At 7:42 AM their office called me to confirm the appointment. When I didn't know the address of the mechanic shop she said "I will just cancel the order and have AAA send someone else" and hung up! What? Who memorizes the address of a repair shop? Terrible customer service. AAA should remove them as a tow contractor.
Negative experience: David quoted me a rate then continuously overcharged me. Every month he promised there would be a credit for me next month and each month the rate got higher. When I called and canceled my insurance he didn’t cancel. I got charged again and even more! I finally called corporate and got it canceled. I would definitely find another insurance company. Fast.
Fantastic experience: Stopped in to get an International Driver’s Permit and the man (Terry) helping me could not have been kinder or more helpful. Was able to get my photos I needed taken here as well. Such a pleasant experience!
Fantastic experience: Went for an International Driving Permit. Fast and efficient. They take passport headshots too. If you are lucky enough to get Terry Goode, you’re in a treat. He’s super kind and makes you feel at ease.

Negative experience: I have used AAA insurance for 23 years and been happy until a recent claim. My car ran into wet concrete when WaterOne was doing road construction right by my driveway. They didn't block the area or make any sign, just leaving it unattended. The case went through arbitration. AAA adjustor, arbitration officer and supervisor all agreed that Constructive crew did not mark sign up for concrete work and I was not liable but they didn't even speak to me to understand what were needed to win the case. So, AAA lost the case and I had to pay deductible. I didn't realize there were so many 1 star ratings. This explains why I had to go through this and the last supervisor told me that I couldn't report to anyone higher than him!
Negative experience: 1. Took 6 hours before my vehicle got towed after a wreck and all it kept saying was tow on the way.. from where another state? Sent someone to replace the tire with out the right equipment 2. Tried to pay early and still took out both payments 3. Called Friday no answer 2 hours before close with a left voicemail. Called Saturday for a refund at 9 am when they open guy said yeah they probably won't look at it until monday... her comes Tuesday and no word or call back of any sort so i call them back they said oh it was put to next month NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR I asked for a refund and now it's going to take 15 days?? Seriously not even 3 months in and this has be awful insurance
Negative experience: You will be sorry!!! I really don't know exactly what we paid for? I think auto insurance? Paid premiums. Had a wreck. Been on hold 45 min? Never reached anyone? Called 1-800 emergency hot line. Not open? 24/7? Huh Canceling as soon as I can!

Fantastic experience: My tow helped me tremendously, I was stuck in park & he went underneath and popped it in neutral so it wouldn’t mess up the transmission. I believe his name was David! Highly recommend AAA!
Negative experience: This dump insurance company literally ruined our lives by denying our claims when we were injured by an uninsured motorist. They spent thousands of dollars to fight us. Look all over the Internet it is standard operating practice for them to deny your claims and fight you if you are struck by an uninsured motorist this insurance company is horrible and if you are dumb enough to have it you should really reevaluate your territory Especially in a common sense department

Negative experience: The worst second hand experience I could ever have seen. As an auto dealer I refer many different insurance agency’s to customers. However I’ll never throw AAA a bone again. They left my client on hold for over an hour. Then said I’ll give you a call back only to have the office closed on him. You didn’t do your job. You waited until your work day was done then left.

She had a membership but not the membership number and without that you can get no help from roadside assistance. They told her that they could not help her with retrieving her number or with contacting roadside assistance. How very disappointing.

Negative experience: Cheaters! Crooks! Fraud! My agent canceled my policy in a timely manner. One year later they sent me a bill for $202 cancellation penalty. What kind of charge is that! So you punish me for leaving your company after six years.

Negative experience: So I got a flate tire and I didn't think anything about it cause I have this really expincive roadside assistance for this situation, so I call them at 4:05 and the said " were distpatching someone to you now" we waiting an hour before I called them back and the lady told me an hour after they already said that they were dist patched, that someone hasent even been distpatched yet. So I had to do it myself. After all this I find out they close at 5 and were going to dist patch someone before they closed anyway. I have no idea why I pay for this service, it was my first time using this and I am thoroughly dissapointed, upset, and about to cancel my service.
