Negative experience: They ruined my parents vacation with inaccurate information and did not try to solve any problems that they were responsible for. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Honestly they don’t seem professional at all! I asked multiple times if i need the booster vaccine in order to go on vacation and they told me i’d be fine. When i got to the airport and started to board the plan, they told me i couldn’t fly with them since i don’t have the booster. i contacted this place and they wouldn’t refund me my money for the tickets i had lost or reschedule my flight. That’s ridiculous. Take responsibility for your actions and accommodate for my inconvenience that YOU’VE created. If i could give no stars i would.

Negative experience: Only interested in selling tickets after that they weren’t much interested in any questions I had. I’ve ended up loosing my tickets because of them. Overall would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Alex and his to crew for sorting out my taxes. Would definitely recommend if you need your taxes done and if you have invested in crypto or stockes they will help you out. And they speak English and Spanish.

Negative experience: En el mes de noviembre del 2020, compré un boleto, y por motivos de la pandemia, desidi cambiar de fecha y me atendió una empleada de nombre Ana Julia, y me recomendó que solicitará el reembolso, asta este día no resibi ninguna explicación de parte de la empresa y mucho menos recibir mi dinero,son unos irresponsables, no Asen bien su trabajo, por lo tanto no los recomiendo.

Negative experience: i give them 0 star. Sorto's lawyer just stole my money and didn't do anything on my case. I stared a divorce case with her and she stole $500 from me. Every time i called she would always tell me we are working on it and she never worked on anything. I used to go to her office and she was never there, called and she would transfer my call to someone else and they always used to tell me "WE ARE WAITING ON THE JUDGE TO FILE THE PAPER WORK ". This went on for almost 4 years. I hired another lawyer and he told me that nobody had file my divorce on the court . I would never recommend this place for any divorced cases. Ladrones que son.
