" I call my AAA service again 6 days later to tow my vehicle outside of the dealership, it wasn't needed to be programmed for the new ignition key I had ordered, yet have not arrived." I want to say both drivers was pleasant and professional and very timely in handling the job. Thank U AAA."
Fantastic experience: The process for passport photos and an international drivers permit was delightfully quick and easy. Zelphia was a pleasure to chat with while she helped me complete the paperwork and the gentleman that took my passport photo was also very kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I needed an international driver's license and they were able to take care of me quickly. They even took my pictures. Start to finish in about 15 min with DL in hand. Super nice lady at the front desk was very helpful. Thanks!
Fantastic experience: I had Ms.Z help me with my IDP and she was absolutely AMAZING! I was dreading going in because it always takes forever with all the paperwork, etc. She made the process so quick and easy and did it all while having some nice conversation with me. She also gave me all the info I was going to need for my trip and more. My pops has been with AAA for 44 years as well and I can definitely see why he stays. Thank y'all!
Fantastic experience: Great experience! I needed to get some passport photos taken for my renewal. It started off rocky at first as no one was at the front to greet me but (I believe her name was Abby but I’m so sorry if its not) the travel agent in the front got up from her desk to welcome me and asked me what I needed. I let her know i needed some passport photos and she directed me to a desk where she took my photos. She was very friendly and hospitable and we chatted while waiting for the printer. After I got the photos she dropped me off to the front desk where I was introduced to “Z” or Zelphia. She was a sweetheart and gave me tons of maps to Houston since im new to the area and a bunch of tips. It was my first time going into a AAA office for anything and I was really impressed. Well worth the annual fee.
Negative experience: If I could give one star I would. Terrible service by Lemond. He wanted to get rude with me, evade my questions, and completely disregard trying to help me. I’ve been a triple a customer for 13 years but when I tried to figure out why my price hasn’t decreased because of a change in my driving record, NO ONE at this location or even corporate has tried to help me. They’re trying not to answer questions because they think I won’t realize they’ve been overcharging me. Am canceling early and paying fees if I have to to stop being RIPPED OFF by triple a. RUN from this company. It’s a scam. Even for roadside they don’t show up for TWO hours. Why even pay for it TRIPLE A WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NO SERVICE IN RETURN.

Negative experience: We got an international license, as our were expired, we had those old ones with us, the process was OK to get the new ones, but then when I ask the attendant to give me the old ones for our archives she said no, and said she shredded them, which wasn't true. Very disappointing service. I was going to get some car insurance as well, but I changed my mind. My last option will be AAA from now on.
Fantastic experience: Met up with one of the best insurance agent - Brittany. She guided us well on the auto policy.
Negative experience: I tried to get home insurance from AAA in Spring Texas. They said they could so I gave them $400.00 so I could get it started. Three weeks later I got a letter with a $100.00 check saying my insurance was canceled. I called and talked to Ronisha at aaa and she told me because we did not have a fire hydrant near my home they couldn’t cover it. So I asked for them to return the rest of MY money. They told me I had insurance for those three weeks. So they could not return the $300.00. I asked her if I don’t have insurance now how did I have it then??? They should have known this before hand. Now I’m out $300.00 I would NOT recommend this company for home insurance. On 12/15/2022 I had cancel my vehicles insurance with AAA. Due to getting a better rate with combined home and vehicles. I talked to Ronisha and asked her to cancel before the next payment would come out on the 16th. She told me she would and would be canceled at midnight. On 12/19/2022, they took $158.16 from my bank account for vehicle insurance. On 12/28/2022 I call and talk to Teresa and she told me she would look into it and get back to me today. She never called. On 12/29/22 I called and left a message for Ronisha to call me back. Never did. I called and talk to Tracy Smith the manager at AAA and she listen and told us that she would try to get the $158.16 back and she going to talk to her manager about getting OUR money back. She said she was going to email me her contact information today at 10:15 on 12/29/2022. As of 1/2/2023 I have not heard anything. I call for Tracy on 1/3/2023 they told me she was on the other line. I left my phone number and asked for her to call me back. Second time and left another message. She finally called and said the $300.00 I can’t get back because we had insurance, but I had no documents of proving it. She is working on the $158.16 and said she will get back with me. I Got a letter on Friday showing my insurance was canceled on the 15th at midnight. As of 1/7/23 I have not heard anything back from Tracy. On 1/9/23 I call and talk to Tracy Smith and she told me since I canceled the policy before a year term I was penalized 10% so they want refund my money. Sorry company to deal with. I would NOT recommend this Houston Champion company in Spring Tx for home insurance or vehicle.

Negative experience: My parent were attempting to get an insurance quote from this place and was told they needed to put down $400+ so they could "begin the process". Approximately two to three weeks later he recieved a letter stating their house was not close enough to a fire hydrant, even though there is one less than a mile from their house. They gave them a $100 check, STEALING over $300 from my fixed income parents. This is absolutely criminal and they should be able to press charges on them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!

Sometimes the wait times are questionable but when it comes operations of a business, I would think there is no business without hiccups or glitches. It is still a reliable service. I would definitely recommend my friends this service with a forewarning of course from my experience.

Negative experience: 29 Year AAA MEMBER Requested a tow at 6:40pm , 4 hours later NO communication from AAA. I could have found my own tow service and paid for it and wish I would have. This is not a service, AAA has provided only a disservice. The time hey need to provide a service, they failed! Buyer BEWARE! SAVE your money for when you need a tow, forget having AAA Disservice!

Fantastic experience: Visited for the notary. I have AAA and was surprised to learn notary services are free for even classic members! Or maybe the clerk had mercy on me cause I'm 8.5 months pregnant. Either way, very impressed with the customer service at this location!

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal AAA customer for over three years. However the way that the AAA agent handled my “underwriting” was terribly managed. They claim that an accident that occurred over 5y ago was the reason that they cannot insure me — I tried to reason that they’ve been insuring me for 3 years with that on my record but they say no. I say alright perhaps it’s new state policy but why did you just cut off coverage?! Shouldn’t I have been given courtesy calls, left some voicemails, gotten an email. “Well Ma’am we tried to reach you multiple times but no one answered” 1. I got no records of calls from them 2. They left no voicemails or emails! Also it’s important to note that I didn’t get this information first hand. I got it after multiple months of being on the insurance. So I got a complete shock one day to know that my policy is being cancelled when I called to enquire about renters insurance discount. My agent was rude and unhelpful and I got a very different experience when I tried to talk to Geico. Take my advice if you’re moving to specifically to Texas - get yourself set up with Geico Save yourself money and headaches and get some respect!

Fantastic experience: I used to have AAA as my car insurance. I no longer live in the United states which is why I'm n longer with them. However I came here for an international driving license. It was very quick, they take your picture and fill out the document and it is valid for 1 year. Very easy and fast process and this location had super friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Had to call out the AAA on last Sunday as I couldn't get the car alarm to stop. Service was very fast and efficient. Just 25 mins to get from Spring on HWY 249 to Sydney Harbour in Cypress. Never got the technicians name and not sure exactly where he came from. All he said is that he was on Spring Cypress in Tomball when he got the call. Technician was very courteous and quickly solved the problem. Just wish I had got his name so he supervisors would appreciate how good a service he gave.

Negative experience: I used to like them a lot, but a financial issue led me to be kicked off their insurance even though the agent told me not to worry. My credit card information was stolen and used in California. When I found out I immediately cancelled the card like anyone else and changed my card information for all my accounts. The one I forgot was AAA. Once they sent me a notice that I would be cancelled, I went over to this office to get it fixed with the new card, my fault I forgot. I thought everything was taken care of....... well I was wrong. Next month, I get the same letter saying that I would be cancelled again. Ok, someone didn't fix this right, so, I went back up there again to get this done. One of the male agents assured me that I was insured and that I would not be cancelled and that he would take care of the problem. However, he told me that I could actually save money by drafting my checking account instead of my credit card. I thought this was great and would surely fix my issue. Wrong again! October 2019 comes around, I keep getting the same letter saying I am going to be cancelled (obviously the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing with this incompetent organization). I basically ignore it thinking there is some administrative issue and that I was good. Middle of October, I get a letter saying my insurance was cancelled and, at this point, I am not stressing anymore because it was all good because some guy said it was and because I had a receipt. By the end of the month, I get a check from what was left over in my renter's insurance. Sure enough, I login to my account and they have not drafted anything out of my account for the month. So, I have been driving without insurance for two weeks without any clue because I believed the clueless agent that told me everything was ok despite me showing him letters I got in the mail and a phone call from someone higher than him and told me not to worry because his computer screen said I was insured. This place has NO CLUE what is going on and put me in a potentially bad situation if I had gotten in an accident because they obviously cannot talk to corporate about simple things such as a PAYMENT CHANGE. I am moving back to State Farm after over two years and will be paying almost $40 less a month. Wish I would have moved sooner. I said I would never go back to State Farm because of the massive price increases a few years back, but after this fiasco, it will be AAA that I avoid. NEVER AGAIN! Don't do business with this organization! Who knows what they will do OR NOT if you get into an accident. You may not even have insurance and you might not even know it.

Fantastic experience: I've been a AAA member for over 30 years. I don't go to their 'stores' much, but this is the one my wife and I do visit. Every time we've come here (for 10+ years), the people have been so nice and helpful. We've always walked out with our goal accomplished. Please note that I do not have insurance with them, I am only a AAA club member.

Negative experience: I went in to get an Int’l Driving Permit and found the only lady at the front desk was on the phone, trying to help a customer pick out a tour. I was the only customer out front and she asked me to take a seat and told me that she would be with me shortly. The minutes ticked by and I began to wonder how long she was going to be on the phone. Five more minutes? An hour? And no one else in the office stepped up to help. Meanwhile more people start to show up. Finally she gets off the phone and announces to the other people that I was there first and she takes my paperwork and payment and says she’ll have it back to me shortly. She places my application next to her and then starts helping the next people in line! She helped a couple and then a single lady and THEN she finally completes my permit, which takes all of about 90 seconds. Hey AAA, if you’re going to have a front desk, how about either staffing it with enough people to cover it, or quit making your front desk people do phone support? And to the lady that helped me, you were pleasant enough, but you really hacked me off making me wait even more time while you helped people that came in after I did. That’s just bad customer service. Update: 1 year later, no improvement (I’d go to another AAA office, but the next closest one is MILES away): Needed another Intl’ Driving Permit. Walked in a couple of minutes after they open and the only lady at the front desk is, naturally, on the phone. After a few minutes, one of the employees in a nearby cubicle gets up and offers to help me. She’s quickly dismissed by the woman, still on the phone: “I’ll help him.” Turns to me, “I’ll be right with you.” As if. Several minutes later another person in a nearby cubicle gets up, goes to the back, comes back up front and tells me someone will be right with me. Couple of minutes later, here comes the person that actually, finally helps me. A few minutes later the front desk “I’ll be right with you” woman FINALLY finishes her call and offers to help the person who came in after me. Doesn’t look at me, doesn’t say another word to me. I was going to ask her to explain herself to me before I left but, naturally, she was back on the damned phone again. Side note: This is the first time anyone in the myriad of cubicles has come to my aid. I don’t know if they’re independent contractors, or what, but the number of people in there doing absolutely nothing (including making any eye contact with you) is just absurd.

Negative experience: Warning, if they get angry with you they will FALSELY place a lend on your credit report stating that you OWE THEM MONEY WHEN YOU CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP! BEWARE. Apparently I owed them $96, when you can in no way get a lend from AAA with the membership that I had. All I used were towing passes and you CAN NOT GET A TOW unless you pay with a debit OR cash. So the lady whoever it was angry that I was dissatisfied with their service knew what she was doing. Falsely placing things on someones credit report is highly illegal and I will be getting some type of settlement! It's not about money. It is about being a better business. Criminals.
Negative experience: I liked my agent initially, she was attentive but after the policy was completed she could care less and barley followed up which, is why I prefer to do everything online. Poor follow-up, I do not appreciate it I have canceled my policy which is a shame because AAA insurance well, at least the 1-800 agents are very nice, friendly and efficient. Get it together local branch. In addition to this, please watch how they sign you up, I had to dispute the mileage on several vehicles because the agent increased the mileage which causes an increase in your premiums.

Fantastic experience: Needed an international driving permit. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Total Cost: $35 ($20 for the permit, $15 for the passport pictures. ). Ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Great service.
Negative experience: Up until recently I had been a AAA customer for almost 20 years spanning 2 states, and unfortunately I can say my experience in Texas leaves much to be desired as compared to my experience in CA. The agent I originally worked with was helpful during my transition and over the course of a few months we got my coverage squared away here in Texas. However after his promotion to another branch my account was taken over by another agent, Ann F., and from this point on every interaction I had there was more difficult than the last. The final straw was their refusal to accept an appraisal of jewelry, which incidentally was accepted by both Farmers and StateFarm, and she wanted me to pay for another appraisal to get coverage. Needless to say I left AAA and went to StateFarm which incidentally saved my over $500 a year on my premiums with increased coverage. I don’t have an issue paying slightly higher for increased customer service as my time is valuable to me, however I’ll take the savings and better service any day of the week.
Negative experience: worst customer service at the front desk. went there to get notary service as a AAA member. After waiting for 20 mins or so the front desk lady said she cannot perform notary - for some document was missing , etc. she was very rude and unprofessional and also not able to explain what she was looking for. will never visit this branch. Please avoid if possible.
Negative experience: The quote was the cheapest... but I couldn't actually purchase it after a month of calling to get this finalized. In the end, I wasted my time by even talking to them with two office visits and numerous calls. It may just be certain clerks, but there is no reason for me not to have bought their insurance other than their clerks just never followed through with the sale, much less informing me what additional documents i needed to switch my current home owners and auto insurance. I was pretty pissed with their incompetence.
Negative experience: They are horrible they are thief I am so sorry for AAA to have such irresponsible and horrible agent in the Town !!!!
Fantastic experience: I'm lazy and didn't want to wait in line at the courthouse or the grocery store for my Texas registration sticker. So I came to this AAA location and the lady up front was nice enough to do the registration sticker for me, even though I wasn't a AAA member. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE!
