AAA Flint

Negative experience: They are lucky to get 1 star!! This was absolutely the most horrible road side assistance I have ever encountered. They keep misspelling my name so they can't find my account, the customer service rep is rude and told me to not waste my breath, I made this roadside call stranded in Grand blanc at 3:30am it is now 7:20 am and I have still not been serviced. After this service call I will be deactivating my roadside through them. My children are now going to be late to school on top of me sitting in 28° weather for 4 and a half hours straight waiting on them to come. Thanks AAA, lesson well learned.

Fantastic experience: Always polite and handles all my travel needs I've had a AAA membership since the 80s and they've came in no time to help me get on the road again

Negative experience: I just stopped into the Flint AAA office to get information for a visit to Grand Rapids. There were 5 employees chatting and 3 people waiting to be helped. I stood there for 15 minutes and watched the employees glance at waiting customers and ignore us before I gave up and left. Definitely not the AAA service of the past. Frustrating

Fantastic experience: Janice B. Is super sweet! Very helpful, calm, and kind. Was very helpful and thorough for an international drivers license and even talked to me about some insurance perks they offer!! Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Very poor experience I went there and got insurance. Two days later the agent was gone permanently, closed his office with no warning or notification, which made me switch insurance companies.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful facility. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. It was convenient to just walk in and get my passport photo taken. AAA is much more than travel planning and roadside service. Will be using them for notary services again soon.

They save the money that their competitors spend money on expensive advertising campaigns and then pass the added value on to their customers.

Negative experience: Extremely slow when resolving issues and they will not compensate for mistakes on their end. I am not one to complain but I was very disapointed with my service, especially after recomending this company to many people beforehand
