Fantastic experience: These guys were awesome. I was able to deliver early. The Broker on my load had me jumping through hoops on the PW but these people were very patient and understanding.
Negative experience: Where do I start my flight was delayed a total of 6 hours 3 in America 3 in Europe. We were given a 20$ voucher for that. When I arrived in Europe my luggage was damaged. I tried to call and complain and see what can be done but it seems like nobody cares. It’s said to say but won’t be flying Air France moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I was dropping off a small shipment and the young black haired asian guy was helping me, he explained the whole process to me since it was my first time coming here and I really appreciated it he was really nice with everything. I also want to add that he got me out of there really quick which I wasn’t expecting because of all the bad reviews under Airfrance. I just hope when I come back for shipment I get helped out by him.

Negative experience: Very rude girls at the front counter that act like little kids, very unprofessional and disrespectful. It's terrible that they are the face of this company until you ask for higher management. Loading was a breeze, it's just getting to that point.
Positive experience: Got there Thursday 6 pm had a jet engine all in all 730 I was gone , every one was friendly , and helpful!!

Negative experience: This airlines is one of the worst for the import side .. specially if u go in the afternoon there is two lady’s with a big attitude.. If af care so much about customer service this two lady’s should be fire right away … There is no reason for them to give u attitude and for you to be treated like they do….

Fantastic experience: You need TSA air certs for these loads. Limited parking, but you park onsite if you get there early. Not a bad gig.

Negative experience: Delays without notifying passengers…while they’re on the plane. I got an email 20 min after we were supposed to take off to tell me the flight was delayed. The crew couldn’t tell us that. After 90 min of delay (allegedly removing luggage of people who missed the flight—why not just let them on?), we arrived to Chicago and needed to wait 20 more min for a gate to open.
Negative experience: They taking money for the print of 4 pages, ridicules))) Managers how you can think so poor? You will never get 5 star reviews while you doing this way! Please, change your mindset! Thanks God they don’t take money for the toilet paper! But that’s can be soon)))

Negative experience: They have nine docks - five have drop trailers, two are broken, one has a dumpster in it, and one is in active use. There's 25 trucks waiting for the one dock, and there's zero truck parking spaces for them to wait in. And on top of that, the signage is extremely uninformative, and it's nearly impossible to speak with a human. Absolutely horrible. May as well be in a 3rd world country.

Negative experience: Have fun going here! Three hour waits are common. Loads not ready are common even with an appointment. If you don't know what to do you will sit in line for three hours for nothing. As soon as you arrive go inside and check to see if your load is ready. After you get to the driveway you will see that you will need to stage on the south side of the docks. There are usually two trucks staged. Just check in asap to avoid the circus!

Negative experience: Delivered a jet engine. The wait was unreal. My husband couldn't even get someone to speak to him to try to explain that it could not be lifted off but had to be pulled off. So we needed to pull to a dock, which took forever to get a answer. Very very unfriendly staff. Hate doing this run!!!!!!
Negative experience: Avoid it as much as possible. Front desk lady super rude and unhelpful. It seems like she was fighting with someone or was frustrated and end up putting it on us which case as to miss our flight
