Positive experience: El tiempo de entrega de paquetes es más largo que el de otras agencias y muchas veces llega más tarde de lo que ellos te dicen. Si tu paquete pesó menos de 8 lbs por ejemplo 7 lbs, ellos te cobran por 8 lbs. Bien ubicado cerca de bancos, restaurantes, oficina de correos, etc.

Negative experience: son basura está empresa porque mando dos paquetes que envié en noviembre del 2023 se demora tanto y apenas me entregan el 6 de abril del 2024 .. y solo me entregan 1 paquete y se pierde el otro por eso no pierdan sus recibos de envío porque piden eso.. estás ratas y adiós un paquete de 8 libras busque otra opción de envío no con estas ratas

Negative experience: Website said close at 6:30pm. I got there at 5:50pm and the door was locked I could see only workers inside but they won’t open the door. I can imagine this happening in Ecuador but here let’s be more serious about it.

Negative experience: Noviembre 10, 2017 a las 3:50 pm fui para mandar un paquete a Ecuador. Ana me atendio. Tenia un actitud feìsimo. Y no me gusto que no cerró el paquete antes de atender el próximo cliente. Me dio una impresión mala. Vaya a otro sitio. Al final este no es el único lugar ofreciendo estos servicios!

He was standing on line for more than 2 hours and there were 3 women "working" there, one of them was helping someone for about an hour and a half and none of these lazy women were even capable of asking him "how can I help you?" What kind of customer service is that? This place was garbage! Whoever gave them 5 stars must have been a family member. They just sit around not doing anything, I do not recommend this place to anybody!
