Fantastic experience: Jillian, you are amazing! You made our trip truly the best experience I’ve ever had with my family. You knew exactly how to anticipate everything and with a family if 5 traveling to Disney, anticipation is key! I would have been lost without you. You were with me every step of the way. Negative experience: There is still time to get this review higher but haven’t been overly impressed. The initial conversation and return communication was positive but Christy seems to be extremely busy and is very slow to respond. She can do weeks without responding. It appears if you get one of her agents, it’s a great experience but if Christy is your agent, communication is lacking. It’s stressful as it’s a big trip and you are flying blind. Hope we get a better experience the next week or so, and I can update the review.

Negative experience: I had high hopes after initially speaking with Christy—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and full of helpful tips to plan my trip to Universal. After receiving her first quote, I asked for a second one that would better fit my budget. I had a trip on hold and was ready to move forward, but unfortunately, she never replied. I followed up with a voicemail, an email, and a text, but heard nothing back. As a result, I lost the reservation I had on hold and had to start the planning process all over again. I’m really disappointed, especially after the positive start and time I invested. I understand people get busy, but complete silence with no update or courtesy message was unprofessional and left me in a difficult spot.

Fantastic experience: Allison did an excellent job recommending Virgin Voyages for my last cruise. I had an amazing time with my husband, and having Allison on my team made navigating dinner bookings and shore activities less overwhelming and more fun! Thank you, Allison, and I look forward to discussing my next getaway!!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Erin was outstanding. She did a great job communicating with us from the initial inquiry all the way through our trip when I asked for some advice while we were in Disney. Her knowledge of all things Disney were spot on, and she was easy to trust with all our needs! I would definitely recommend Erin to book our next vacation for us!

Negative experience: I reached out for a quote and had a lovely time speaking to the owner Christy. She sent a email with what we had talked about and said I could text or email her with any changes or concerns that I might have. I spoke with my partner and I realized we had to change the dates. I text and emailed her but never got response. I even filled out the questionnaire form on the website for another quote in hopes of reaching someone again but never got a response. It has been days now and I’m very disappointed with how unprofessional this experience was for me.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Mom Approved Travel. My family has booked 4 trips with Wendy, and she makes everything so easy. There are no questions that go unanswered. It is like having the best customer service on standby 24/7.

Fantastic experience: Erin at Mom Approved Travel did a fabulous job helping us plan for a 30th birthday cruise on the Symphony of the Seas for my son and our family. She was prompt to respond to any requests or questions, and she went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly for us. I had peace of mind knowing that she was available in the event of any issues. I definitely intend to work with her again to plan another trip!

Fantastic experience: Booked with Allison for the Universal Orlando trip. Allison was super helpful and customized according to my families needs. Loved the portofino hotel and relaxed in the pool area in the evening. I think the most helpful part was the trip app, I read it many times and looked at it throughout the day. Really had a good experience booking with Allison.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Emily at Mom Approved Travel. She was AMAZING! This was the first time we traveled with small children (2 and 3 years old) so I was a bit nervous. She thought of all of the things I would not have thought of until it would have been too late (i.e. stroller, car seats, pack n play, etc). She helped plan our family trip of 12 to Disney World. She was so quick to respond to all questions and had an answer/solution for everything. Highly recommend contacting her if you are looking to book a trip!

We had 3 birthdays we were celebrating and she helped to make those dinner and breakfast reservations perfect. Fantastic experience: Maria Delvina and Jodie Trentacoste from Mom Approved Travel exceeded all expectations we had when deciding to go with a travel agency. We planned a Disney trip, having little knowledge of Disney, and they made the experience better than we could have imagined. After we booked the trip, I was really surprised when they reached out, twice, to let us know special rates had dropped and our final balance due was going down. A Disney trip is significantly more complex than I had originally thought, but their knowledge of Disney, attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism were absolute five star and made the process seamless. We will definitely be reaching back out to Jodie and Maria for future vacations.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Katy Melcher!! 14 days on the Disney Magic leaving Miami going through the Panama Canal and ending in San Diego! Ports in Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Cartegena, Puerto Vallarta, and Cabo San Lucas. What a great time onboard for a Halloween on the High Seas cruise. Katy was awesome to work with. She made it easy. Got us what we needed and left some surprises in the room for us Lots of memories and over 700 official Disney photos (not counting any taken with our phones). It was really the trip of a lifetime. Book placeholder cruises while aboard to have Katy help with the next Disney cruise — now to decide where. Transatlantic? Mediterranean? Norway Fjords? Hawaii? We have been to Disney numerous times, but were newbies to Universal. Katy helped us with tickets for 2 days to 2 parks, a room at Loews Royal Pacific to be able to take advantage of Express Passes and Early hours at the parks! She made it easy and sent us a ton of information about how to best navigate the parks! It made out 2 days there productive and fun. Katy is awesome....Thanks for all your help!

Fantastic experience: I came across Natali thru tik tok , I decided to contact her about my trip. From day one everything went very smooth from the consultation call to the final call. She made sure all my questions were answered. The transportation she did recommended was on point no complains at all. The tips and trick , from rope dropping, genie and much more were on point. We had it some much fun and we did have a great time with the post desert party and I can said she was on point on recommending the post party. I can definitely said she is the go person for future trips . I know this is going to be my last one for a few years. I will recommend her to my friend and family.

Fantastic experience: Working with Erin from beginning to end, I received first class service. Erin arranged my flight & hotel accommodations and made reservations for restaurants and tourists attractions like two Broadway shows. I loved that she sent me an itinerary of my trip that included dates, plans for the day, detailed reservation information as well as a notes section offering recommendations and tips for what to do during the trip. She always responded in a timely manner to any of my questions. I had a very positive experience working with Erin.

Fantastic experience: Natalia broke down the logistics Genie+ in ways that helped us maximize our park days. The packet she provided our family served as our essential reference guide of sorts--one I read in advance and dog-eared, and then reread specific sections with the rest of my family on the nights before we visited corresponding parks. Neither my wife nor I had been to Disney World in more than 30 years. And yet, despite our unfamiliarity, we were able to navigate the parks quite well, all thanks to Natalie. Furthermore, Natalie handled all of the hotel and park reservations for us well in advance, which was amazing! We also appreciated the final hour-long phone prep conversation, as we were able to raise any and all lingering questions we had about our upcoming trip. (My wife and I like to have a plan, and we really wanted to avoid surprises that could derail this experience for our kids.) Finally, Natalie was always a quick text or phone call away when we were in Orlando, which eased my anxiety A TON! That said, I didn't really have the need to call or text, as she prepared us so well for our visit that my wife and I felt confident and comfortable from the jump, meaning we could simply enjoy our time and build memories with our kiddos.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Natali. She has been so amazing to work and is super knowledgeable. We have been to Disney many times but this was such a great experience not having to worry about all the details and keeping up with the constant changes at Disney. Natali has all the tips and tricks to make your trip smooth and easy! She was easily able to take care of changes we needed to make with our reservation and was so quick to respond to any questions. I 100% would recommend Natali and can’t wait to work with her again!!!

Fantastic experience: Natali Bohm helped us plan our trip to Disney World and I would highly recommend her for vacation planning. She had us mentally prepared for the genie plus and getting on the rides, giving us options of what to do depending on what type of day we wanted to have. There were minimal waits and maximal fun. We never had technology problems or frustration from the apps, which is what I was afraid of. I think this is because she did a "practice run" with us before our trip. It was our first time, and what a great experience it was! We looked at the packet she gave us at the beginning of each day to plan priorities and it took the "worry" out of the day. Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough good things about Natali Bohm as our travel agent! Her sweet and bubbly personality was SO easy to work with and she helped us with everything start to finish for our family of 5! We were so impressed with her Disney knowledge and her really prompt responses to our questions and needs. We never waited in line more than 10 minutes and she coached us on how to properly use Lightning Lane and Genie plus! (Highly recommend that too by the way!) On our 2nd day, the Genie service went down while we were enjoying a Character Breakfast and she hopped on and refreshed constantly to make sure we got the right attractions. She prepared us and made our Disney trip stress free and even helped my parents book their room (right by us!) and park tickets for a few days. We rode all the rides we wanted to and gave very helpful tips for how to maximize each day! She even recommended an extra day in Hollywood Studios for our Star Wars loving family! Well worth it!!!! Fantastic experience: We had a blast at Walt Disney World over spring break, thanks to the expert advice of Natali! Her tips and tricks are unmatched and helped us TREMENDOUSLY when it came to the parks. We went during Presidents’ Day week which is extremely busy but due to her expertise and strategies with Genie+, My Disney Experience app and rope dropping we were able to ride every single attraction we wanted. No stress here. She caters directly towards the people in your group and their individual needs. We so enjoyed her attention to detail and her recommendations. I trust her opinion on EVERYTHING! Her prep calls, itinerary packet and checklists have everything you may need to be prepared and have a stress-free vacation. Fantastic experience: Having never been to Disneyworld or Universal, and our last trip to Disneyland being nearly 10 years ago, we were in way over our heads with how to handle the apps, virtual queues, genie+, etc. Janice patiently walked us through everything we needed and was there to answer every question we had. Her suggestions were always on point and tailored to our group of 6 teenagers. We had the most amazing time and were able to do everything on our priority list. Fantastic experience: Maria was the absolute best! She planned our son's 5th birthday at the Disney's Magic Kingdom and it couldn't have a better experience. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Disney before and had a great time as a bachelor hanging out with my friends. Now that I have a family with 2 children, I thought it would be best to have a travel agent plan our vacation. Natali was referred to us by a colleague who also worked with her in the past. We contacted her, along with several other agents. Ultimately, we went with Natali and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for this trip. On our trip, it was my me, my wife, 2 children (28 months and 4 months), and both of our moms. Natali is passionate about Disney and assisting her clients curate the best experience. Truth be told, Disney World is overwhelming, but with Natali’s expertise it became manageable and even more enjoyable. She is engaged, personable, and always available. I messaged her several times, even while we were on our trip just to get some sort of reassurance about our daily itineraries. She was speedy in her response and was very helpful. I actually felt bad contacting her so much, but she was always friendly and eased my anxiety. Fantastic experience: Natali is our go to expert on all Disney/universal travel and have used her multiple times! Her attention to detail and personalized trip planning is amazing. You literally just have to show up at the resort. For our most recent trip we had flight issues which pushed our departure date by 2 days. Natali jumped right in and handled everything. She was able to move our arrival date at the resort, fought to keep all of our magic extras that we would have had pay more money on and took care of cancelling dining reservations. She spent over 10 hours taking care of all of that! Because of her expertise and thorough explanation of genie + we were able to get on almost all the rides we wanted to with minimal wait time all during the busy holiday season. All in all she is a diamond and will absolutely keep on using her for all of our Disney/Universal trips!

Fantastic experience: *Update* November 2022 We just returned from an amazing Disney vacation thanks to Erin’s planning. This time we traveled with extended family (all ages) and everything was fantastic. The kids really enjoyed the building experience in Droid Depot at HS. Thank you Erin!
