Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful cruise thanks to Jason at R5! We met with Jason with plans for a European cruise but after Jason fully explained the pros & cons of the cruise that we had in mind, we completely changed destinations. The best part was how trustworthy his advice was - Jason or his firm wasn't going to make more money from the change (probably less because what he proposed was cheaper), the advice that he provided was sound judgement from someone who had actually been there. He took his time, answered all of our questions completely, wasn't pushy at all, & would have happily arranged whatever destination that we had decided upon. We will be trusting Jason for all of our upcoming travel needs!

Fantastic experience: Jason was really awesome and helped us set up our engagement cruise to Norway. We were on the MSC Euribia and left from Copenhagen. From there we went through the Bay of Kattagat up to Norway. The views from our ship were absolutely breathtaking. The ship itself was stunning, and we absolutely loved exploring! Jason really did a great job with planning out our itinerary and ensuring that we got the best bang for our buck. I would highly recommend going here, especially because we were literally a walk-in and they took excellent care of us.

Fantastic experience: When planning my first cruise I almost made several mistakes. I stopped into R5 Travel and was professionally advised I was wrong. Deanna helped plan my cruise for me and my wife’s 20th anniversary. Deanna was very professional, super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Fantastic experience: Sandals Curacao was an amazing experience for me and my wife. Top notch restaurants,drink services and entertainment. Every night has a different event and throughout the day you will most likely find yourself in the double-decker pool to stay cool. The entire island has plenty of tours including some of the worlds most picture perfect beaches. Downtown willemstad is a must go for the shops and history of the island. R5 travel made our trip to this island perfect with flights,transport and the stay itself. Will definitely be using this company in the future for trips

Fantastic experience: My wife and I wanted to go to Las Vegas for a few days. It's been almost 20 years since our last trip to there. We stopped into R5 Travel and met with Jason. He was very knowledgeable and helped us plan our trip. He recommended a hotel and booked our flights. Fantastic experience: Deanna did a superb job of planning our 18th time to RIU Tropical Bay Palace in Negril, Jamaica. We barely had to lift a finger. She listened to all of our needs and made sure they were met from the time we woke up to travel to the airport, all the way up to the time we got back home. We were able to book the flight we had in mind, and we were able to reserve our seats to where we wanted to sit. Additionally, we were able to book ocean front rooms. When we got to the airport, my family was able to receive the accommodations we needed, including a quick check in, wheelchair accommodation, and easy boarding. When we landed we were greeted with wonderful employees set to help with our wheelchair accommodations and had no problems navigating the airport or customs. We had pre-booked transportation from MBJ to our resort and that was quick, as we spent less than an hour in the airport from the time we landed to the time we left for the resort. Our booking at the resort was exactly what we wanted and expected, Deanna made sure of it. When it was time to leave, we were sad, but pleased that Deanna had also made that painless. We really could not have booked a better vacation without the help from Deanna. We will definitely back to Deanna, the sooner the better, to book our next adventure.

Negative experience: They sold my private information to a several companies including a false employer that spent hours deceiving to steal my information. Here is the proof. However I believe someone inside is selling the information, or doing this elaborate scam themselves. This is unacceptable, and I believe to be illegal as applications bought on indeed are not to be resold. There is much more confidential information that I will not be sharing on this post.

Fantastic experience: Great people and great experience. I was just getting out of a long term marriage and hadn't been on a vacation by myself in many years. I really didn't have any idea what to do when I turned to R5. They made some great suggestions and took care of everything soup to nuts. I wound up taking a cruise through Virgin Voyages and met some great people and had some good adventures. Deanna Le was my agent and she took care of everything and remained engaged even while I was in Travel. R5 has some potential trips planned with groups in the future that they have suggested I consider and I just might if I can get additional time off from work.

Fantastic experience: R5 Travel made planning our honeymoon SO easy. We had the best time seeing Austria, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. R5 was great to work with and they made sure all of our questions were answered and we were well prepared for our trip. Fantastic experience: Wanted to book a vacation to the Caribbean with my wife and there were so many options. Went to R5 Travel Agency and they were so knowledgeable and had so much experience that they booked everything including the plane tickets. Fantastic experience: R5 is literally the only travel agent we will ever work with. We got married in Cancun this May, and they made our trip easy, cost-effective, and stress-free. This allowed me to fully focus on planning our beautiful ceremony under the Carribean sun. Fantastic experience: Jason and his team helped us book a Mediterranean cruise and recommended Celebrity Ascent. It was an absolutely beautiful boat. Our room was modern, spacious, and had a king sized bed. The main restaurants had great rotating menus and unique settings. Our excursions were great. We loved the ease of getting right off the boat and having knowledgeable tour guides there to greet us. Overall, we had an amazing time and would most definitely cruise with Celebrity again. Thanks to Jason and his team, everything went smoothly and we will definitely use R5 Travel for future trips.

Negative experience: After an initially excellent experience with the owner, I was referred to an assistant for our second trip and found the experience lacking. Upon addressing these concerns w the owner we were asked to find another travel agency.

Had us picked up in Jamaica and transported to our resort in Jamaica. Staff at the resort were welcoming, professional, and accommodating to our needs. Great trip and relaxing vacation and a super smooth return home no problems. Negative experience: This travel agency is the worst, not sure why they have 5 stars. Jason sells you luxury and what you get is garbage. Trashy hotel, terrible food, on the trips. The excursions nothing to sing home about. A trip that was supposed to be an incredible experience turned out to be a nightmare. Deanna is the worst customer service rep. Do Not uset this travel agency you will regret it.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from Peru, our second trip booked through Jason (the first was Turks & Caicos for our December 2021 honeymoon). I cannot recommend highly enough utilizing R5’s services. On both occasions, we’ve supplied a rough time frame and general vibe for the trip we’re envisioning, and Jason’s come up with every single other remaining detail. Thanks to Jason, we’ve visited places we very likely never otherwise would have gone! Our honeymoon at the Clubmed Turks & Caicos was *the* most relaxing experience, and the Lima/Cusco trip we just got back from was the perfect blend of planned activities and on-our-own leisure. Can’t go wrong with either!

Fantastic experience: We went on a 3 country 7 day cruise in Europe. This was my first time booking with R-5 Travel in Maple Shade with Jason veteran owner. He was on top of scheduling,room accomodations on our ship and airfare. Everything went smoothly from customs, to transfering from plane to bus to cruise ship it went seamlessly. I was a little intimidated at first with going out of country but Jason and Deannah one of his assistants had all paperwork in order and "emergency" numbers just in case. Fantastic experience: This is the best travel agent I've ever had. Prior to getting married, I searched a couple companies to find a travel agent I could trust. For reference my husband and I got married in December and wanted to go to Greece for our honeymoon. I talked to a couple agents from other companies before speaking to Jason directly who is the owner of R5. Jason was THE ONLY travel agent who was 10000% honest with me and told me that everything in Greece is closed for the holidays so it would be our best interest to wait until their usual season is to go. Not one agent before him mentioned anything about Greek's holidays and we're ready to book our trip without any guidance. Negative experience: They are an extremely dishonest company. They promised us they would get us an early flight that’s also affordable for our honeymoon and the only flight they sent Us was way too much and we would be flying all day both days. We were really excited when we first booked but now we’ve insisted they cancel it and they have not given us a refund for our deposit. So they’re just another greedy and money hungry company.

It was a very complicated trip with multiple countries in short amounts of time and a long Alps hike in the middle of it. I knew it would be hard work to finalize the details. I spoke with Jason from R5 (yes, we bonded over having the same first name), who was honest and open with me. Jason recommended a few changes that helped simplify my plans and we collaborated on many details I knew I really wanted to have. He took care of all the details for hotels and travel while working with me to accommodate for my hiking plans. My trip had some unexpected complications with missing bags on a flight and hotel confusions, but Jason and his team were just a call away to help solve the issues quickly and stress free. Having peace of mind while traveling is worth every penny. I’ve found that that’s the BEST value a travel agency can provide. Fantastic experience: If anyone wants to have passport photographs, please visit here to get them done at free of cost. I’m in love with the cute little photo keeping folder which was given to me along with the photos. I had some issues with passport photos and I found the best solution here. The girl here is very helpful and solved the issue with a super smiling face which is highly appreciative. I have found they also provide travel solutions. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Negative experience: Was quoted a price in person and when I got home I received a phone call telling me it was going to cost me additional fees. I went to Liberty Travel and got a better deal.

Everything I was looking for was EFFORTLESSLY supplied and even in another country if I had questions or issues with something as minute as a television being fuzzy, I was able to call on Deanna and she got right on it. Fantastic experience: We were extremely pleased with the services provided by R5 Travel and our agent, Jason. Jason worked with us every step of the way & he was always prompt, pleasant and extremely informed. We planned a trip to take the Rocky Mountaineer Rail Journey, and Jason included everything we wanted to see while out west in our itinerary! At the last minute, we were unable to travel due to illness. You only find out how good a travel agency is when things do not go as planned and this is what happened to us. Reassuring, knowledgeable and quick to direct us to get a refund. We will definitely be returning to R5 Travel and look forward to working with Jason & Deanna in the future!

Fantastic experience: This was a big family vacation of 19 and Jason helped us pull a Cancun trip together. He was thorough and him and Deanna were there to answer questions anytime we needed them even on our trip. Unfortunately, I tested positive for Covid and had to stay in Mexico to quarantine but Jason and Deanna were unbelievably responsive and helped my husband and I navigate the airlines and hotel and were a huge advocate getting me home safe to my family. Really can’t thank them enough and totally worth using R5 travel for your vacation needs.

Fantastic experience: So, I normally don’t do reviews, but we just returned from Mexico (Playa de Carmen) and had an AWESOME vacation. We have been booking our trips on our own over the past few years, but with all of the COVID restrictions in place and how often those restrictions are changing, we decided to look for a good travel agent. Well, we were so lucky to find R5 Travel located in Maple Shade, NJ. We worked with both Jason and Deanna, who were both very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the restrictions and expectations, and planned the entire vacation for us, thus saving me the grueling days\weeks of finding the right hotel, flight, transportation, and not having to worry about those ever-changing COVID restrictions and testing requirements. Not to mention they were able to get me a much better price than what I was finding online, which also included additional amenities that I was not privy to. We did not feel any pressure with making any decisions or purchases, and quickly felt confident that we could trust them. While checking into our resort, we experienced a very long wait time and mentioned it to Jason via email. Jason apparently reached out to the hotel about our experience and we were surprisingly presented with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and the concierge manager hunted us down to make sure we were satisfied with the hotel service (Thank you, Jason!). R5 really does want to make sure you have a great experience. Everything else was smooth, including the COVID testing we were required to take and the additional paperwork for entering back into the U.S. Deanna and Jason also followed up with us on our entire experience so they can continue to provide excellent customer service. We are now booked through R5 Travel with our next adventure and have included several family members who will be accompanying us. I highly recommend using the team there at R5 Travel.

Fantastic experience: Well if it weren’t for R5 Travel and their awesome Team, we could have been one of those less fortunate travelers to Aruba. My wife and I had an awesome time because Jason and his Team at R 5 Travel took care of everything. All the new Covid restrictions are difficult to navigate. But we weren’t like others we saw in the Aruba airport, we had all the proper documents and forms. Thank You R5 Travel. We also had our entire trip in an app that R5 Travel set up for us so we knew where to be at what time and were able to make all our excursions. We love using R5 Travel when planning our vacations. Fantastic experience: Jason is AMAZING!! Jason and his R5 team helped me and my husband plan our honeymoon. We originally had our wedding scheduled for September of 2020, during a pandemic. Jason helped us plan our dream honeymoon to Australia and Fiji, but you know the pandemic stopped us from going there. We pushed everything back for April 2021 and Jason completely understood and helped us feel at ease throughout this entire process. He then sat through multiple calls (hours long at times) with us trying to find a new destination for the honeymoon. Jason HOOKED US UP!!!!!! We went to Antigua at a Sandals resort for 7 days, yes not at all what we imagined when wanting to go to Australia, but this was perfect! Jason made sure we got the Honeymoon package, which was one bottle of champagne and breakfast in bed. But you know what - Jason didn't stop there, we got 4 bottles of champagne and multiple breakfasts in bed! For our flights, Jason was able to change our seats last minute so that my husband could sit at an isle seat (he has long legs)! Once we got home from our amazing honeymoon, Jason had sent us a lovely note and printed photos from our trip!! Next thing, we are scheduling a trip to LA with Jason, can't wait!
