Fantastic experience: I found a great price for roundtrip flights from NY to Cancun on my ProTravel website. But when I got to the airport, there was a mix-up with the flight confirmation number and I missed my flight. The airlines were refusing to take responsibility and wanted me to pay for another flight. I called ProTravel and was fortunate to get Desi on the phone. He provided outstanding customer service and was patient as I explained the problem. Desi reviewed the confirmation email I received from ProTravel and figured out who was responsible for the problem. Desi told me what to say to advocate for myself in the airport and yes, they rebooked me free of charge on the next available flight. Negative experience: Terrible service. Called yesterday and was transferred to an agent. She took my information (number and email). She told me she would call me in 15-20 min and email me rates for airfare. She never did. Called today and was transferred to the agent, but she did not answer. The guy who transferred me took my name and number and said someone would call me. That did not happen either. Very disappointed, since someone recommended I book my trip with protravel.

Fantastic experience: I am a fairly new and have had some difficulties with a few of my invoices. Desi was lucky to end up with the person that loves to ask questions. He was calm and patient the entire time. We stayed on the phone for over 30 minutes working through several problems and not once did he change his demeanor even when he did not know answers. He would put me on hold and go to find out.. I apologized for asking so many questions and with sincerity he said no worries! Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time, from booking our honeymoon trip to boarding our plane to our entire stay at Maui. Our agent made sure that our booking went smoothly and if any questions we had she always made sure to get back to us the same day. Fantastic experience: I dealt with Areli. On short notice I contacted her in regards to a long weekend getaway for myself and girlfriend (now fiancé;)). After discussing my timeline and budget, we came to an agreement on a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico. Areli was great at laying everything out and answering all of my questions about how cruises work (this was our first cruise). She got us a great deal and we had a blast. I will definitely use her again.

Fantastic experience: We realized that planning our Ireland honeymoon trip was a lot more work than we had anticipated, especially since we were also thinking of going to Spain in the same trip. Since I'm still very new to the Travel Agent side of things I became quickly overwhelmed and feared letting this person down. Fantastic experience: We met with Jennifer Rogers for advice and booking for our honeymoon coming up in March. We had done a lot of research about where we wanted to go, but we were unsure about some of the details. Jennifer had the representative on the phone, asking questions regarding the many room options, prices, features, and locations to the beach and restaraunts at the resort. Once we figured everything out, we had a couple of requests regarding our flight. There was a mandatory overnight layover that we weren't originally expecting. Not only did Jennifer figure out a way to accommodate our preferences regarding airports, but had flights rerouted to stay the night and half day in New York, while still getting home in our timeline. She listened to what we wanted and used her creativity to book us an amazing honeymoon!!

Positive experience: For are first trip to Italy we went with Pro Travel Fresno. Our travel agent Jennifer Rogers was great. Everything was clearly explained as to what the tour would consist of. Our travel started terrible with our first flight being delayed causing us to miss on connection flight, which in turn made us miss the first day of the tour. Jennifer was able to push back our return flight so we could make up the day we missed in Rome. I know airlines are unpredictable but once we arrived to Italy it was just wonderful. Our 1st trip/tour experience was amazing!
