Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Nathan specifically. I am flying with a child and sitting next to him is important to me. I bought the Flexifly so I could select our seats. When I called in and was told I had to wait until 24-48 hours prior to airline departure to select my seats- as that's when the airline releases the seats, I was frustrated. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to Nathan. Nathan went out of his way to help get our seats sorted so my son and I could sit together on our 6 hour flight. My son and I now have seats together on both legs of our trip. Thank you for your help Nathan.

Positive experience: I just spoke with Jacob who called to make sure that I got the confirmation and all the information are correct etc...He reviewed and confirmed everything with me . He was helpful and professional. However, I have to mention the other side of this story. Last night I made the booking on the same website. After putting all the required information and credit card number, and clicked oK, I got email message that my booking was not complete. I went back to complete it, but the information was not available. I called the company, and after explaining what happened to an agent, he said my booking was canceled because the price went up. He offered to book for me with a much higher price, I declined. I went back to the same booking site and repeated the booking process again, I got the booking with the same correct initial price and I got confirmation email with that. I don't understand why this happened and why the agent at night tried to book same flight for much more money.? Something for the manager to check. Thank you.
