It allowed us to connect with other individuals who share our belief. We had a great and dedicated Spiritual Director, Fr. Kenny Aquino, who celebrated Eucharistic Mass daily; gave us the time to pray; and time for reflection. Through the guidance of Fr Aquino and a knowledgeable tour guide, we visited beautiful sacred sites and Basilicas. The sight seeing tours were fantastic.

Fantastic experience: We’re so glad to join the Holy Land Pilgrimage with Nativity. Everything was organized. Ms Elaine Francisco was our group leader. Words are not enough to say the very beautiful, scenic, and spiritual experiences me and my wife felt even up today. Having to see the sunrise at Mount Sinai, riding the camel with the pyramid in the horizon, and close view of the Sphinx are all very memorable. While in Jerusalem, our spiritual leader, Fr Alejandro de Jesus and tour guide took us where the passion of our Lord Jesus Christ happened. We did a boat ride at Sea of Galilee. At the end of the pilgrimage, we went to Jordan and see the hidden city of Petra.

Fantastic experience: Sorry you had a poor experience with Nativity Pilgrimmage as my experience has been outstanding. Last month, I completed the Portuguese Coastal Camino with Nativity Pilgrimmage. It was a wonderful, well planned trip. I have gone on 6 various Caminos coordinated by Nativity’s Camino Specialist and they were all great as she is a true authority on Caminos.

Negative experience: Beware of Deceptive Practices – Avoid at All Costs Nativity Pilgrimage has demonstrated highly unethical practices when it comes to handling refunds and money owed. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they refuse to return money rightfully owed. Their lack of accountability is appalling and has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. This company was even featured on Help Me Howard on Channel 10 News in South Florida, highlighting their shady practices. The fact that legal aid was required to expose their behavior speaks volumes about how they conduct business. Do yourself a favor and avoid Nativity Pilgrimage. There are far more reputable companies out there that will honor their commitments and treat you with the respect and integrity you deserve.

Negative experience: To say I am very disappointed with Nativity's services is to say the least. We were supposed to have a tour in Santiago de Compostela of the cathedral plaza, the cathedral, and the museum. We were told that the tour was to be at 10am. After the tour guide called to confirm the time with our guide from Nativity, we were told by our Nativity guide that the tour would begin at our hotel and not the cathedral plaza at 9am. When I asked about the change, I was told she did not know why this was the case even when I said it made no sense. At 9:30, the tour guide called and asked why we were not in the plaza for our 9am tour. By the time we left the hotel, it was 9:45. When we arrived at the plaza, the guide told us that we were supposed to be at the plaza at 9am. Because of this misunderstanding, we had only 20 minutes in the plaza and were rushed through the museum. We did not stop at any exhibits and were given no information about the museum pieces or displays. Having taken the tour previously, I know this is not how the tour should have gone. When we reached the Portico of Glory, we were told that we were supposed to have purchased audio guides about the portico. Because talking was not allowed, we were not told anything about the portico or its importance. We did not have a tour of the cathedral itself and were told we had to visit the crypt and the area behind the altar on our own. Had the Nativity guide confirmed the exact details of the tour and gotten us to the plaza on time, we would have had a two hour tour and been able to benefit from the guide’s knowledge. Instead, we had one hour of a rushed experience which didn’t include everything we should have seen and done. Nativity refused to refund the tour and did not stand by what was promised, which was a two-hour tour of the cathedral, museum, and plaza. The Nativity guide was there to help us, but she did not help even when I asked. She was more concerned with arriving quickly to the next hotel each day of the Camino walk so she could sit in the bar. There was great dissatisfaction among our group with the way many things were handled by Nativity and by their guide. We are planning a spring pilgrimage to France, and I’ve had many inquiries from people who were not even on the Camino who said they were advised not to sign up if Nativity was the tour company. I have worked with a number of tour companies over the years, and I have never experienced any who did not stand behind their promises to deliver, but apparently with Nativity, if something fell through, they took no responsibility for it, and neither did their guide. Because they made a mistake with the hotel reservations the last night, our priest had to pay for his room which was unacceptable and embarrassing. We will not be using their services again.

Fantastic experience: This was the third pilgrimage I organized with Nativity Tours and Travel, and once again, they exceeded all expectations. Our 16-day journey to Greece and Turkey, including a cruise to the Greek islands, was impeccably organized. We visited the historical sites where St. Paul founded the first Christian communities, which was a profound experience for everyone involved. The accommodations were excellent, offering comfort and luxury at every stop. The three daily meals were consistently delicious, with a variety of options at top-notch restaurants. The tour guides were outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to assist with any needs. Their dedication and passion greatly enhanced our pilgrimage experience. At one point, we lost a flight, but the agency's efficiency and quick action in rebooking ensured we arrived at our destination on time without any stress. Their readiness to handle unexpected situations seamlessly was truly impressive. A special mention goes to Mr. Kahleb Jacob, the CEO, who is a wonderful person—always kind and ready to help in any situation. The pilgrimage was expertly organized by Mr. Hani Zorob, whose outstanding work ensured everything went smoothly and perfectly. I can’t wait to organize the next pilgrimage with Nativity Tours and Travel. They have consistently provided exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to organize a pilgrimage or any other travel adventure. They truly understand the importance of creating meaningful and memorable journeys.

Fantastic experience: Referred a neighbor of mine to these guys a few months ago when he mentioned wanting to go on a trip to the holy land. I ran into him today to find out he did use Nativity Pilgrimage and was extremely satisfied with the service he got.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible company to work with. We did not see 13 sites that were advertised in our brochure. Reason is Nativity did not do the research to tie and miles between sites, time needed for the visits and the viability of actually seeing what they advertised. Nope, just sold it to us and now we are out! They do not stand behind their advertised pilgrimage brochure, and will completely ghost you if you write a complaint and ask for partial refund. Crickets!!!!

Negative experience: Update 04/24/2024 the owner of this place Jacoub Khaled is a total fraud, a complete liar with all his staff Carolina Muniz, Heather Tollerson Gabriel and everyone else who work at this place. Reported them to BBB a day later woke up to 7 false negative reviews on our business page from this company. From October 2023 till date 2024 I am still waiting for my refund for a trip to Isreal which THEY cancelled. They give you all kinds of run-around hoping you will get frustrated and just forgo the funds but not MINE. You advertise trips as GUARANTEED 2024. When you cancelled the trip to Isreal you owe the customer their FULL refund. The customer did not cancel to take out any funds for travel arrangements made by you for a trip you assured them. BBB reached out to them they lied to them they had offered 1k refund and taken $300 deposit for travel itinerary which you never did. I sent the BBB the voucher I was issued for $1300 credit voucher for future trip which was issue in Feb 2024 after 7 months of asking for refund with several emails back and forth. Why will I want to give you more 3k additional funds to go on a future trip? My trip was for Feb 2024, I paid in July 2023, October 2023 was informed trip cancelled. April 2024 still waiting for my refunds. You guaranteed the trip it's on your voucher, trip got cancelled you owe full refunds not give the customer a credit and citing can only be used by that customer meaning you want them to lose that money just refund it. I do not want any credits cited that a million times. They do not ever issue refunds and stopped responding to emails, read other reviews on Google, yelp, instagram, trip advisor, BBB complains the amount of no refund reviews is remarkable. Total fraudsters.They also refused to surrender their legal department after months of asking. If your a real and genuine company why will you not be able to issue refunds after 8 months of YOUR trip cancelation and lie to BBB about issuing refunds? I sent the evident to BBB and my case is actually being reviewed as I write this, do not take any trip with this company. They are not Christian based they are a complete fraud, very malicious and a total scam luring Christians and defrauding them. If it smells like a duck, walks like a duck, speaks like a duck. Travel with another company save your money. Till date 04/24/2024 I have not been refunded a CENT in 10 months out of $1300 in 2023 paid. They want me to give them more money for another trip? Will NEVER happen I want nothing to do with this company. Refund my full money you have no right to keep it. Let's see what the BBB resolution says they have my case. I'm willing to go to small claims court in this it is a matter of principle for me not even the money. If you keep $1300 from 20 folks that's alot of money. It's principle for me. You keep giving customers run-around it has been 8 months I could have had a baby just in that time frame. What good company does such, the credit you issued was in February 2024 10 months after October 2023 multiple emails trying to get you to issue refunds. Do not advertise trips as guaranteed if you can't do it. They have taken thousands of dollars from others who gave up with their run around tactics. Shame to you JACOUB KHALED and your business. Spoke to you in Dec 2023, your a liar. Go somewhere else. Read other reviews online on Google, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook similar trend of them giving folks the run around and not issuing refunds and adding additional amounts after trip paid for extras. Save you the headache go somewhere else not worth it. Total scam.I attached pictures of complaints in 10 months with BBB astonishing. If company cancels trip you had advertised as GUARANTEED you should refund FULL amount not take out funds for travel arrangements you guaranteed the trip when advertising so cancelled it's on you not the customer.

This was an absolutely incredible trip; we were able to meet many other pilgrims for all over the USA. Visited so beautiful Basilicas and Cathedrals at the Vatican and throughout the country it was a great experience for all. Very well organized and great surprises along the way. We loved it.

Fantastic experience: I recently came back from a Eucharistic Revival Pilgrimage to Italy with Drew Mariani (and other great folks from Relevant Radio) and about 175 other pilgrims. The trip was great, we saw many holy and beautifully spiritual sites, plus we had a few surprises which was really special! Our spiritual directors were wonderful and we were blessed with inspiring Mass's everyday. Our tour leader Carlo was very nice and got us to where we needed to be with as little stress as possible. My only complaint was having to fly out of JFK, my usual airports being Philadelphia or Newark, so perhaps offer more flight options to those in the NYC area. Otherwise, thanks for a truly memorable experience, one that I will never forget!

Fantastic experience: I made my first Pilgrimage in 2017 to Rome followed by the Holy Land in 2019. While these trips were good (the company is now out of business) since making similar trips with Nativity Pilgrimage, I now understand what an AMAZING pilgrimage should be. Best customer service, fantastic guides, excellent hotels and the feeling of location security are just some of the reasons I wouldn’t make a pilgrimage with any other company.

Fantastic experience: Everyone had a wonderful ❤️ memorable spiritual time. The tour guide in Holy Land was very knowledgeable and the best guide ever. He always make sure we are all comfortable, safe and on time. Hotels were very nice and clean and food is superb. Definitely I will use Nativity Pilgrimage in my next Holy Land tour. Fantastic experience: We have done two trips with Nativity Pilgrimage and both trips were amazing, great hotels, food, and guides were very well informed.

Negative experience: Los hoteles no fueron 5 estrellas como decía en el contrato, teníamos que esperar por el transporte hasta 2 horas para que nos llevara al siguiente recorrido, y perdimos lugares por conocer, los guías que contrataron en Europa no eran católicos y el servicio era pésimo, el bus en Europa era más pequeño que el de USA, por lo que las maletas las ponían en el pasillo del bus, respecto a los desayunos son raquíticos al igual que la cena, ya por último no contestan si tienes quejas!!

Negative experience: While this company has some good reviews, they have quite a bit of bad ones too. I’m sorry to say that we found the 1 star to be reflective of this company after our recent trip. I encourage you to take the time to read all these reviews and do your diligence on researching your companies. We assumed the church group we went with had used Nativity before but they had not. It sounds like the owner , Jacob made a lot of promises to get the business but was only concerned about impressing our leader but not caring for the group. From the very beginning, calls and e-mails (in regards to upgrading flights) went completely unanswered. At our in person meeting, when the issue of upgrading was brought up I was told I should have done that long ago. I said I had tried but no one got back to me. I started calling again the day after the meeting but experienced the same unresponsiveness. I finally had to get a church member involved just to get someone to talk to me. When they finally emailed me , it just said to call the airline. Sadly it wasn’t that simple because we were booked on a group flight and there had been a change to our flights that Nativity never confirmed so I couldn’t access my reservation. When Nativity was informed of this they said they had no idea they had to confirm the flight change. They seriously acted like this was the first time they ever arranged a trip. Deisi was our liaison and her lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing. While her boss Joshua was helpful, he was ineffective at getting anything resolved while calls :emails to owner Jacob also went unreturned / so that pretty much summed up the level of professionalism at Nativity. (Everyone in our group experienced the same lack of communication, not just us). We realized nothing would happen until at the airport and then there were no upgrade seats left. Our guides in the Holy Land & Eygpt were ok. I Agree with the other reviews that we were always rushed and it was hard for the elderly in the groups. With shopping, It was pretty obvious we got brought to shops that kickbacks were given. Again we just chose not to buy. Hotels were the biggest disappointment as we were promised “the best hotels” ….but majority were sub par. 3 of the 6 hotels were 1-2 star places. I’m not even exaggerating. At one hotel , I did not even unpack. The room was threadbare and dirty and bathroom had bugs and other peoples hair in sink & on floor. Truly disgusting. 2 hotels were 3 star. 1 was 4 star and very good so I savored those days! We had trouble going across the border from Israel to Egypt and our guides attitude didn’t help the situation. In the end, we were dropped off, luggage and all , and had to walk across the border. If this was even a remote possibility due to religious tensions than we should have flown into Cairo , not driven. In the end we tried not to let all these things ruin the trip. But in talking to other pilgrims that had experience with other companies, Nativity ranked last by far. Sadly we agree. I could never recommend this company in good faith. They only cared about getting the account and then nothing after. I will find it ironic if they respond to this review since they had so many opportunities to communicate with us prior and never did. Bottom line, Definitely go to the Holy Land! It’s the most amazing experience but just do it with another tour company. - Janelle Williams

Fantastic experience: Traveling with nativity pilgrimage was an awesome experience. We had the best tour guide in Israel (holy land). She made it fun and was very full of wisdom and knowledge. Such a nice young lady. I would definitely recommend this agency to travel !!

Negative experience: Worst travel agency ever! They never answer emails and intentionally mislead and misinform customers.They book low rate hotels with no AC, and book flights with long layovers (8 hours or more) in London.

Negative experience: Every catholic dream is to visit The Holy Land. I recently went with a church group to the Holly Land unfortunately it was the most horrible experience I ever had. I am very disappointed at the two people who put together the group. The tour guide very disrespectful to the group. Food and hotels very poor. Everything about this trip was on the run except the places the tour guide had on his agenda for shopping. He would take us to very expensive places and spend more than an hour on each place. He would not give the group time to buy from any other place because he always was on the run. Most of the people who attend these kind of trips are seniors and they need more time to walk to use the restroom. On the last they he told the group "he run out of patience and to have good return flight", very unprofessional from his part. In general no respect for the group, lack of planning from the organizers, poor food, lack of time and more. I highly recommend to do your research before booking your trip.

Fantastic experience: Nativity Pilgrimage cares deeply about all of their pilgrims, leaders and guides! They went above and beyond for my group’s tour to Poland! They are organized, accommodating, and fairly priced! Everything was beautiful and beyond our expectations! Excited about all of my upcoming 2023 Pilgrimages! Highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Disorganized. They will take your money and leave you hanging if a problem arises. We had to deal with an ill (Covid +) pilgrim in our group and Nativity chose to allow the pilgrim to return with the group and infect others. Reason being she refused to pay the $200 in advance to change her return flight (the pilgrim had insurance and would've been reimbursed for this and Nativity couldv'e settled it for her too). They advised us that they would make some calls for arrangements but no call came...instead they sent the pilgrim back and allowed her to take the flight with us back to the US (13 hours+ 3 hrs) even after testing positive for Covid. That was totally unacceptable. It was dangerous irresponsible and reckless. Now, I developed Covid+ too and am unable to return to work or spend Thanksgiving with my family as I am responsible and would isolate until I test negative. To top this off is their grand finale of taking you to their own company 'store' for a hard sell of exorbitantly priced jewelry and wood carvings (think minimum $5000 and way up). We were constantly rushed when trying to purchase elsewhere and told that other stores aren't good. Other issues: low quality hotels, crazy scheduled flights with long layovers. We had to wake up 1 am for a 5:30 am flight out of Jordan after spending the day before 12 hours going to Petra and back to our hotel plus a 5 hour layover to be followed by a 13 hour flight. On our way to our pilgrimage from US, we had an 8 hour layover! Guides don't wear masks. Covid was bound to happen. Only our guide in Egypt was excellent.

Negative experience: They are the worst travel company that I have ever dealt with. No customer service, poor communication and last but definitely not least, very irresponsible. Lack of travel accreditations are definitely red flag. I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: We were supposed to go on a trip to the Holy Land in June 2020. It was postponed until June 2021 and postponed again until June 2022. Covid is/was something none of us could have predicted or anticipated. We have requested to cancel our trip and a refund but no success.

Fantastic experience: I trained for and hiked the Camino de Santiago in 2018 and 2019. The 2019 training and trip was conducted by Jane Lakatos. The training was the perfect preparation for the hikes. The air travel, hiking, and hotels were excellent. The advice on hiking shoes, clothes, and packing enabled me to perform well on the trail. In 2019 the group hiked 170 miles from Ponferrada to Santiago. I highly recommend Nativity.

Fantastic experience: I traveled with Jane's group to Mexico City and the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The tour guy who joined us was very knowledgeable, very professional and knew the inside scoop to make our trip extra special. The churches, the history, the stories all made this Pilgrimage more than I expected. I will travel with Nativity again when we are able to travel with groups.

Fantastic experience: Used Nativity Pilgrimage for a full Camino de Santiago trip along the French Way from St. Jean Pied de Port, France , to Santiago de Compostela, Spain. This was the Fall of 2019, so before the pandemic and closing of so many activities. Our party was modest in size, fewer than a dozen, but more joined us at two waypoints along the route till we grew into the forties. Just the logistics of handling that many people, in three separate groups, getting them all to the right locations and bunked down correctly is worthy of great praise for Nativity and our chief coordinator, Jane Lakatos. In something of this complexity, with so many people of different skills and dispositions, international travel with flight connections and various surface travel to modest communities, a host of accommodation styles versus expectations of some, and the uncertainty of weather and health, it is impressive to see it all go down well and as planned. Of course, we made the choice to walk the "Full Camino" for our own reasons; but Nativity Pilgrimage did a great job of helping us to realize those. Made wonderful friends along the way and am proud to count Jane as one of them.
