Fantastic experience: We were referred to Be Our Guest Travel Company and, specifically, to Denise Woody by a friend and we couldn’t be more pleased with the way everything has worked out. Our vacation was a cruise which included hotel stays and airline travel and Denise helped with all of it every step of the way. She helped make sure we didn’t miss any details or deadlines. She gave us great advice on what to get through the cruise line and what to handle directly and that actually saved us money that we could use on adding in more fun! She gave us great guidance and recommendations for our Disney trip. My kids have ASD, and my whole family has ADHD, so it's a huge struggle for us to not only to plan trips but actually have a good time. Beth took care of everything from our accommodations to dinner reservations to guidance on applying for DAS help for the kids. She helped us find accommodations with Skyliner access so I could have an easier time getting to the parks. I had a foot surgery a couple of months before our trip, and I wouldn't have been nearly as comfortable if I had not had Beth's help. She is timely, professional and responsive to questions. Her enthusiasm and support reduced my anxiety and helped me look forward to our trip. The kids had a wonderful time on the rides in the park, and my hubby and I loved dining at the restaurants. In addition, when we have had travel interruptions due to delayed flights she has been able to help us secure new ride arrangements immediately. While I read comment after comment online about people waiting on hold to get answers and reschedule, Catie took care of everything for us and got our vacation rescheduled quickly and perfectly. I've always wanted to take my family to enjoy the holidays at Disney and several years back I hatched a wild plan to go for Mickey's Not-So-Scary party before a Disney cruise and then do all the parks before going to the first Mickey's Very Merry Party. Julie helped explain all of our options for tackling such a feat and made the planning process simple. She had wonderful recommendations for how we could approach the park days and save where we could while still having an epic experience. She really came in clutch with the Bon Voyage call, answering all of our questions and walking us through the extensive resources available through Be Our Guest. We felt completely at ease on the trip itself, knowing we could reach out at any time if we needed something - which came in handy when we realized we'd forgotten our umbrella stroller! We are confident Disney travelers, but Madison was so knowledgeable and had extra tips and tricks that we were not familiar with. We wanted a low key vacation that was different than our past Disney vacations and she was able to help us achieve just that. We felt relaxed and comfortable and were fully able to enjoy our time together. We even had to make a last minute change after some unexpected maintenance at our initially chosen resort and Madison had us confirmed at a new resort almost immediately upon me contacting her with my concern. I didn’t even think it was possible to make the change because it was so close to the start of our trip, but she worked her magic and we were so happy with our entire vacation start to finish. We will definitely be using Be Our Guest and Madison again and already have another Disney World and Disneyland trip on the books thanks to her amazing work.

Fantastic experience: I love planning my own vacations. I never thought I'd want or need a travel agent. I'm happy to report that I was wrong. Jody Mahoney at Be Our Guest Travel Company is a pro. She's able to magically access rates and rooms that aren't available to the public. We've used her multiple times, so she knows what we like. I'm able to pick the trip and Jody packages my pick together with her expertise and knowledge of my preferences to plan the perfect vacation for us. Jody works out all the details (like picking the perfect hotel in the perfect part of town or arranging transportation from the airport) while I get to spend my time on the part of vacation planning I enjoy. When disaster struck on our last trip, Jody stepped in and created an alternate plan. She took the stress off us so we could focus on the situation.
