Fantastic experience: Super heroes
Negative experience: I'm not sure who the manager of this location is, but there's a lot of opportunity to train front desk workers there. One woman in particular was shockingly rude, I wish I had gotten her name.. I went in with a member (AAA member and my family member) as I am NOT a AAA member to get a moving permit. Was able to get one last week, no problem. She informed us of the policy that DMV services are only for members. I can understand paying registration, renewing a license, that sort of thing since it takes a little more time, but getting a moving permit is easy and simple. She turns us away with a smug 'sorry' saying they can't help us because I'm not a AAA member and that whoever helped me last week "must not have realized I wasn't a member" with a condescening smirk. Here's how this scenario could have been handled much better, for any management that might read this review. 1. I'm not a member, which means she could have offered me a membership. I'm pretty sure that's the main goal of AAA is to get more members to sell services and benefits to. 2. Offered to add me to my family members account. That's more members in your club and more annual dues to your company. 3. Explain the policy, but offer it as a one-time exception since I was able to do it the week prior. It's obviously possible to give me a moving permit. 4. When I expressed that I was able to get a moving permit the week prior, she became condescending and rude, saying whoever helped me "didn't realize I wasn't a member." She could have turned down the service in a much less belittling way. Before this unfortunate interaction, I didn't have strong feelings either way about AAA, but now I don't think I'll ever become a member.
Negative experience: They seem to want to do as little a possible to help, the manger seems stressed out and doesn't care. Ive now been struggling to get my car registered for a month after dealing with them. Save ur time go online

Negative experience: The travel branch has become unreliable to book a vacation. On our recent trip to Vietnam and Cambodia on AmaWaterways, my wife was only booked for part of the trip and was stuck in Cambodia while I had full booking. It cost us a large amount of money to make sure she could finish the trip with me. The trip before we also had issues. I would leave zero stars if I could.
Negative experience: This insurance is terrible, especially when they notice that we are Latinos. They let me file a claim with the insurance company that hit me late from April to December and left me stranded on the highway, but when it was time to collect, they took the money from my account. When I canceled, they gave me back money that they had already taken from me. Check your accounts, they are stealing from you.

Negative experience: We went to the DMV department for the transfer The lady talking never interested, Customer chat by you have a couple old lady I think not fair for Customer because the way you were easy to do how come, you don’t interest per customer thank you Today 5/14/24. We went to waitabout one hour 30 minutes They have one to employ you working and take a break all the time and then have old people talk to the one customer about one hour I came. I have time to bake about one hour 3 to 4. I went there 3 o’clock after that. I wake up about one hour didn’t call me because have one person work in the window and already she name. I don’t know what she named and a lot of people don’t want to work just talking talking and I don’t think it’s a good for this department I think to find someone else for work with, another for two come and talk and take a break. Fantastic experience: Wow! These folks go the extra mile for you. Went in to register an out of state vehicle, and found it to be exhausting. Who know the amount of forms that are required to transfer title and register. It is so much appreciated that the staff were patient with me this morning and got it done. An A for their efforts!
Negative experience: I had to speak with the guy that sells insurance because my account all messed up and I have two accounts. I sat and waited for him while he was talking about baby formula on the phone with somebody and then when he finally gets to me, he couldn’t figure out anything that the guy at the front counter could see and figured out, but the guy at the front counter can’t help me out. because apparently their systems don’t match. idiotic.
Negative experience: Luis wasted my time, took every bit of info spoke to his co-worker; whom I heard the entire conversation and proceeds to state that it’s not possible to insure. Waste of time because he was too lazy to do what his co-worker recommended.
Fantastic experience: I have been using Matt Hoyt as my agent and I couldn't be happier. He makes himself available and always calls back when he can't get to the phone. He's been fair and honest with me. He has made my experience very enjoyable. I definitely recommend asking for him if you are looking for a membership or policy from AAA.
Negative experience: I now have gone to this location twice for notary services. They do whatever they can to NOT provide this service. After talking in circles after showing them the document to be notarized, it usually ended with "we don't provide that kind of notary service". The last document was from Paychex, which is a mainstream company that has thousands of the same document notarized. They send explicit instructions on what type of notarization they require. In short, don't go to this AAA for a notary. Walk across the parking lot to UPS and have it done there. Both times, I resorted to that and was in and out in 5 minutes.
Fantastic experience: DMV Wait time has really improved since we got out of COVID issues with people being out (better than the local DMV) and the Travel Agents are top notch! :)
Negative experience: This site doesn't appear to have disabled access. Hard to tell though because you cannot call anyone and ask. They never answer the phone and when you call them you get transferred to a central help line. The customer service rep tried to call the office and ask but they didn't answer the phone for them either. Makes me wonder if they are actually in business, although there is no way to tell unless you drive over there.
Negative experience: Went in to pay auto registration, a very simple task . Was told wait would be 30 minutes. Turned out to be an hour. Waiting room was full and they called no one for more than 45 minutes. Must have been out to lunch. Terribly inefficient. Would never get an insurance quote from them if this is their level of service.
Negative experience: Booked a river cruise with them. They have high turnover, poor communication and no follow up. I would not recommend them.
Fantastic experience: Good service
Negative experience: I called to get a tow for my golf cart. I explained my situation and AAA decided to approve and do the tow. I stayed home and called in work to do the tow. When the tow guy arrived he rolled down his window and told me he doesn't tow golf carts and then left. I'm cool that you don't tow golf carts. I'm not cool that AAA told me they could do it and then sent a tow driver to me. Now I have missed work with nothing to show for it. Please don't tell people that you will do something then change your mind an hour later. I can't do that at my business. But hey we are slipping back to a third world country so I guess this is how the road goes now. Now I have been on hold for over 30 minutes with no response. Its okay that AAA doesn't want to tow golf carts. Im cool with that. I just wish AAA would not have told me they would tow it, causing my to stay home and wait, only for the AAA tow driver to tell me to pound sand.

Positive experience: I have gotten better help through the phone service at this place than in-person. This location seems disorganized and slow. Most representatives can't seem to help with anything not super simple. And even if there is only one other person there, there is a good chance you will still have to wait. This is unfortunate, as before the pandemic this was a convenient and efficient place.

Negative experience: First of all- I LOVE my car insurance and advisor Matt. He is super helpful and answers all my questions super promptly- totally makes the experience enjoyable. Why I’m rating this so low is just because of recent management of this location- I had to go two times this week for DMV services and had to wait over an hour each time. It used to take 10mins- may as well go to the DMV for how long it takes. Staff is super helpful and friendly- just need to figure out this waiting problem. Can’t even make an appointment.

Negative experience: I've been coming here for over 10 years. Due to covid capacity, is limited. Very understandable. However, the customer service has gone down the drain. I was quoted a 25 minute wait time and I would be contacted in 15 minutes. Was never contacted. I walked back to the counter after 25 minutes not being contacted and they advised to get in line and it would be another 15 minutes. Over all time... 1hr 55minutes. It would have been faster to go to the DMV considering no one is there due to covid. I pay an annual premium for this service and considering the lack of transparency i feel it's not worth it. No one cares.. plan accordingly it's not a typical 15-20 minute turn time.

Negative experience: Tried to get the title changed on my car for 3 days in a row and AAA made it difficult with long wait times. Couldn’t make a payment, had to wait in line all over again. I ended up going somewhere else and got it changed easily.
Negative experience: Waited forever to do my car registration. We gave them our name so they could text us when to come so we could do run some errands instead of waiting. They texted us, but when we got their they didn't have our name. Turns out the put Atterson instead of Patterson. We got the text saying we're never one, but then they put us to the back of the line. We waited another hour in line even though we did the texting method so we didn't have to wait. They kept getting as because we were not all 6 ft apart even though we waited for an hour.

Negative experience: Normally don't post a negative experience. However, the individual who was suppose to assist us with DMV registration was condescending and rude. I deal with customer service everyday. I have used AAA services for years; been a member for 40 years. We were treated as a nuisance. I understand everyone can have a bad day but this individual did not want to help from the start. What really took the cake was this person referring to me as a very condescending term. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because they have done a good job for me in the past and I'm sure will in the future. Just want to get their attention.
Fantastic experience: I have always found the employees at this location friendly and helpful. I went this morning and it was a little different because of Civid, but still very organized.. I went to get Triptiks and maps for our vacation. Gerri assisted me and she was so accommodating and very helpful. She made good suggestions and made sure I had everything I needed.

Fantastic experience: As with everything now adays wear a mask and get in line, answer some questions and if you're doing DMV, as I was, you get into another line. Did I mention this is all done outside?!? Once you get to the front you hand over your paperwork and check, they take it and 5 minutes later bring everything back to you in a plastic sleeve. Voila you're done.

Fantastic experience: Even though it was a wait....the guy at the door told us to do an errand or get coffee, etc, and they would text updates and when it was our turn! It was great...we did a couple of errands and got a text, went back and walked straight in and had great service. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant! In these unprecedented and stressful times, it's nice to have a little piece of normal life.
Positive experience: The process was fairly easy and the wait time was not too bad (probably because we went first thing in the morning). All of the employees were very nice and helpful except for the first agent we had. He was rude, insulting, unprofessional, and unhelpful. He also did not wear his mask properly until we begged him to and he mocked us once he finally agreed to put it on correctly. He was so unpleasant that we ended up switching to a different agent who had no difficulty doing the job well and without malice. I am choosing not to put the name of the bad employee, as I am aware people have bad days that make them act out very poorly, but I want to make AAA aware that one of their people might not enjoy working there very much...

Fantastic experience: I have had AAA for 55 years or more. They have been wonderful to me as long as your honest about everything with them. I will never cancel my AAA for as long as I have a car and home. Love Marge I was on my dad's car policy in 1962 with my first car which was a 1964 and a half Ford Mustang. I loved that car. Right now I have a Ford Fusion 2016.

Negative experience: If you want AAA to return a phone call for insurance, this branch, nor the 800 number works. Neither return calls. Try a different insurance company.
Negative experience: Was told 20mins and waited an hr to never get served. Had to go to work. Just needed to pick up a registration sticker which takes 5 mins tops. They werent even that busy
Positive experience: Be prepared for a long wait. Around 1 p.m. weekday I waited more than an hour for a notary. A Saturday mid-morning wait to change a registration on a car I was selling took nearly an hour. Bring a book. Location is hard to spot as it is in the back of the lot near a gym.

Negative experience: It takes between 30 min -95+ min for them to answer the phone for an ins quote every day that i have called. If you call after 3:30 you probrably will get the recording that they have closed.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this AAA location a few times to handle DMV and insurance needs. Each time that I have come here, my experience(s) have been nothing less than excellent. There are no long lines ( like at the DMV ) and their customer service is always on par. Another cool feature is that there are comfortable chairs in their waiting area and several types of literature to read and TV. Additionally, I switched my Auto insurance from Progressive to AAA because their prices are significantly lower.
Fantastic experience: I was greeted with smilesI was helped immediately, I watched others be treated exactly the same. I had tag issues when I got there and I left happy and felt they had taken care of my problem. No big lines, they take care of some issues that save time and energy for you and the DMV... I personally very happy with my choice to have triple AAA and I have been with them for over 10 years and will remain a loyal customer.
Negative experience: Change of ownership done in 2014....for 2 years new owners never received a single piece of mail from DMV. The Tags went to the old owner's home, the notice of fee dues too.
