Fantastic experience: I have been with AAA 25 years soon to be 26 years this July and I am very happy with my experience with them compared to the other carriers I had for my auto insurance.
Negative experience: Refused to come out and replace my battery until I tried to jump my car, it wouldn’t work. They came out, forgot to connect their equipment to the electronics properly and shorted my car, but then since I jumped the car before hand they claimed no responsibility. If somethings wrong with your car, wait and make them do there job we pay for, or you’ll be blamed for the damages they cause.
Negative experience: The notary services here are next to useless. They really just don't know much about actual laws. Id highly recommend finding a reputable locally owned notary if you need titles or plates.

Negative experience: I called twice today trying to join the TSA class later this week. I left voice messages for both Kelly ladies and did not get a call back. Does ANYONE answer the phone?
Negative experience: This is a warning to other travelers. It is weighs heavy to leave a such a bad review. Booked a 6 person cruise to Alaska. AAA nearly destroyed the entire family vacation. Wasted a ton of money. The agent quit 2 months prior to the trip. The lady that took over for him communicated with me twice, but left unanswered questions. Things were wrong. Things were not mailed to us, that I paid for. We missed out on opportunities. This was bad enough that it wrecked me on all travel agents. I likely will never use any travel agent in the future.

Negative experience: Rude customer service. Not friendly or helpful in any way. Went in for title transfer of a classic vehicle and they demanded that the vehicle be present even though on their website it says you can register classic or antique vehicles with photos. Was treated like a criminal.
Fantastic experience: The prices are great, the employees are friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. They also have a premium for member where u can get up to 100 miles of free towing to the closest aaa or tow place, help with getting locked outside ur vehicle, dead battery etc. As well as getting to add a 2nd member FREE.
Positive experience: I’m not sure about the road side assistants and all that I never used it but the insurance is pretty affordable not bad
Negative experience: I had to call about a title issue. The person I spoke to was very rude and very unhelpful.
Negative experience: Bypass this AAA go to other notary services or AAA in Hermitage pa or Butler pa. The New Castle AAA is poorly managed you try to ask questions and they won't let you get a word in they know it all...Treating there customers poorly shame on them.

Negative experience: They never answer their phone. I needed a title transfer done and went there and they said they could not do it without the car there because the car was originally titled in another state . I had to use an independent which cost a bunch more. There is a benefit to having their service and I have my insurance with them but they had weird quirky rules that end up screwing you in the end.

Fantastic experience: AAA East Central is a really nice place with awesome people working there. I didn't have to wait or come back for what I needed, they helped me rite then. Their prices for insurance is awesome, it's the cheapest place I've found and I've been through a lot of insurance companies. The only thing that has me kinda annoyed is that we have to sign in when u get there and then go back out to your car and wait til they call u. But AAA is a really awesome insurance company.

Fantastic experience: This is the AAA main office in New Castle, Pa and provides services to the surrounding area. They provide everything from registration assistance, to insurance, to trip planning services. The people here were just fantastic. I can't say enough about how kind, helpful, and pleasant they were to us. The experience we had here is one of the reasons I've been a SEE member almost 25 years. They listened, helped us with our needs, and set up a few additional transactions we will need to complete

Negative experience: Horrible service and waste of money
Negative experience: Not happy with there services been a member for over 38 yrs .the service has went down hill . Pd over $150.00 for one year membership for mine n husbsnd . We broke down over 200 miles from home. It took them it took them 5 hrs to find us help. We own a truck and they had hundred excuses why it was taking so long.It was 10 degrees out we were stopped at a place no area to stay warm. We literally froze till truck came. The man who came got us loaded, I got into truck, no heat on passenger side the windows were frosted on inside. Once loaded he was told we wanted to go on State highway no toll road because we did not have enough money to for tolls plus anymiles over 200 are automatic 4.50 a mile which you have to pay driver Cash plus tax. We did 200 to a motel a hour and half from our home because it took everything we had to do that. We had to rent a car next day to get home find part and tools to fix truck. The temperature had continued to drop the whole way there. The driver had no clue where we were going, we we're heading west ended up 25 miles from Hagerstown, Maryland. Then we got to Beezewood on the turnpike for one exit then onto rt.30 west we drove the remainder of the way through the mountains.Still no heat from one route to another through several high mountains freezing. We got there at the motel at 4:15 am got unloaded. Got into room at around 5am checkout was 11am we tried sleeping to no avail. It was a horrible couple days..
