Fantastic experience: Went in for my international drivers permit for a trip. Experienced an issue and when I came back to get it resolved Brandon was more than amazing and everything was taken care of in about 10 minutes time. I am not a AAA member but service like this will make me consider them when I am up for renewal! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Came here for TSA precheck appointment. I was warmly greeted by the receptionists with a goodie bag and directed to the office without waiting. The facility looks new, decorated with summer vacation fun. They also provide travel agency, insurance, of course AAA brochures, roadside assistance. Nice experience visiting this office.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service and no wait. I visited to get my International Driver's Permit...it was simple. Hershey was able to get me taken care of in less than 10 minutes, including the photos needed for the permit. A helpful and friendly attitude goes a long way, I wish there was great customer service like this in more businesses. I will certainly be back. As a AAA member, this location is a great reminder to all the benefits that come with membership. They help with everything from travel insurance, trip planning, to my needed International Driver's Permit.

Negative experience: Drove there for a notary and was rudely told that guy is on a training and they don’t want to pull them out.

Negative experience: Drove to the Echo Lane location in Friday afternoon traffic to find a note on the door that this AAA branch had moved! Over a MONTH ago!!! Can you not update your google maps listing in a timely fashion

Negative experience: Been a member for over a decade. It took AAA more than 8 HOURS to send someone out. Was originally supposed to be there at 6pm, no one called until 2am when I was already long since asleep.

Fantastic experience: I needed to get my International Driving Permit here, I waited to the last minute but was still able to be helped. The staff here was very friendly. I was able to come with my dog on a leash which was helpful because I had just come from the vet. I was in and out in 20 minutes, very painless.

Negative experience: Very Manipulative

Negative experience: My battery died and requested Road side assistance through AAA app. Waited 4 hours no one shows up. Called AAA no one picked the call. Requested another Road side assistance. Waited another 2 hours. Total 6 hours on the road. No one from AAA cared. Called Geico. In 10 minutes they came and jump started. AAA has the worst road side assistance.

Negative experience: Waited over 3 hrs for an ETA and still waiting.

Negative experience: When I called AAA I needed a locksmith since I left my keys in my truck, totally my fault. But both ladies I spoke to were extremely rude and we’re not helpful at all, the first said the estimated time was about 50 minutes. Ok cool. An hour and 1/2 goes by and the driver calls and says he’s 25 minutes out. Was also extremely rude when I asked “how did this happen?,” and proceeded to take a LONGER route to get to my location. A total of 2 hours and my keys were in my truck while it was RUNNING. Disrespectful of time and attitude. By the time the driver got here it took him another 30 minutes to unlock my truck, and he needed my boyfriends help to do his job. Overall, AWFUL experience.

Fantastic experience: I being having this insurance for ten months and as far as I know it's been a good insurance when ever I need a tow truck as long as I am not more than 15 miles they won't charge me

Negative experience: I have insurance on 2 cars and wanted to insure a third. A totally unpleasant experience. I couldn't understand the masked agent & he refused to unmask or speak up and distinctly. I asked; are you sick? He said no, just unvaccinated. I'm not sick either so quit being foolish. I suggested moving away from the cameras or get another agent. He was to weak to do either. As I left I loudly declared. I can't read your lips through your mask & you just mumble instead of speaking clearly. I left, they lost a sale. Americans are not going along with corporate correctness. The employees didn't mind my outburst, I suspect they agreed wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: My truck broke down 100 miles from home, AAA was reasonably fast, very helpful. They got me and my truck home. Also came back to take the truck to the shop. All covered with my membership. Never really had an opinion on AAA before now, but I will never be without a membership again.

Negative experience: Inadequate. Offensive. An elderly couple was mistreated, in my presence. I am in dire need of renting a vehicle, and AAA, does not know how to properly assist with making it happen. Worthless. Not even worth $20/year.

Fantastic experience: I came to get an international drivers permit (IDP), and I was greeted and helped right away upon arrival. It was about 30 minutes until closing time so I expected to have to wait some with the after work rush, but I was pleasantly surprised. Joyce and Andrew both provided exemplary service, and I really appreciated how clear the process was. Everyone else in the office also seemed very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I locked my keys in my van, after changing a diaper at a local public park. Thankfully, I have triple A and quickly call them. The technician was there within minutes to assist me, with unlocking my van and getting my keys out. I love AAA Roadside Assist and definitely recommend having it. I have also picked up maps for my dad at the Blalock location, which are helpful to him when he travels.

Negative experience: Dated building, ugly outdated interior and system, not very friendly personnel. If AAA wants to keep being a thing it should make it such that these places don't look like they are from the 70s and only meant for 80 year olds.

Positive experience: AAA is a lifesaver when you need them. The drivers always seem nice and friendly and that's a good thing when you're broken down

Negative experience: This place was my favorite till today I've got bad experience with agent Michelle Padalino , she wasn't helpful cause she let me wait long time to fix small thing in my policy I understand she may was with customer but I believe she wasn't . the receptionist was great .

Negative experience: The Katy Freeway Office (Houston) lost my paperwork, did not send a bill and then canceled me. When I called they admitted the mistake, but said they could not help. I asked for a number for a manager and was told that they would not give out any numbers. I have e mailed the national office and hope something will work out because I am on a limited income and now I cannot even drive to work. THANKS AAA!!

Negative experience: I had and accident not to long ago and i had this agent William Haseltine worst agent you can have he acts all nice and stuff at first. He almost forces you to sign papers by saying that you wont get no money if you dont sign by this week and things like that. i dont understand how AAA can hire people like him he get and attitude only because we wanted him to explain to us the paper we where going to sign. bad agent hope you never have to deal with him.
