Fantastic experience: The resort was very nice, clean, and friendly staff. It was just the right size for our liking. We didn't have to wait in any lines and was able to get into most restaurants at the time we wanted. The travel agent setup transfers and flights as well as resort and did an excellent job. Everything went according to plan and the detailed instructions and communications were perfect! Nikki even made some adjustments for one of our travelers who had to get home sooner. She was always quick to respond and provide all the details needed.

We also appreciated his quick responses to our emails (on a Saturday) when we encountered a travel delay and had to have our airport/resort transfer rescheduled. Fantastic experience: Steve was very helpful in giving us options in the Caribbean for our trip... We knew we wanted to go to an all-inclusive and relax, but we had no idea where to even begin. He gave us a few options on several different islands, and we were able to use that to narrow down what we were looking for and make a choice. He made the situation simple and fun for us, and it wasn't even a problem when we needed to change the date unexpectedly because something came up with our kids.

Fantastic experience: We know we can always count on Stephanie to plan the perfect vacation. She's done it all for us...family trips, empty nester trips, girls trips. Every one has been wonderful and exceeded our expectations. While we're not currently planning our next trip, when the times comes we'll contact Stephanie. Travel planning used to be stressful for me. Since we started working with Stephanie, I no longer feel that stress and can just enjoy the trip. Fantastic experience: Working with Nikki at Cruise One was a delight. This was my first time cruising and really enjoyed talking with Nikki to help me plan our Honeymoon to Alaska. It was so simple to book and the steps were simple and easy to understand. Nikki gave us a list of cruises that were going to Alaska and with this being our first cruise I think we picked the right cruise. We had so much fun on the cruise. The meals on the ship were delicious. The excursions we went on were great too and exploring the cities and towns we stopped in was a lot of fun too. One issue we ran into was at the airport but we luckily caught another flight after missing our first flight due to flooding in the airport. I contacted Nikki and even though we didn't purchase flight insurance she made sure we were able to get on a flight. I would probably get flight insurance next time I book just because of what happened at the airport. Overall, we had a terrific experience! We will definitely be back to book another cruise!

Fantastic experience: Will and Nikki Gott at Cruise One have been wonderful to work with. We have used them on numerous cruises over the past 8 years and have only had top notch customer service by them. They make planning a cruise easy, answer any questions regarding excursions or transportation, or any other questions we had. We had to reschedule a cruise due to one of us testing positive for covid 3 days prior to the cruise and they helped us navigate the cancelation and rescheduling process, even though there were some difficulties with the excursions being cancelled they handled all of the difficulties for us. I would highly recommend them for any future cruises and trips. They reply to our questions as soon as possible, even when they are overseas on a trip themselves.

Fantastic experience: We booked a Disney trip instead of gifts for the kids for Christmas. Our flight out was canceled. Our agent was very proactive about helping us navigate the challenges we faced to help us have the best trip. She updated our travel plans on the ground when we decided to drive and checked on us during our drive there and once we arrived to be sure everything was going smoothly.

Fantastic experience: We booked with Will and Nikki Gott through their CruiseOne business. Nikki is always upbeat and friendly. She willingly answered any questions we had throughout the booking and planning process with positivity and grace. We cruised for a 5-night Holland America Caribbean cruise and had a fabulous time. The atmosphere of the ship was definitely more subdued that a Carnival Cruise, but that is more our speed anyway. The crew we dealt with were very friendly and helpful when we needed it. The food was really good, except for our gluten free travel companions. They had a bit of a difficult time figuring out what was gluten free and what wasn't with not a lot of gluten free options to choose from. But overall, we really had fun. The shore excursion to Monkeyland in the Dominican Republic was fun and we really enjoyed the clear waters and beach of the Bahamas.

We are relatively inexperienced travelers, yet Jennifer's guidance gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. This was the first time we used a travel agent, but 1) it did not cost us anything extra to use Jennifer's services, and 2) Jennifer was open about the entire process even before we agreed to use her as an agent. Jennifer found us a great value and - true to her word - when the price dropped, she was able to pass the savings on to us!
